I was nervous about how the heck they were going to get my disabled van out of the tiny garage stall at my apartments without damaging the garage but, I couldnt have asked for better! The guy they sent out was professional, kind and careful but very fast! I didnt get as much cash as another company had offered but customer service matters more to me than an extra $20. Very very unprofessional company. I called to ask for a receipt of junking my vehicle with them last fall. He basically told me his “one” accountant isn’t gonna go back through thousands of receipts just to get me a receipt and date of sale. He then proceeded to just tell me to tell the DMV a date since they don’t care what date it was. After giving him my thoughts on his customer service he just hung up on me. Absolutely garbage attitude

Called to get a quote/car towed and was very unimpressed with the customer service. The guy that answered sounded tired/bored and when I asked a few questions he used a rude tone, speaking slowly to me like I was stupid. I told him there was no need to be rude and hung up. The guy called me back twice to complain at me for hanging up, claiming he hadnt been rude. Such a joke, Im trying to give you my business, its not that hard to have a little customer service and treat people kindly.
