Newer employees direct me to the self serve” area that’s been there for years when I ask to print me off a release code like they have been doing for me for yearsI’ve used the self service area in the past and I do not like it, that’s why I always go to the service desk ...... FOR SERVICE!I guess it is true ....people really don’t want to work these daysI’ll find a new place ✌️
This location has a very wide selection of all the office supplies you could think of. The store is kept extremely clean, the staff are cordial, and willing to help. Their staff are also knowledgeable in their electronic department, and able to point you in the direction of what you need. Personally, this is one of my favorites.
Horrible customer service in the technical support area at the store. i would give zero stars but I cant. The man who helped us was rude and offered no help at all. He was extremely pushy and unless we bought a warranty he wasnt willing to help us with anything. he was trying to push us into buying something we didnt want. Will never buy anything from there AGAIN!!!!!!!
It’s no wonder people shop online now. The first time I said no thank you to a $50 insurance policy on a $200 chair should have been enough, but it wasn’t. Neither was the second time, or the third when the cashier got who I assume was their supervisor to harangue me about it. When I declined to him as well, I received the dirtiest look as he walked out the front door. But that wasn’t enough either as the cashier had to push one last time. I legitimately feel bad for her; this can’t be a very nice place to work. The way she looked and sounded made it feel like he was going to get fire her on the spot if I didn’t buy it.
Do not expect this store to price match or show any signs of good customer service.

Beware of bringing your original work to have copies made, oversized. They keep your originals and do not give you a receipt. First staples store I’ve been in that did this. Never going there with anything important again.
Went in because my computer was super slow. Youngish guy helped me out, first by looking at some new models but then looked over my computer. Came out with a $50 purchase and an old computer that runs like new. Many thanks :)
Their Covid-1984 indoctrinated manager tried to get me to wear a mask with the reason of, I could lose my job--notice it wasnt for public safety, blah, blah, blah. NO THANKS! Its more important that I dont lose my freedom, so I stood outside while they faxed something for me. Ill avoid this place if at all possible from now on.
This is what I call excellent customer service. My computer was giving a lot of problem while trying to get my resume together. Frank assisted me through the whole process for about an hour until it was done. I cant thank him enough. Happy customer 😅
I ordered a sign for my granddaughters virtual graduation and have been waiting for them to call me. Its been a week since it was supposed to have been in and I have not gotten a call so I decided to call myself! The two people that work in the printing Department what noise that I even came up to the counter because they were busy playing on their phones and you were Disturbed that I was bothering their time! And a manager came over to help me and he tried to help me but couldnt! Finally another staff member came over and the problem got resolved! Dont think I would ever deal with staples again! Ive been waiting a week for a phone call saying that it was in and now Ive just left my name and number for them to call me back after they look for it! Horrible customer service
The staff greeted me as soon asI entered the store. The copy service rep Alex was a tremendous help to me in ordering my sons first birthday party invites. Just a overall great shopping experience!

Stood at UPS drop for several minutes. 2 employees stood at the computer talking (quite loudly) about potential phone plans. The chatty guy made eye contact with me several times. Continued talking. Still nobody acknowledged me. Finally I butted in and asked if I needed to see the register to ship my package and the other gentleman finally came to assist me. I’ve been in customer service for years. Even if something’s not “your” job, the least he could do was say someone would be with me. Yanno? Treat me like I wasn’t invisible?? People like that are the reason people are rude to us service workers anymore without reason. Careless
The computer area is always clean. The downside is this Staples only has one computer for customers to use. Otherwise, this facility isnt too bad.

Staples has uped there game in the last couple years.. i had not shopped there for a while and was pretty amazed at the whole program.. there organization, total atmosphere has REALLY improved.. might give them a visit if you havent been in a while.. ill be back soon i know.
Horrible... The staff were too busy leaning on counters to even offer assistance. Too bad they couldnt monetize giving dirty looks to customers. I assume that having 3 customers in the store is just too damn busy to keep up with.

I really like Staples. Although I bought something of clearance and their system charged me full price. When I got home I called and all the girl said was ok. No direction on what to do or anything... I will have to take it back and get it rerang.

Its a pretty good place to buy supply stuff, but every time you try to use a coupon they come up with an excuse of it not working, even when my coupon says on any item and there will be no fine print.

Tried to get a key card copied, and was made to wait two months without any unprovoked call about my order. Every time Id call, Id be told that someone was supposed to call me, and they never did. I finally canceled the order, and all I got was a poor apology. Not going back.

I ordered a cable modem online to be shipped to this store. The website had promised delivery the same day, but the confirmation email said I had to wait 2 weeks. The same email had a link to cancel the order, but I got a 404 error. I called the store and they gave me an 800 number to call. Customer service said I had to wait for the product to be delivered to the store and then reject the modem to get my money back. Never again, Staples. Never again.
All but one Xerox was out of order. Sent 4 e-mails to receive authorization code to forward scan. Almost 2 hours later still havent received code. Clerk scanned and email to me at higher price because Staples offered technology failed. Poor customer service. Very disappointed.
