This place stinks! Sent my husband in for a kind pen, the sales person sold him something completely different. I stayed in the car with our children, when I noticed almost less than an hour later that it was not the correct pen or even close to what I wanted I sent my husband back with the unopened item, receipt and even in the same bag to exchange for the pen that is more expensive than this pen, and I was told no they couldn’t return or exchange it? This Is absurd and completely contradicts the statement on the bottom of your receipt?

Sonja does a great job. Very knowledgable about the products and very respectful. She also made sure to check my products for defects before I even left the store. Hippie Junction is a great place for all your smoking related needs.

We met Kenda this week as we were looking for some CBD pain alternatives. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They have an extensive selection of CBD and Kratom, as well as glass and accessories. I dont vape so I cant really speak to the selection other than the wide array of pens.However if you are interested or curious about alternative therapy (I dislike taking pills) dont hesitate to go to learn more, speaking for Kenda, she will certainly take great care of your needs.

Been shopping there a few times and always seemed to be decent...til recently. Bought a piece there and never used it and had a manufacturer problem with it and the girl working there and the owner refused a refund or exchange for something else after admitting this was a faulty piece...poor customer service and a rip off to customers. Wont be back

The selection is more then decent. If they don’t have it their sister store on Eastern probably does. Prices are comparable if not better then anything else local. It seems some resent changes have been made as far as how the store is run and managed. So if you had an issue before you should totally check it out again. They have the BEST PRICES IN HAGERSTOWN.

A pretty good assortment of tobacco, MJ, vape and even some kratom products. I would like to see their variety of liquid kratom volume to increase from currently only stocking the tiny opms 8ml bottles of extract. Bit pricey too btw, but hey if smokers friendly doesnt have it cheaper or something better for less, then definitely puts this newer place 2nd on my smoke shop list in Hagerstown. Simple pleasures is even more over priced than both other spots here in htown as well. Buy glass online, by kratom and cbd online...Or if you want a random bag filled with some other customers stuff (12oz maeng da) for free with your vape juice, come on down to either one...haha gotta love old fashioned human error
