I was very pleased with Jims small engine repair. Extremely helpful, polite, prompt and you arent going to beat the price.

Recently had a power washer tuned up. Have gone to him several times over the years with lawn mower repairs. He is honest and will tell you the truth about what you do or do not need to do with your equipment. He will not run up a big repair bill for something that does not need fixed. I trust him and love his work. Thanks for a job well done. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs any type of small engine repairs done. I will definitely keep going back as long as I have any type of equipment repair needs.

Great family owned business. Easy in and out with U shape driveway. Ramp for loading and unloading. They have been in business for over 35 years. Almost 140 years of knowledge between all of them. And the cheapest in town.

Dropped off two items for repair and waited 3.5 weeks for completion! After voicing concerns, got told to come get my items and then hung up on!

Great people, almost always seem to have my part in stock. If not its there the next day. Definitely recommend them!

I paid Jims $160 in May 2017 to have my 5-year old Craftsman riding mower fixed and it somehow returned in worse condition then when they took it. Original issues still exist and the mower runs much harder now (for lack of a better term). I have called back several times in the past few months and have been blown off each and every time, either with a promise that I would be called back (I wasnt) or the issues with my mower would be marginalized and explained away by its the ethanol, use Stabil line (Im confident my issues werent the result of anything related to this, but I digress). I suggest that you not use this business as their technical and customer service are both lacking.

Told them my lawnmower had a hard time started. I dropped my lawn mower off and it took them 6 weeks to look at it. After a total of 7 weeks they told me that they got it started and it would need a trickle charge to start it and they are charging me $249 to tell me that.

Had what we needed

Took a pressure washer to get fixed. Was told that it would be a week or 2. Here we are 7 weeks later and just getting it back. As bad or worse than when I took it there. No communication about my product! At one point could not even get in contact with anyone!!! When I did talk to the woman there she was very disrespectful, unprofessional, and ignorant to say the least!! Would recommend NOBODY!!! I repeat NOBODY!!!!! To tank anything there. (Not even a wheel borrow) They have done nothing but lie to me from day one.LIES LIES LIES!!!!! Not sure how they can stay in business with the way that place is run!!! Would not take the chance if you want to be treated right and your problem fixed!!!
