I would give them less if I could. I needed a part to fix my 61year old mothers g14 gravely with a 50in deck they told us that the part was no longer available and tried to push a new one on us. I reached out to some people on gravely FB site and they told me that the part is still available and gave me the number. Sure enough it is I ordered it that day it only cost 54$ through gravely website. This place just wants to get as much money as they can out of you and dont care about you.

Searching for a Kioti tractor and they had one in stock. We called and discussed with Ken. He had the paperwork and everything needed to finalize together by the time we arrived. They have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable so far. Great experience.

I have been going there. I bought $5,500 Gravely ZT HD 60 from them and I think the owner is thankless for my patronage. The owner in particular has a really nasty attitude. Each time I go there for whatever, the owner sounds like I was inconveniencing him. I will not be going there again. Please do not go there again if you can.

They dont answer your questions on the Honda equipment, plus they dont wear mask as per cdc guidelines

I just visited this business at their Hagerstown location. I would like to say that my approach with most businesses in Hagerstown is, going in, you hope for the best but prepare for the worst, which is usually the case in this town. This biz is truly an anomaly here. Every once in a great while you encounter a place where every expectation is met or exceeded. The Hagerstown location is OUTSTANDING!!!. It was very refreshing to be treated with respect and politeness by their staff and as a result, they gained a lifetime customer. Dealing with the manager, Ken Wiley, was an absolute pleasure and I found their other staff members to be terrific as well. They are knowledgeable about their products, attentive to their customers, and they accommodated me above my expectations. I walked out of there with a Cub Cadet zero turn and couldn’t have been any happier with the transaction. I recognize this business by the truckloads.
I think these people are trying extremely hard to go out of business because you will get better costumer service out of McDonalds, a place that sells 1 dollar burgers. You think a place that is trying to sell $10,000+ worth of equipment would try a little harder. I have called here 3 times on different hours and days and all 3 times i have been put on a never ending hold. To the employees working here i highly suggest you start to beef out your resume because i would be extremely shocked if you are all employed a year down the road. Best of luck with these people, you will need it.
Had what I wanted at a good price.
Poor service. First time I went to purchase a 20k tractor. Asked the counter guy to price me tractor and different options and his reply was I dont know, they change their prices all the tme. That was the extent of our conversation. Called another time for a replacement part, guy said hed have his manager call me within the hour, never heard back. Called 4 hours later said he didnt forget me, was just busy. Been two days, never heard anything back. When did it become acceptable for a business to not return calls or try to sell items??
I have dealt with this place off and on for a few years and recently that was the last time I will go there. The staff has an attitude and doesnt care if you buy anything there or not. I have bought 1500 dollar chainsaws there and there was no appreciation. I am not asking for special treatment but atleast be polite when someone comes through the door!
I love this store! Ken Wiley is super helpful and super knowledgeable.Ive purchased a Cub Cadet XT3 GTX (with bagger and deck) and a Stihl MS 391 (with case, extra chain, and fuel). In both instances, Ken found ways to get me out the door with the best price possible. He works with you and wants you to be satisfied.Im so glad that I started shopping here for my power equipment needs. First time in the store a few weeks ago, gentlemen was very nice and helped me find the air filter for my mower that I hadn’t been able to find. Would definitely recommend and will be returning.
The service was awful. Didn’t acknowledge us and didn’t know the equipment that had in. In middle of transaction husband realized they didn’t give him 4 cycle weed trimmer. All the guy said was oh my bad. We called beforehand and asked if they carried these and if they had them in stock. They said yes. On our way out we saw one and my husband said there is one right here. Guy said oh yeah. I guess so. Terrible customer service. Won’t go back.

Cant give 0 stars so I guess they will get 1. Dropped off a mower for a broken piece of plastic on a brand new mower. We dropped off our mower and we were told they would look into getting it serviced under warranty. We never heard anything back for 1 and a half weeks so we called and they said they were 10 days out to work on it. Okay fine. We received a call today saying it was being worked on and would be ready for pick up today. Great news right? Nope it wasnt covered under warranty and no one called to tell us so they just replaced the part and charged us $60. If I knew it wasnt going to be covered I would have fixed the thing myself never dealing with this company again at least call people to tell them what the charges would be before fixing something that was thought to be covered under warranty .
Very helpful customer service. I own a 1976 Cub Cadet tractor, and WMOP keeps it running like new. Most times they have the parts that I need in stock, and if not get them very quickly
Dropped snow blower off first week of January to get new carburetor. I was told it would take 3 days to a week and they would call me. 3 weeks went by no call. So I called and was told theirbtexh was t in he would call me back next day. Never heard from them the next day. So I called back the next week and was told the parts were ordered and they had them there but has not been worked on yet. This is the 3rd week. Then I call back 2 weeks later to ask what’s going on only to be told yet again their tech. Wasn’t in today and they would leave a note and bump me to their “priority” list. Never heard back until March 6th (2 months later) staying I need to come pick it up they can’t fix the carburetor there but oh by the way you owe us $25 for a estimate. I will not ever go back to this place and will not be recommending them to anyone.
Been on hold for 15 minutes. They simply answered and stayed “hold, will be with you in a moment”. This is the longest moment of my life. Horrible customer service
Very poor customer service. If I could give a zero rating that would be too good for this place. Dropped off a blower to be sent back for replacement to manufacture instead of calling me and telling me he didnt want to only receive $20.00 for the return ( HE SAID WASNT WORTH HIS TIME) he let the blower sit for 5 weeks until We called the manufacturer and they told us they never received our blower. Called Ken and he simply said it wasnt worth his time and he was sick of looking at it...Lazy guy.... This guy doesnt care about anything but his pocket and sitting in his chair. I would never go back or refer this place to anyone....too bad there arent more stores around this business because he would be out of business very fast with his service and attitude. .I did email you but no reply!
This branch is not customer service oriented. Just tried to get a part for my Toro mower. Although the exact mower was on the floor they were reluctant to look the part up without the serial number. After I identified the part (a spring)on the schematic and asked for guidance on assembly they were too busy to bother or even take a quick look. Im in the market for a zero turn mower, but it definitly wont be purchased from Western Maryland Outdoor Power!

I bought a $7,000 mower from these people and when I bring it back 3 years later to be fixed dad acted like I was inconveniencing them to the end of the Earth. They told me it was going to be 3 weeks for them to just look at it. So with no other option I left it with them .I found somebody else to fix it three days later. I went to pick up my mower I tried to buy the part that I needed and it wasnt in stock. Again I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing them so much just for walking through the door. Worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. I will never set foot in that store again.
Dropped a weed wacker off for service was told it would be five days I wait a week and havent heard anything so i called them. They tell me that its still ginnaw be another 3 or 4 days. ... hinesty in a company goes a long way
