This was my first bad experience here (to be fair...hence the edit). In the past they did a pretty good job at diagnosing and fixing any problems. Christine is always pleasant, but Justin was a little impatient with me yesterday, specifically when quoting prices for services I needed. I am still waiting on the emailed quotes.Then they charged me for service they did not provide. They did ask me to bring the car back to correct the problem, but after a long day of work plus traffic I was done. This leads me to question how are they keeping track of the services they are charging clients for? Update**** I was charged for washer fluid that was not added (see photos). In addition to that the oil change ticker was not changed.

I needed a new convertible top for my Bentley, Duwayne was very helpful, he gave me a quote to do the job. When it was done the only difference was the tax, which he told me in advance. The Top is Beautiful. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of this company. I will continue to have my vehicle service here. My ride is like new!! Thanks 😊

They told me they were Aston Martin specialists.I went to request changes of suspension bushings.I had to leave the car because they wanted to check if I could do the job and get a quote.They never told me that I should pay for check out.I already realized that they werent specialists at Aston Martin.Because if they had been, they dont need to check the car to pay the price.To the other if I went and waited more than 45 minutes to hear that I had to do other repair work.The expensive price, and jobs that had not requested.I told them to just change the suspension bushings.They told me that if they didnt do the full job, they just werent doing it.OK, Im taking the car.But I had to pay $ 380 just to check it out.And when they didnt want to do the job themselves.They did not want to do the work, they are not Aston Martin specialists and they were left with $ 380.Nice way to win money.

“FREE” estimate is not Free!!! If you don’t do the service after their fake report you have to pay $199!!!They took my car for the whole day from 9 am and by the end of it, they gave me a huge report that driving my car is dangerous and I need to fix some miracle things immediately like wipers!!!When I start asking prices they start from $3000 (for changing wipers, air filter, etc). They don’t know the cost of anything, when I ask at first that I need to change only oil, they gave me 3 different prices!I have 2 businesses and I never do it this way, because I want my customers to come back and sometimes they stay with me for 5-7 years. You guys doing unbelievable untrustworthy business so I wish you good luck!And do not recommend to even leave your car there because who knows what they doing with it the whole day!I am sure all positive google reviews they just bought. And if somebody writes one-star they saying its SPAM. Good strategy!!!

This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any “professional” auto shop. I’ve came to this shop before to get some small work done on my SL Benz and I decided to return to give them my buisness again but this time I was disrespected by the owner of the shop. Instead of explaining to me what was wrong he got angry that I was asking “too many questions about MY vehicle” because he wasn’t being clear about the issues it had and then told me they didn’t know how to work on tuned cars. He then proceeded to get disrespectful with me over the phone and threatened me by telling me your car will be charged $100 a day for each day you don’t pick it up. I dropped my car off before I left town and he knew that.. this whole situation was unnecessary on top of that he charged me 1200$ for literally just replacing a dead battery!!! Don’t go here u less you want to get ripped off!!

Do It Right, Not Twice they say.Brought my car in a week ago with a LIST of concerns and of course internally screaming with all my mechanic shop fears. I only came in for an oil change. However, I was greeted by the owner who was very friendly and accommodating. He was very knowledgeable about BMWs. He showed me around his shop which was very impressive. Before I left they did a full inspection of my car. He didn’t try to push any repairs but did make me aware of what would be needed to keep the car in A1 condition. Said it could wait until next year...

RUN far away!!! The owner is crooked and they are running a very shady business here. My fiance took his car to get a brake job done here. He called to get an estimate, which they refuse to give him over the phone, so he took it in for a quote. After about 8 hours (just to look at it to determine what needed to be done) they called him to let him know how much it would be. It was close to $500 for just front brake pads, entirely overpriced. He went to pick it up but was slapped with a bill for the estimate. $150 just to tell you how much it was going to be?! Unbelievable. He was never told upfront that there would be a charge for an estimate. I could barely believe that a place could be so crooked and not letting you know up front so I decided to see for myself. I called up the shop and asked how much they would charge me for a brake job. The woman at the front said she couldnt quote me over the phone but to bring it in for a FREE estimate. I asked again, a FREE estimate?? She confirmed and told me to bring it on in. I then asked her why she charged my fiancé $150 for his estimate. She immediately said hold on, and put the owner on the phone. Dwayne, the owner got on and after a heated conversation with him about what kind of business they were running here, it ultimately ended in him calling me a horrible vehicle owner. Such unprofessionalism. This place will lie to you and then try to overcharge you after you werent told upfront about hidden charges. Come here if you want to be ripped off

I took my 2016 Mercedez Benz E400 here because it ran out of guarantee from Mercedez dealer and didnt want to pay for very expensive routine service there.I found this place in Google, took it there (already 2 times) and i was gladly surprised about their professionalism and authentic care for my car.Their place seems clean, very well maintained and with qualified mechanics and staff.

You can be a specialist on a vehicle but not better than the actual maker of a car....this business charges more than $100 than at the mercedes dealership for a diagnostic. This is ridiculous!!!! I will think about other options before taking my benz c300 to their shop.

As an out-of-state buyer buying a car located in Florida from Michigan during the COVID-19 crisis, I put full faith in Duwayne Hughes and his team at Euromotive to inspect a Porsche 991 I ultimately ended up purchasing.Before the start of the PPI, I Implored Duwayne to be thorough with the cosmetic and mechanical condition, as I was purchasing the vehicle sight-unseen and having it shipped given the difficulties around flying cross-country in June 20 with the virus proliferating across the country.The only thing that Duwayne noted in his reviews w/r/t cosmetics were scratches on the bumper and repair on wheels (see photo in this deck from his write-up -- link to deck and photos below) which I was fine with, but when the vehicle finally arrived, I was shocked to find significant creasing / damage across the front bumper (see photos in section 2).When I inquired about the damage to Duwayne, what I was told is that he is fastidious around cars and as such would have caught it if the damage was there. Looking at the original listing photos provided by the dealership, what I had initially thought were reflections from the lighting in the ceiling turned out to be pretty significant bumper damage when seen in person -- big enough that itd be incredibly difficult to miss even in the most hurried of inspections.Even the selling dealership admitted to the damage after I showed them the comparative photos (see attached) and paid out a partial sum to go towards a new bumper, so I was incredulous when Duwayne continuously denied that the damage existed when he was reviewing the vehicle. Just talking from a timeline chronology perspective, if the damage was there in photos from the dealership (which the selling dealership admitted they had missed and issued a check to cover part of damages) and it was present at delivery, the question becomes: how could it have disappeared during inspection? Duwayne insisted the silhouette of damage in the photo is due to lighting (see snapshot of email), but I encourage everyone reading this to review themselves and make their own conclusions.Given that the CarFax showed no accidents, and the dealership photos (in isolation without having looked at the car physically) didnt indicate any issues, I purchased the vehicle. I would not have purchased the vehicle had I known about the issues. Now am I not only out thousands for bumper cover replacement, Ive also taken a hit on the vehicle value given the bumper replacement required.I am attaching the same documentation I provided to Duwayne for everyone reading this to also review and make their own informed opinions. I hope everyone has better luck and less financial losses working with Duwayne and Euromotive than I do.

I have been using Euromotive Performance for my BMW since 2018. So when my car started to run hot and the engine temp light came on I did not think twice about bringing it in to have Duwayne and his crew to take a look. Once diagnosed, Duwayne called to inform me of the needed repairs and when the job would be finished. Through the entire process they are very transparent and completed the repairs on time.For those who have never been to Euromotive, the shop is kept extremely clean and organized, their work is meticulous, and the staff is friendly and professional.

For years I’ve been trying to find an alternative way to service my BMW, taking it to the dealer was an exhaustive experience…both in terms of exuberant prices and customer attitude. After my last visit at BMW of Ft. Lauderdale, I’ve decided enough is enough and started researching for specialized BMW shops. My research landed me at Euromotive Performance near Aventura Mall…about 10 minutes away from the mall. Duwayne and his crew replaced front struts/arms and complete front brakes on my 6-series. I can easily say Euromotive Performance do better job that the BMW dealer and at a very competitive price point. The service was done on time, done well, done right! When you will read an owner response please notice that $300 diagnostic charge was supposed only if I refuse to fix a car with them, and I agreed to do it . They refused and they supposed to return money that all I asked about :I had a terrible experience with Duwayne. He did not fix my car, despite claiming he knew the car well and would repair it and charged $300 for an unnecessary diagnostic that his own website said would be just $99. After the diagnostic, Duwayne said he thought the car might need a plug change but then refused to fix the car, saying he was afraid to break it. He then pushed me to tow the car from his shop on a weekend with no notice despite not having fixed anything. When I asked for my money back, his response was “good luck.” I consulted with my mechanic in Boston who confirmed Duwayne’s diagnostic results were all wrong. I feel like Duwayne lied about his experience and then scammed me out of money for an unnecessary and inaccurate diagnostic. DO NOT GO HERE . When you will read the owner response please notice !Yes, you are correct about us not fixing your car because you wanted Euromotive Performance to be liable if the spark plugs did not remove from your engine. We explained to you that the spark plugs are so rusted that they may break in your engine which may relate into an engine top end rebuild. You wanted us to be liable. We are sorry but we are not liable for vehicle owners neglect of not servicing your vehicle to manufacture standards.5- We decided not to take the risk to repair your Jaguar due to vehicle service interval neglect.

Duwayne, and the mechanic, wereextremely helpful and honest about the work necessary on my Mercedes benz car. He carefully explained the testing he planned to do, the results of his tests, and what course of action he and the tech did it correct the problem. If I gone to any other Mercedes benz repair shop the charged could be a great deal of money for the work. But Duwayne discovered the problem and the solution to be far less drastic than I had originally anticipated. Because of his honesty, I saved several hundred dollars and a great deal of frustration.Thanks for professionalism and your honesty..

Euromotive are crooks! Allow me to explain my experience:I called Euromotive looking for a quote on a brake job. I spoke with Christina over the phone who said they do not give quotes out over the phone. She said I have to bring the car in to drop it off for a diagnosis and that they won’t have a quote for me until the end of the day. This is obviously inconvenient to be without a car just to get a quote, but nonetheless I agreed to drop it off. I dropped it off at 9:30 and didn’t hear back until 4:00. The quote came in higher then a couple other shops in the area so I told them I would hold off on the brake job and pickup my car the next day.The next day I arrive to pickup my car and Christina hands me a bill for $155. So I asked what this was about and she said this is our charge for diagnosing your car. I told her I was never made aware of any charge and am not paying it. She immediately got defensive and said she definitely told me about the charge, which I know for a fact she didn’t because I would have never agreed to that. So then she gets the owner Duwayne, who comes storming in telling me that I was definitely told about the charge and essentially calling me a liar. I asked him how he could be so sure I was told about the charge since he wasn’t the one who had the phone conversation with me. Then he says to me in a sarcastic tone, “what’d you think was gonna happen? We weren’t going to charge you??”. Then he calls me a horrible vehicle owner!So now here’s the kicker to the story: my fiancé calls and says she needs a brake job, she schedules an appointment to bring it in. She said is there a charge for a quote? And Christina says, “no there’s no charge for a quote come bring it in”. This is confirmation that I wasn’t told about any charge for a quote. Euromotive will say that I got charged because I had a “diagnosis” done on my car. Which is fine if they had notified me about the charge ahead of time, but they didn’t. They totally scammed me and would have done the same thing to my fiancé. Told her the quote was free but then ran a “diagnosis” on the car and then charged for it.In summary, besides the fact that I was scammed and lied to. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my 35 years! I have a couple buddies who own high end cars who were considering coming here. After speaking with me about my experience they said they’ll take their business elsewhere.

My Go to Shop for work on all my vehicles. Shop is spotless, Im not worried about door dings, all OEM parts used to manufacturer standards. One of the very few shops that understands OEM Mechanical and Paint related specs. Staff is courteous and makes you feel welcomed

First time coming to Euromotive Performance and I was extremely pleased with my experience. I made an appointment to drop off my BMW for an installation for the intercooler and charge pipes. Dwayne and the service reps were prompt and efficient with the installation for the parts of my vehicle. I was able to receive my vehicle the same day of drop off. I would definitely recommend this shop based off the premise of excellent service, friendliness and professionalism.

Finally got my 2015 435 BMW fix! I took my car to this shop after numerous visit to my mechanic and replacing different parts and paying labor fees and continued to have malfunctioning codes appear on my car until one morning it just didnt start. I researched European mechanic shop and found this one. After reading the reviews, without hesitation I called this shop over the phone and spoke to Duwayne for availability and had my car towed there. Upon receiving my car, Duwayne reviewed the upfront cost to diagnose and all was history. My repairs were not cheap and their labor rates are standard but less expensive than BMW dealers. I felt extremely comfortable having his team work on my car without even a physical visit to this shop just by the conversation I had with Duwayne. Once my car was completed and ready to pick up is when I actually saw the shop in person. Duwayne showed me all the parts that were replaced and explained the work done. A full inspection was done and was provided with preventive maintenance recommendation. So far my car is functioning great and no check engine light appears. I will defiantly take my car there for all services and I highly recommend this shop. If you own a European car and want things right, you will be happy with this place.

After taking my Jaguar to a local dealer and couldnt take care of an issue with my Carbon Ceramic breaks and the regular 20K Maintenance Service, I called Duwayne and see if they can accommodate me. of course they did and what an amazing experience. Their technical staff performed all the required work the same, with the most quality and very reasonable cost. Highly recommend. I will keep brining my Jaguar to Euromotive Performance.

I was so excited to get my work done at this place! Unfortunately it didnt happen. I brought in my 16 Audi A3 to get repairs and performance upgrades. Upon arrival I was met by who I assume was the owner because he didnt introduce himself or even greet me. From the start i got the feeling he didnt want the work for whatever reason. I guess theyre busy enough to not value customers. After a few glances at my car he said it will cost a couple thousand and that was it. After hearing so many good things about this shop and seeing cars that were built there i was excited to have them work on my car. But because of the uninviting attitude of the owner I brought my business elsewhere.

Their cars were impeccable and they both spoke highly about the shop and Duwayne.I called to set an appointment and was scheduled for two days later. They were professional and friendly and I even got a follow up call the day before to confirm.Upon arrival the first thing I noticed was how clean and organized the shop was. It was like a show room, from the polished floors to the new looking state-of-the-art equipment. So far so good! I met the owner, Duwayne, and immediately had the impression that he was serious about his business and his customers satisfaction. In speaking with him a little more I also learned that hes a straight shooter. No tricks or games here! Its going to be done right the first time because he doesnt want a car coming back for issues from something they worked on.The work I needed done was simple; change my current rear exhaust to a Dinan one. I was in and out in the time I was told and everything was done perfectly. While the mechanic was working on the car I had a conversation with Duwayne discussing some upgrades I have planned for the car in the coming month. He made suggestions that helped me out, including how to organize the installs to overlap the labor, which saves me time and money. Now that is the mark of an honest shop owner. My tire popped out of no where in the middle of the highway and I went around to a few places and no one could get me the tire I needed until the end of the week. However, Euromotive Performance immediately took me in and got me my tire. They were so friendly and the shop looks so nice and clean. I worked from their office while my tire was being changed and I was out of there in no time. They’re fast and have amazing customer service and the best quality! Will most definitely keep coming back for all my car needs!

A true hidden gem. Places like this, don’t exist anymore.I have a 6 series that had its service warranty expire and I was looking for a shop that could do simple service operations. One day I saw a flyer on my car and as usual I was about to throw it out, luckily I didn’t!I read it and it was an ad for Euromotive. I checked them out on google and saw their stellar reviews.i kept the ad and next time i needed i service, i would call them. My oil change light came on and i decided to call. The receptionist picked up and i asked for the price of the oil change. She said that she would have the owner call me with pricing. Then around 6pm in the afternoon i get a call from Dwayne the owner. He told me that he was making his calls after hours and gave me pricing and more information about the shop. To be honest, this is the only reason i gave them a chance. This is what i do at my business and if the owner is so dedicated about his business that he would personally call me after hours to make sure someone got back to me, this is what you call...Dedication. I set the appointment and everything from was great. Very friendly staff, they are very well organized and they stick to their schedule. I recommend 1000%.

I was very lucky to find Dwayne. My 2009 Mini Cooper was having so many different problems and the dealer wanted so much money without even a guarantee that what they found was the problem. I looked and found Dwayne he explained everything in detail which was good since I have no idea about cars. He gave me a very reasonable price more than half off the cost from what the dealer was charging me. He found the true problem, and fixed it. This is the first mechanic I have found that has integrity, knowledge, and will take the time to go over everything that was done in detail. I am extremely happy with the service, my car is honestly running better than it ever did. Thank you to Dwayne and his team of experts for the passion and dedication they have. I came to this place after I had two ASE certified mechanics turn down working on my 06 M5. I turned to online reviews to find a legit BWM indy shop, which led me to Duane and his team. The shop was very professional and clean, which is usually a first good sign. Hourly rates are not the cheapest at 139$/HR and all parts used are Genuine BMW which comes along with the BMW tax. That being said, you get what you pay for, top notch service and professional knowledge. The techs where able to pinpoint, diagnose, and repair the problem very quickly. Along the process theyve identified a few other shadow codes which were leading to the vehicle not being able to run at optimum capacity. All in all, I was completely satisfied and will be returning here for future repairs and maintenances.**Edit**12FEB21 - Wanted to give an update on my service experience after being a repeat customer. I cant stress how professional and transparent Duwayne and team are at Euromotive Performance. It doesnt matter how busy Duwayne is with customers and orders, hell still take time to talk to you regarding your vehicle concerns. Im currently doing a restoration with my 02 540i 6mt and any mechanical or cosmetic need will be addressed at this establishment. I wish I could give more stars than 5.

Vehicle- Audi A4; Service- Replace brake rotor and pad for both front and rear. I won’t normally take car to non-dealership but this time was looking for a better pricing option as it’s a very common service but same time without compromising the quality. I have found this place by google and trusted the earlier customers and their feedback. The job performed is pretty decent, doesn’t have any complaints about it nor the car shows any signs of issues. Customer service is almost in par with dealership, it’s a very clean shop and has accommodating owner and staff. Price wise it’s not a bargain.

These guys are incredible. They installed the MMI Prime which allows me to have apple car play and they did it within a day made sure it worked and continued to check up on me to make sure everything was okay. Duwayne was able to fit me in on the same day for an oil change. I was able to drop off car and with in 3 hours the car was ready for pickup. All turned out good and I was able to get on road again for a trip North. I will be back for future service.

I had an issue with my convertible roof not unlatching from one particular side. The Mini dealer incorrectly said that I would need a completely new convertible roof cassette. This was incorrect I needed an adjustment and, my pump is on its way out. I also got some great advice from the owner and will definitely be bringing my car back for maintenance work.
