I came here with an appointment, I was told they had the tires I need over the phone. I was kept waiting hours and they didn’t have the tires when I arrived. Second appointment, waited hours for the tire change. Everyone went on lunch. I’m sitting outside in this hot humid weather . They all having lunch inside AC.I don’t think it takes 3 hours to Chang tires.I’ll never come back .Plus they advertise sales but don’t honor them. Bad service and bad management. I give negative stars if I could.

I brought my 2001 Chevy in for a BRAKE CHECK.Harry and Mel checked them over, thoroughly and took time to be sure that they were okay.They reported the good news that my brakes were just fine.Thank you Harry and MelI feel safe now. Thanks for your help and kindness

I always take my car here for oil change. My experience with them has always been great. But, today they helped me with my car in the middle of a very tough situation. The manager took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my car. Very detailed explanation. I highly recommend them, even if sometimes they’re very busy, they’re great. Thanks a lot.

This place is my go to for car maintenance! Excellent service, friendly and reasonable prices. I took my car in to get an oil change, and they always get it done in a timely manner! I parked my car too close over a curb. I didn’t notice a part of my bumper was hanging down. The gentleman pointed it out and said they could try to fix it for $15. They did! Can’t tell it ever happened!

I used to go here when I lived in Hollywood, they are honest and you cant beat the price. Then I moved to west Miami where jiffy lube charges you three times the price and I dont think are so honest. Now I drive 30 miles back to this midas for my maintenance.

Took my Mazda in to get the brakes done. They gave me the best quote and were honest about what exactly was needed. John was very helpful and professional. I also spoke to one of the mechanics who was also very thorough and courteous. Was in and out within a few hours. I will be going back to this location for all regular car maintenance.

I made an appointment for 1:00pm today. I got there 5 minutes early and was told it would be an hour before they can service my car. Time is money so I left....

I went to get oil changed it was fine (even when it took 2 hours) but what really upsets me is how they “fixed” my tires. They said that I have 2 nails in my tires. After I left this place I got “tire pressure warning light”, they didn’t fix anything. So I went to a different place and they fixed perfectly and they showed me where I had nails and how they fixed it. Please don’t go to Midas. They just want your money. I just don’t understand, I would really come back next time and I would give my money for some service, why you guys do things like that?

Bad experience with oil changing in this service. People dont know about level. My oil capacity 4.2. They filled the whole bottle 5 quarts.

These guys ripped my mother, over 80 years old. They replaced her battery and alternator and charged her hundreds of dollars. We took the car this week to another mechanic for a similar issue. They showed us exactly that the alternator was never replaced. It has factory installed system. Avoid at all costs.

I discovered this Midas location when the dealer price for a repair was not in reason. The manager gave me an honest evaluation of the brake work that needed to be done on my Cadillac. Upon my second visit, they informed me that the work I wanted done was not necessary at the time. I appreciated their honesty, fast and friendly service. I HIGHLY recommend this location in Hallandale. While I was there, they evaluated a flat tire on a walk-in car at no charge to the person. This is my go to place for brake service

I came in for a warning light on my car they took a look at the oil warning light and reset it without any charge and we’re super nice and helpful.

I’ve been taking my car here for years, very trustworthy staff and accommodate my vehicle as soon as they possible can. Definitely recommend to anyone as they are always honest!

We were referred to Harrys Midas shop. Wasnt sure what to expect since we just drove cross country and needed to get our vehicle checked out. We only needed to replace a rear brake light. Harry and his son and staff were great. They are very friendly, helpful and gave us the option to replace the brake light ourselves or they could do it for us. We would definitely recommend them and we will be back when we need to get work done.

Very hard to find the place where mechanic dont lying you. Asian guy, whose name Viktor really professional. Before these place I visited 3 mechanics and all of them tried to charge me for not existing breakdown! I am lucky because I know cars well, but I care about other people... So, I cant be responsible for all staff in this shop, but one more time - Viktor is really good!

This Midas Location is fantastic! The customer service is wonderful and its a joy to go there. The prices are reasonable and the employees and mechanics are very honest, they will never tell you something you dont absolutely need! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great mechanic.

Dont bring a coupon into this place they will only charge you for something to make up the money. 1hr oil change and they didnt even change the oil yet. Had them pull my car out and went to neighboring store top notch service. Manager/owner used profanity for me not wanting to stay

Be very cautious here. They overcharge and are very sneaky. Buyer beware. Especially be cautious of the man with glasses and long hair when you check in. They will try and take advantage of you. The son of the owner is also very rude and not honest. Very poor family run business.

This place can get real expensive. mechanics take their sweet time to increase labor hour cost on a slow day . Not only youre going to pay more but also, the waiting time is about twice as much than most shops. PLEASE STAY AWAY!

After getting a best time (by phone) for an oil change, it took 2 hours before they got to it and they didnt rotate the tires per the Midas coupon.

Took 3 hrs to do an oil change because the tech was watching a soccer game and was not working on cars. I mentioned this and the manager was too busy putting a window ac in the lobby, which too was covered in dry wall dust and dirt.

I dont recommend this location. They charged me $1400, worked many ours on a electrical issue that they could not figure it out. Later i learned it was an easy fix.

I had thee worst experience ever with a mechanic/owner here today (2/24/16). I got there at 7:15a.m., they open at 7:30. Harry the owner didnt arrive until after 8a.m. When he did arrive he didnt introduce himself as the owner. I had a water pump to go bad yesterday even though it was replaced in November at another Midas shop. He was very adamant about me paying again regardless of it being under warranty- 12 months/12,000 miles. I called two other shops from his store and the managers there said its covered under warranty and still he wanted me to pay. So I called corporate to report it. Meanwhile, the business office assured him it was warrantied. So at 10:00a.m. he, Harry (the not nice owner), decided to proceed with the repairs.At 3:30 his daughter called and said car is ready. When I got there Harry yelled at You emailed corporate office and said Im unprofessional and mistreated you...on and on So I said I didnt email them....I CALLED...which is my right! #1. He then called me a liar and said I can show you what you said because its in my phone. Then his daughter turned to me and asked me Why did you come here? I had to repeatedly ask them to give me my receipt and keys so I could get out of there...Mr Harry is a money hungry, DISRESPECTFUL, business owner. I have EVERY RIGHT as a customer to call corporate office and report whatever is necessary....not to be questioned by HARRY or THE DAUGHTER! I would NEVER recommend this establishment. Lessons in professionalism are definitely needed at this location. Not one single apology was given by this rude man or his defensive, unknowledgeable daughter.

I have brought two different cars here for repairs, a Honda Civic and a Saturn Vue, and each time have been very pleased with the quality, timeliness, and cost of the service and materials.Tire Kingdom quoted me so much to fix the breaks on my Honda Civic I was starting to think the car wasnt worth fixing. They also named a number of other problems which Midas said were problems they just did not see. I literally saved over $300 on brakes there not to mention the money I saved on services I didnt need (the car is still running great).Sure they did an inspection and recommended some fluid changes but in the case of the Saturn View whereas I went in there thinking I needed totally new brake roters and pads they were able to just adjust the brakes and saved me hundreds of dollars there too.Midas has always treated me well and this location is no exception. I recommend highly

This place is a hot mess, it took 3 hours to get Simple oil change that according to them would only take 45 mins. Then they wanted to tag on like 700 dollars of work I didnt want or need, and to top it off, I only went this midas so i could pay with my midas card, and even though they have the midas label and signs all over their building, they dont accept it as payment.The service is horrible, they take too long and the are not very professional. Do not go here
