I would definitely recommend the car factory,to take care of work to be done on any vehicle you want work done,Luis the best no running around with you, when the work is done trust me its like getting a brand new car from that repair body shop,my car was in on out less than a week, on everybody at work keep asking me why my car looking bright on shiny, give them a try on see for your self.

Luis and his team of experts did an excellent job restoring my 2019 Avalon with frame damage back to like new condition. Very professional work and the paint job was immaculate! Luis definitely secured a continuous business relationship with me and I’m already sending more cars his way!

Highly recommend! Great price and fast turnaround time! My brand new AMG was the victim of a hit (scuff) and run in a parking lot resulting in deep scratches to my bumper. I needed a shop that could fashion an affordable and quick solution to fix and repair the bumper. I was refer to Luis at the The Car Factory Collision & Paint Center. Not only did Luis make time for me to come in same day for a consult, but he was able to make space to take the car shortly thereafter and completed the job within 24 hours!!!! The repairs came out great and you would never know anything happened after Luis and his family completed the job. I will be a returning customer, that is for sure!

Worst place Ive ever been to the people are terrible, theyre going to rob you theyre going to do a bad job, theyre going to leave your car as it is and worst of all theyre going to keep your car for a very very long time. Cheap paints and bad labor . My 3000GT was literally there from before the hurricane last year and I have receipts to show that they kept my car over a year for a paint job because I wasnt getting it done through insurance and Im a regular person paying it through pocket thats what the guy that was painting my car Luis told me. My suggestion before you go to this place just try and paint your car yourself at least if it doesnt work out youll take it to somewhere else and theyll get it done within a month not a year . Also mysteriously when I went to go pick up my car today it wouldnt start but I drove it there mmmhhmmm.🤔
