Amazing experience w/this body shop! My ‘18 Mercedes Benz AMG was rear ended by a careless driver, and the insurance company took 100% liability for it. I took my vehicle to this shop upon recommendation of the dealership I bought it from.The individual who assisted me throughout the entire process (Patrick) was an absolute pleasure to work with. I dropped it off on the 2nd, and got it back on the 12th in perfect condition. The entire process was pain free, the quote was very reasonable, and the quality of work was up to par from what I expected w/the recommendation from my dealer.Fast forward a few months, I decide that I’m going after the individual who hit me for diminished value on my new vehicle. I stop by, and Patrick gives me all the paperwork I need to prove my claim + more.Hopefully I won’t have to bring one of my vehicles to a body shop in the future (Hoping and praying I don’t get hit again), but if I do, I’m taking it here to get repaired - thanks Napleton!
