Originally went to Don to install a new battery in my 2016 BMW 3. Later traded to a 2018 BMW 540i. Worked through some tire and wheel issues that Don solved. Very happy with his advice and professionalism. I highly recommend this location for regular service and repairs.

New Tires Service:After an extensive study of the local market and evaluating different options, I decided to change my new tires to Prestige. They gave me a very competitive price and good options for my car, a Mercedes C300 Sport. Tires Selected were Continental Contiprocontact Run Flat. The service was fast, with equipment according to the treatment required by these premium European brands. The price included the balancing service. In summary, an excellent option for a Premium service.

Prestige told me they couldn’t balance my new tires due to bent rims. Next shop showed me my rims were 100% fine, not the slightest bend. I drove around on shaking tires for the past 10 months thinking I needed new rims. Now the tires have 6k miles and need to be replaced since they were never balanced. Don’t trust these guys

Competent trustworthy mechanics are hard to come by...Prestige exceeds at both qualities. I literally stumbled into them completely by random chance and I could not be more satisfied. I have been a client of Prestige literally before they opened! I had a flat tire and I rolled in to Prestige late on a Saturday afternoon. Umer, his dad and his team were preparing to open that Monday. I was getting ready to find another shop but Umer insisted on inspecting the tire and doing a temporary fix so that I could make it safely home. He would not take any money but merely asked that I keep him in mind for my auto repair needs.Since that day I have been extremely satisfied with the care, professionalism and expertise that Umer and his staff put into every job. The prices are fair, the service is top flight and I am grateful to have found Prestige for my auto repair needs.

This guys are not specialized in BMW, they charged me for diagnosis but could not tell me what was wrong with my car, they refunded labor and parts because they new they were wrong but gave me the excuse that it would take too long to get the parts that my cars needs and asked me to take my car somewhere else, I had to pay a tow truck tontake my car to them and again to take my car to another mechanic. I found it very disrespectful to he charged for nothing. This is a zero start rating.
