Had a eye exam today and had to pick out some frames. Laura was very helpful and friendly. She was very knowledgeable with the Progressive lenses versus bifocals. Looking forward for to my new glasses and being able to see better.

Laura at the Cole Road, Hagerstown location in Maryland is hands down the nicest person I have come in contact with in a very long time. My husband, daughter and I all got new glasses and the prices are the lowest for the quality than anywhere else. We will only continue to buy eye wear from Target optical and especially Laura. Not sure how this one got such a high rating but I am not seeing it. Asked for a specific brand, frame, and size. I gave my prescription and asked if they could order them. They had the brand and frame but they were the wrong size. I told the worker multiple times that this was wrong size. After twenty minutes the woman is still trying to size the frames they had in stock. She even filled out the order form for the lenses, frames, and got ready to check out. What does it take to get them to understand they dont have what you want? Seriously this has got to be the longest string of why are you doing this I have ever seen. Wasted time and wasted effort.

Absolute phenomenal experience with this office. I called and tried to make an appointment during march and laura promised she would call me me when they reopened, and she did! It was my first eye exam in eight years and I was extremely out of my comfort zone and anxious, and this office was very understanding. All five stars of this review go to Laura. She is the wonderful woman who does the appointments, glass fittings and sizing. Her communication and excellent customer service is what really blew me out of the water. Getting glasses was emotional for me and I am very happy with the end result.

Target Optical has an angel named Mrs. Laura that works in Hagerstown. I was having major problems contacting the Ellicott City location to obtain my prescription. I called the Columbia location but their phones were down. My last option was to call the Hagerstown location and see if I could get through. Mrs. Laura answered the phone and made my day. Not only did she get through to the Ellicott City location and pass my information and concerns to them-she called me back twice to make sure everything was taken care of. Now thats what I call great and attentive customer service. Thanks a million Ms. Laura.....youre one of the best!

I was completely impressed with Target Optical. I went in to buy a pair of prescription sunglasses, but when I got there, I was told, they were having a sale where I could get 40% off a pair of regular glasses if I bought the sunglasses. The technician was so helpful and patient with my many questions, and there were actually more choices for both regular eyeglasses and sunglasses than there were at my opticians glasses center. Highly recommend!
