Beyond customer service at the Hagerstown prime outlet location by Julia! My daughter had visited the store looking for sunglasses and had picked out a couple of pairs but didnt have the money to purchase either one of them (20 yr olds cant really afford much 😉) A week went by and I decided to go to the outlets and surprise her for Christmas with a pair of sunglasses and the only thing I knew was that they cost $185 and were Ray-Ban. I was naively thinking that was enough information to get her the glasses she wanted until I walked into the store. As I walked into the store a sales associate (Julia) offered her assistance and talked to me about the current sales promotions. I was overwhelmed with all the choices and explained that my daughter was there a week earlier and i wanted to surprise her. As I explained more about my daughter and all I knew about what I was looking for somehow Julia remembered my daughter and exactly what pair she loved. How crazy is that? This just doesnt happen anymore and this type of customer service is beyond anything Ive experienced. Needless to say, I bought the first pick for Christmas and her 2nd choice for her birthday! Thank you Julia for making this Christmas surprise possible 😊.

Huge collection of sunglasses and this specific place was one of the few places opened on Easter SundayGot a nice pair from there!

Went to this store looking for a specific pair of glasses that have been hard to find. They didnt have them either but the cashier Courtney was so friendly and helpful to me and all the other customers, I hung around and purchased another pair that cought my eye. She made me feel good about my purchase and I would recommend this store. Thanks.
