Everyone was very professional and on time with every aspect, check in, pre-check by assistant, exam by doctor. Although I received a negative report (cataracts), the doctor was very helpful with information about where I might have my surgery done. I’ve been going to Longmeadow for 6 years now and always experience the same great care. I would highly recommend this place for anyone needing eye care.

Had my second annual exam with Longmeadow and have had a great experience both times. The staff is always personable and helpful.

From the moment I was greeted warmly by Erica my Frederick Longmeadow Optical experience was outstanding! My eye exam by Jennifer was thorough and professional and she was very personable. She took great care in explaining things concerning my vision. In a different room a very friendly and competent Claudia performed tests on my dilated eyes. Then Ian helped me choose the right frame for my prescription pointing out why some wouldn’t be good for my specific lens. He was also mindful of my fixed income status and presented me with three price ranges from which to choose. I enthusiastically recommend Longmeadow Optical in Frederick!!

As always all the staff was friendly and helpful. Doctor Sauble is tops, always very thorough, patient, and kind! Been going here for years.

It has been a year since my 1st & last visit. No one bothered with follow up call or anything. I thought going to a local business will be better. I was wrong. They got me for $400 bucks for glasses that gives me headaches and I am squinting all the time. I have not bothered to call them since my experience as a patient/customer was not very welcoming. My appt was rushed, the doctor was kind of condescending, and nary a smile was given. It was as if I was a bother by being there. The old lady that tended to me was like a robot. Not single help was offered in regards to picking glasses or anything else. I was not a difficult nor a rude patient, I just felt like I did not matter. They may all just be having a bad day. Either way, I am going back to Americas Best were they definitely treat me better with good attitude, good smile, and care no matter when and how. I will not support a business where I did not feel welcome nor comfortable.

I have never been treated so poorly by someone in my life! I went in to resolve a issue i was having with my prescription and David camo out of the back, and continued to relentlessly attack me and my intelligence for 10 minutes. I honestly thought he was going to hit me. I have no idea what is wrong with this man but he needs to go.

My glasses give me a headache and they wont help. Manager David is absolutely horrendous. The man is incapable being a decent human let alone hospitable to his patrons. Miserable.

Awful!!! They made my glasses wrong then wouldnt fix or return them. I paid $400 for glasses i cant wear or I get headaches. Avoid this place at all costs!!! Just go to Costco its cheaper and they know what there doing, plus they guarantee there work and wont treat you like garbage.

Couldn’t be more dissatisfied. After over paying for glasses to “keep my business local”, I got stuck with glasses that are twice the price, after being unhappy with the progressive lenses. This is an extremely bad business model. I will not be back.

If you want to roll the dice with your vision then sure, this place is a gamble. been here 3 times, had 1 good experience, 1 in 3 odds arent for me. Ill be finding somewhere else.

Friendly staff and not a long wait. We were in early before our appointment and they took all precautions necessary with COVID. All staff wore masks and kept all surfaces clean. The wait room was comfortable and all frames were cleaned in between try-ons. Will visit again for eye exams.

Amazing!!! Im going to be a regular. I live in Chambersburg but I will drive the 30 minutes or so for this place. Very communicative! I actually understood what was going on throughout the eye exam. I had Dr. Dawn she is super sweet and made me feel comfortable during the exam. When I went to pic out frames I was with my dad and he wasnt much help. The ladies their were fantastic and helped me pic out a pair I love (and one I know my mom will love too). Drop wherever youre going now and go to Longmeadow Eyecare!

I was given the wrong contacts twice!! then David the owner blamed ME for the mix up. HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL OPEN?

This was my 3rd pair of glasses here and likely the last. Came in to pick up this last pair and they added shipping which was not discussed before hand. I hope the few dollars was worth it.

Love Longmeadow Eyecare. Im a returning customer this year and saw Dr. Dawn Agostini again. She is very thorough and takes time to explain and answer all questions. They have a very large frame selection with great quality. Associates helping in frame selection and in the fitting glasses are very helpful. Ive finely found my go to eyecare place after using 3 others in last 7 years.

Its always a friendly environment when I go in for an appointment or even just to have my glasses fixed. The ladies are all nice and I love Dr. Augustini. She does everything she can to get your prescription perfect.

My eye exam started at my appointment time. The people are so knowledgeable about choosing and fitting glasses, and insurance. I ordered contact lenses which were delivered the next day. I have been coming here off and on for 28 years, and highly recommend Longmeadow Eyecare.

The exam was very good, very professional.I feel good about the diagnosis. The cost of progressive bifocal is, well what it is anywhere, The exam is worth it though. They use normal labratory equipment, I had an examination elsewhere they were doing some things I didnt care for at the other place. There were also helpful people there. It was too far to travel so I came here. Longneadow Eyecare I just would say everybody seemed like they were genuinly helpful . Their concern was professional, throughout all phases.

In all the years that I have been getting an eye exam I have never had the personalized service and the time spent with me that I did with Longmeadow EyeCare. The doctor told me informative information about my exam that I have never even heard before. This service was excellent and Longmeadow Eyecare has won me as a customer for life!

I love coming to see Dr. Agostini. My recent visit went well. My only criticism is that I was rushed to fill out my paperwork which I was unaware I would need to fill out. I had barely checked in and we were going back to do the pre-exam. Two pages, double-sided, is a lot to try to accomplish when youre being ushered around for parts of the exam. I totally appreciate that I didnt have to do any waiting and the whole thing was over with quickly, but I would have been more than willing to have completed the forms ahead of time. Im looking forward to new glasses though!

Inconsiderate staff, thell say your child needs glasses just to bill your insurance I recommended you go somewhere else if you care about your childs vision. Instead of these money hungry people.

The office manager has one of the worst attitudes of anyone I have ever met. I was just questioning what all I was being charged for and why I wasnt told about fees they charged over what my insurance covered. She immediately got rude and started in with an attitude when I was just asking questions. Had she just answered my questions and been polite this review wouldnt exist. The doctor was great and thorough. This experience will be my last because I will never return or recommend to anyone know.
