Great service! There are very helpful in explaining some very serious damages that happened to my cars front left axle. But I didnt feel pressured or otherwise forced to make a decision right then and there to have it fixed. They just simply explained everything going on with my car, above and beyond what I had requested them to do, and explained and estimated how much it would cost to have everything fixed and repaired correctly. They are super nice, very efficient and I definitely recommend them for anyone trying to have any regular maintenance done or serious operations to your car. Great group of guys!

This bodyshop lied to me that they are state farm assigned bodyshop so I had them to fix my car. After the car was fixed, I found it is still the old part and the paint has been bubbling and falling off piece by piece. But they got paid from state farm for changing new parts for my car. So I had Toyotas own bodyshop inspected his fixing and they confirmed he didnt change new parts. (I have all the photos of the car after the repair and Toyota bodyshops audio of their inspection).They suggested me to report it to your department for insurance fraud and seek a solution for it. They also suggested me to post this online and all social media to let more people know their fraud and poor quality of repair work so they could stop scamming more people.

They are scammers! They lied that they are state farm assigned bodyshop so I had my car fixed there. They got paid to change new tailgate but they pasted the old part back.They painted my car and after two weeks, the pain bubbled and fell off.

Got a flat tire patched here and the tire sensor never worked again; I waited to have the pressure readings showing up before I left fortunately, and then walked back to make the claim. Brought the car the next day as they suggested and they replaced it for free, but still it costed me time and unnecessary stress. They said the sensor wasnt there, meaning the guy who patched the tire stole it or broke it. If you value your time, car and honesty, dont go here; youll regret it as I do now.

Beware!I purchased a car from auto deal express this good year fix there cars i had a major problem a gas leak that made me and my kids very ill they was supposed to fix it 6 months later i have the same problem they didnt or would not give me details what was wrong with it i got the car and the next day i noticed the problem for a week i drove it not knowing how bad it was me and my kids got very ill i reported it to the dealership they told me to bring it in that goodyear would fix it i asked goodyear what was the problem they said to ask the dealership i told them that i bought it that i was the owner and still nothing the car could have blowed up the smell from the gas had us very ill and the dealership told me not to report it to my finance company or they wouldnt finance me so i didnt because of my credit score the car right now still needs a fuel pump that goodyear supposedly replaced i have no paper work cause they deal with the dealership dont go here if you get a car from auto deal express they both crooked and rob people they both knew the danger and work together i couldnt never do someone the way they did me its just wrong and sad im scared to even write a review because of the way they treated me and acted keep me in prayer and beware everyone!

Promised me the car I bought from them would have a tune-up, oil change and checked out completely. No tune-up given, no oil change, nothing. They even lied about the service to my car. For the past three years; this is the only shop in Broward I would trust will all of my cars mechanical needs and upgrades. Amazing people, exceptional service, great place to take your car to have its repairs, performance and cosmetic upgrades done and they also are very fair with their pricing.

I went to get an oil change and it was done quite quickly. I was in and out in less then an hour and it was inexpensive. Ive also had my brakes replaced and now my car works beautifully! I would recommend this place to everyone I know!

Not RECOMMENDED I was there last week to see another an alert on my screen with low air on the tire their mechanic said the tires were fine and he pulled out the sensors on my tires said the 2 of them needed replacement so they counted me $290.00 two sensors and labor thank God I said no and left today the Dealer tells me is a nail in one of the tires and sensors are good only cost me $29.00 that only has one name GOOD YEAR ARE DISHONEST SCAMMERS DO MOT GO TO THEM

Hello everyone!Id like to share my experience at our local tire place.I been at this place to service my vihecles for last 3 years since I moved in Lovely Hallandale Beach.I got services such fluids flush and change,brake and rotor replacement as well as new tires installation.Im very happy with professional and friendly service,always fast service oriented on details.I can ensure this is the right place to maintain cars. They are not the cheapest but very fare on quality parts and proper installation. Im in the construction business and I know how important how is the any job will perform because everybody else can do the same thing but the main thing is how?I trust this guys,they never overcharged me and always provided to me their excellent customer service.I highly recommend to buy parts from them and do installation so they liable for everything they do.I was a witness when one of the customer brought parts from cheap supplier and they were defected.Once again Im very happy customer and recommend to our locals use their services.Yours,Rodion

This is my go to place for oil change and tire rotation in and out less than 30 minutes.

Took my truck to them to get the Ac system checked for leaks and filled with freon. Took 5 hours, then when they were done they told me the compressor wasnt working and offered to diagnose it for $100. When I got the truck home I discovered they had pulled the fuse for the compressor. 3 weeks later all of the freon leaked out, so I take it back and they tell me its leaking in 3 places. I explain to them that they need to fix it for free because I JUST PAID THEM to do this 3 weeks ago. They tell me that my truck spontaneously developed 3 new leaks within the 3 weeks since they had the truck and that Ill have to pay them $80/hr to fix it. Both times I went to this shop there was a line of people all the way out the door complaining about getting screwed one way or another. This is not a mom and pop shop they dont care if they screw you over. You can expect a McDonalds employee level of customer service from the people who work here. I highly recommend you take your car somewhere else.

Got a quote on the phone which was an ok deal. Brought car in and then got quoted higher price. This was the second time I gave them a chance to compete on my repairs and they are just over priced. You can find better deals down the block. Sad part is you think they would help a long time customer but they dont care. Take your car any where cause thats how they will treat you like if you are a no body after a decade of being a loyal customer. Good Luck!!

Rude Unprofessional high price!Dont go there!..So i wrote the review while i was in the waiting room, apparently the manager wasnt pleased with the review., When i went to pay the manager was at the register, he asked if i wrote that reveiw, probably because the review i wrote was for the same service i was having done,apparently he was on the net while i was there, anyway he got upset and his cashier also got in our discussion i guess they thought it would change my mind or it would intimidate me if both of them would gang up.It didnt work.... People all i can say, i will try my best never to use any good year product or service.Thanks to these 2 want to be bullies....26.00 to fix flat tire.

Guy sits on his phone texting and looks up at me like Im interrupting. Dead atmosphere. Went up the street to jiffy lube, price higher but youll get treated like youre wanted there.

5 stars for technicians. Experienced staff. Just make sure to confirm the price before leaving there your car. It could just get higher because of their hourly rate and other ridiculous charges.

Went in for a lil tune up, ended up spending more than what I was suppose, BUT when the Manager(Neil) is more worried about you and your safety it soften the blow. I do appreciate that. Thank you Good Year for promoting a fine young man to management to be able to help me.

The worse experience. They let water in my car. I left them all the parts to put on and not all the parts were put on and they took the remaining of the parts. They lie all the time of what theyre gonna do to your car but gets half fix. I reported them to Goodyear headquarters but they are not even on the network of Goodyear so is very scary that they can do these type of sloppy work to the community, do come to this shopyou will be disappointed like me...very very bad experience.

I trusted them to help me decide if a car I had inspected was worth the buy. The customer service was good but I’m disappointed with the inspection. I was under the impression that a FULL inspection meant a full inspection. Evidently a full inspection does not include noticing that the front bumper had been replaced. A few days after I purchased the car, another shop informed me that the bumper was replaced most likely because the car had been in an accident. UPDATE: I’ve had the car for a few years and have not had any issues.

High priced. Very unprofessional. Came to get 2 tires change and took over 2 hours. The man who changed my tires didn’t check my other ones like I asked. Also very bad attitudes. Would not recommend.

Excellent service. I have been taking my toyota yaris 2007 for the last 2 years, and have no complaints. Their prices are very reasonable and they are very responsible people. I have no idea about car stuff and they havent take advantage of that, they are very honest people and know what they are doing, which are two things difficult to find, so I totally recommend it.

I went in for a routine oil change and the mechanic told me I needed to rebuild the automatic transmission within a few days. I did not believe him since I just purchased the car from Carmax 6 months prior. 4 years have passed, and so far the transmission is working fine. Several different mechanics have been telling me the transmission is running well. Although this event has been awhile ago, I decided to report this on Google to let the public know. This Goodyear is dishonest and I dont recommend it.

They started out acting as if they were doing whats right, but when I went in because my SUV is losing oil in three days, they checked it and said that a part is leaking and it would cost $400+ to fix, I didnt want to spend a lot, but the guy said it is definetly the problem, it will stop the leak problem guanteed, there will still be small leaks but I wont lose a lot of oil, then I paid, only because he guaranteed it would, after it was replaced, the same problem is happening, that part had nothing to do with it, he then says he did say that, he said it would fix the oil leak of the part, not the problem, I was having, the problem is something else, I told him he is lying and now changing his words around to deceive me, he intentionally phrase his words to deceive me, but he stated clearly the problem would stop and I would not lose alot of oil. Then he refused to refund my money, and is laughing in my face. Their guilty of horrific sins against me. Thier is no excuse....

I went to change my front brake pads. They said they dont give me warranty for their job if I dont change rotors. OK, But additionally they recommended to change my back brake pads which were normal. So I just changed front brake pads. Later same day, I found my back brake pads start giving noise. Which were not givig any noise. Not professional place.

Im very disappointed. I took my car for allignment, they carged me 100, even thoug anyone who understands the procedure would know its an easy and quick job. The labor rates here are just comically high. After 2500mi it went off. Whenever i went there to get it fixed @ first the guy assured me that they would take care of it, but on the other day they started to bullshit me that the procedure was done more than six mounth ago. Even though the car hasnt driven that much it was long time ago)Oh what a shitplace! The crew along with their manager (which showed absolutely no respect and courtesy to resolve this 15 min fix) were at their best in yelling, interrupting, and laughing in my face. It happened a long time ago so we need to charge youMy car was sitting because of an engine rebuild, and now after just 2500mi of regular driving I need to allign something which was alligned by professionally skilled technitians.

This place is a joke. I came there for a break service over a squeek I was hearing and after waiting an hour and a half just to have my breaks checked they told me I was gonna need brake shoes. Alright I decided to take the service in hopes to fix the problem. After two additional hours of wait they said everything should be fine and I walked away with my car. The same day the same noise remained so I decided to give it more time and the noise still remained, so I went back and the guy told me that I would have to wait 1.30 so they get to my car and check it up. I decided to come next day and not wait that long, and again he said the same. Plus he said it was gonna be 2.30 because they were short on personnel so I decided to wait whatever time they say otherwhise Ill never get my car checked and Ill lose the money I paid them. Lets see if waiting all this long is going to be worth it.

They changed my front disks and brakes and after that i started having problems with my front brakes. Now my disks is not even a year old and i had to replace it again. I wasted my time talking with them but they dont care .i have been a customer for the last three years. I am never coming back again.
