Greatest Service ever best place I’ve ever been I would not take my phone anywhere other than here

After a different store told me it would be about a week to get my phone fixed, I found Lifeline Rescue. I read the reviews and immediately knew I could trust him with my phone and no longer wanted anyone else touching it. When I took my phone to Jeremy, he diagnosed the phone, fixed it, and had me out the door in LESS THAN 30 MINUTES...talk about GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will forever go to Jeremy and will be sending everyone I know to him!

I dont leave too many reviews, but my experience here was too good not to share. I took my poor S9 in there based on the owners reputation, fully expecting him to tell me the phone was beyond hope or having to wait a week until parts arrived. Instead, I left the phone there and came back an hour later to pick up a phone that looked just like it did when I unboxed it. Mind you, this phone had literally been run over. Like, with a car. Nonetheless, my trip to Lifeline saved me a much more expensive trip to AT&T. Great service, nice guy running the place, one-hour turnaround. Highly recommend!

I had my screen and LCD replaced on my S9 2 weeks ago. Yesterday I started having an issue With the display acting up and changing to a lime green color and flickering. It then straightened up after a minute...I called and talked to Jeremy and he said the display has a fracture in it....I asked about the warranty, and he stated that the LCD NEVER GOES BAD.... Go figure, all i did was use the phone after spending 250.00 and dont even have a warranty!! Guess I learned my lesson! Thanks For nothing Jeremy...

Best place to go to get electronics fixed. The owner is very nice and explains everything you need to know. He will diagnose whatever electronic you have before you pay and give you a quote. Ive gotten many electronics fixed here with no problems afterwards. Prices are very fair, a little higher then other places but for the professionalism & quality work, its definitely worth every penny ! I will never have anyone else fix my electronics.

Took my iPhone today. Jeremy was excellent he diagnosed and fixed the phone in a matter of minutes. He didn’t even charge me. I will definitely return in the future.

Had a cracked back screen & in all honesty would normally have just gotten a new phone, but decided to stop by for a quote. Jeremy was very friendly & extremely helpful. He ordered the part I needed & spoke to him a day or two later. I was in & out in 30 min with my phone looking brand new!! Very affordable! Do yourself a favor and repair instead of replace!

I cracked the screen on my Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra - no other visual damage. We were referred to Jeremy by a relative who said he did a great job with a quick turn-around time to get items repaired. Went into the shop and unfortunately he didnt have one in stock (if he would have had one in stock, he could have done the repair in about an hour), but said he would be able to get one the next day if I wanted to leave my phone overnight, he would contact us and let us know when it was done. We left the phone with him, and sure enough, the next afternoon, Jeremy was contacting us and letting us know the phone was ready to be picked up. One of the best parts of it was, there was no backing up my phone, doing a factory reset, blah blah blah... when I picked my phone up, it was in brand new condition with all of my stuff still on it - MY phone - no question about it - sometimes when you get a phone back from sending it away for repair, are you really getting your phone back? Or is it a phone that someone else dropped in a toilet... never thought of it that way before! :) Plus, when Jeremy had it apart, he checked for internal damage and Overall, knowledgeable service, friendly face, efficient work. We were very pleased with everything about the transaction - would definitely refer people to Jeremy - and God forbid we break something else, we will definitely be returning to Lifeline Rescue! Lifeline Phone Repair is by far the best phone, tablet repair shop around. Jeremy’s knowledge of each product is second to none. My mom dropped her phone and it was run over by a car. It would have cost $400 to get another one through AT&T. It cost $189 and took 10 minutes for this guy to fix the phone. Back is still cracked but it works just fine. Saved me a lot of money!

Do yourself a favor and call other shops before you go here. This guy is not an honest repairman. Battery he used on my phone ended up being some cheap low grade one so it started swelling up. Took it to another shop and they showed me the difference between theirs and what I got at Lifeline Rescue. I was told if I waited any longer the battery could have blown up on me. Cheap quality service here!

Best place around to fix your iPad. My sons iPad had purple, green and white lines throughout and was unusable. This place fixed it within 1 hour and the customer service was above and beyond. Highly recommended!

Shattered my iPad8. Other shops told me they couldn’t even get the parts yet. He got it fixed same day.I was having some issues, so I brought it back in. He tried to troubleshoot but ultimately replaced the screen for a second time.Really honest and knowledgeable guy.

I brought my iPad in to have the screen replaced in the afternoon, and they had it done within a couple hours. When it was ready, they called to let me know. They were very friendly, and very fast! If I ever need a screen replaced again, I will be back.

Lifeline made a super frustrating experience much easier! After twenty years of cell phone ownership I finally broke a screen. After searching for a shop that could fix my phone and getting either no response or being told they dont work on my model I got ahold of Jeremy at Lifeline. He was straight forward, telling me he wasnt sure if he had what I needed but assured me he could order it so go ahead and bring it in. I did and luckily he had what I needed (last one) and fixed it straight away. Unfortunately a few hours after getting my phone back the touch screen stopped working. I brought it back and he replaced what turned out to be a factory defective screen on a next day order at no extra charge. Two weeks later and I feel like I have a brand new phone. Good prices, straightforward/No B.S. interaction, and they stand by their excellent work. If I need future repairs this is where Im going full stop.

Dropped my phone in the barn and cracked the front and back. Couldnt swipe to open phone at all. Dropped phone off and within an hour and a half my phone was done and like new...... Definitely recommend this place.

Highly recommend! Good service and competitively priced. I have used Lifeline twice, once for a cracked cellphone screen and once for a broken laptop. Family members have also used them for repairs. Service is always prompt. He provides free diagnostics and gives you a quote when you drop off the item. I have had nothing but good experiences with Lifeline and while I hope I have no more broken electronics in the future, if I do I will definitely be returning.

I dropped my phone and shattered the screen. The touch panel was totally fried, unresponsive and half the screen went black. Jeremy gave me a free quote and then fixed it same day! He also took a look at my laptop and diagnosed the situation for free. I would highly recommend bringing your gear to him.

My iPhone 6+ would not charge. I had just replaced the battery with an Amazon part. Bad move, but I also had dropped my phone, so I didnt know what may be the cause of my battery not charging. I couldnt find anyone in Frederick to touch it, as it didnt have all original iPhone parts. My son & daughter-in-law turned me on to Jeremy, here at Lifeline Rescue Cell Phone and Tablet Repair.Jeremy took a quick look. He sent me to to Battery One, only a mile away, to buy a new battery. I returned to Jeremy, and he replaced the battery and made sure nothing else was wrong with the phone. The best deal was Jeremy did not charge me. He always does free diagnosis, and he could have charged me for his time for installing the battery, but he didnt. This limited income retiree is grateful for that.The length of my whole experience with Jeremy was about half an hour and that includes the trip to Battery One. This is a great Mom & Pop shop and I recommend their services over any big box store. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Great company!! They did a repair for me a couple years ago. I had shattered my my iPhone front and back and when I picked a different color other than the basic black or white, it was more expensive. Of course I stuck with basic because I didn’t want to pay extra. I went to pick my phone up and to my surprise, they gave me the colored glass I had wanted for the price of the original colors!! I was SUPER ecstatic and I would highly recommend them!

I found this local store on a google search fall 2019 when I needed my phone screen replaced. The service was same day and inexpensive. Luckily I asked about the loose cord jack replacement they posted on their website. Before that, I didn’t know that was a thing you could fix.I used their service again in spring 2020 for a different problem with my cell phone. Only 30 min later, phone is as good as new. Service is excellent. I highly recommend this business for your phone or tablet repairs.

Jeremy and staff replaced my badly cracked iPhone-6 screen and in well under a half hour. The price wasn’t as low as one other place I checked with, but the other place did not have the resources currently available, and that does not appear to be something you will have to worry about here. Which is why they can fix your device so quickly, as my father has also confirmed this to me by his positive and efficient experience. So, it was worth it for me, and it was still not an outrageous price to pay (less than Apple’s estimate). Jeremy was also very nice and professional, so I recommend that you take any of your damaged devices here, especially since he works on a variety of different ones. I would do it again if/when needed.

As with most people today, my phone is my lifeline (no pun intended) for personal and for business; if its not fully functional, it seriously impedes my day to day routine. Currently Im having an issue that is severely crippling my productivity with work and Ive done extensive troubleshooting both on my one and with Apple and the result was that I would have to send my phone to a repair facility and it could cost up to $500 to repair. I cant be without my phone for an entire day much less a week or more. Jeremy was able to diagnose the issue, quote me a very reasonable price and will have it done in hours versus days. I know that he stands by his quality of work and I also know that my phone is in trusted hands as anyone who can access my phone can potentially access sensitive client data. I have gone to him in the past for issues with other phones and every time the work done is superb, clean, fast, and the price is more than reasonable. I highly recommend him for electronic repairs!

Lifeline is the best! Ron is super friendly and professional. They have fixed my phone twice now, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Their prices can’t be beat, and they’re also super fast. The most recent time I got a new screen in 20 minuets!

Quoted a price to fix a phone. We were told we would get a call if it was any different. Issue wasnt fixed (told it would be an additional $130 at pick up), so I spent $90 for a software update I couldve done myself. Hostile environment. Never going back.

This place is GREAT! I dropped my phone before work today and my screen didn’t crack but the touchscreen was completely gone. After an unsuccessful trip to Best Buy they suggested I come here and boy am I glad I did! He fixed my phone in about 15 minutes, told me how to avoid this in the future AND my total was $140 LESS than what it would have been at Best Buy! Wonderful experience, super nice staff and good music while you wait!

Just had an excellent experience with Jeremy Jones the owner today, my charging port on my iphone 8 was shot and very very frustrating getting it to properly charge. Even though he was incredibly busy he said he would have it done in an hour. He underpromised and overdelivered it was done in 45 minutes. I highly recommend if you want it done right with no worries, and with quality this is the place to go. He has earned my respect and any future repairs i now know where i can go with confidence.

Called Jeremy last minute in hopes of fixing my phone prior to leaving for vacation. He knew the problem immediately and had it fixed in 20 minutes! He was also really knowledgeable in the hardware of my phone and made recommendations on other devices too. Will definitely be back if another phone issue comes up; and being an Apple user, I’m sure I’ll be back soon.

I recently broke my camera lens in my iPhone 11 and I contacted Apple and the price was outrageous. I then took it to this place and the price was much cheaper and when I got it fixed and the camera was good as new. I really recommend this place for any fixing you need.

Took my samsung A20 in and he didnt just fix the Screen but also LCD. Writing this review on the phone he fixed right now and obviously it is working fine. I thought it was a little on the expensive side but it was good work and trustworthy. And my phone only took about an 1hour and 1/2 with other phones in front of me. And gave me a $10 discount for using cash.

Wouldnt go here. They make you drive all the way in there to give you a estimate knowing how much they parts are before you go in. I work full time, have a baby and a farm, so its an inconveince. I understand the need to get a full look before giving an estimate, but fele like oits a we got you in here type thing. They told me to fix the front of my screen they had to fix the back or it would shatter (samsung galaxy s10e). He didnt have any backs in stock- suddenly the back of my phone would be fine and I could have it done another day. Its $290 for front and back, 266 for the front. He said he had two fronts in stock. I felt like I was being swindled, which I was, and wanted to think on it. Suddenly he only had ONE front in stock, and that they are all back ordered for covid and it was a now or never kind of deal. I walked out, and am very happy I did. I went in there twice and had my phone fixed by the same guy when it first opened. It was a lot less expensive and he seemed pretty stand up. This time he seemed like a untrustworthy typical sales person which sucks. I will not be back and would not reccomend.

He told me how much it would be to fix it and said it would be about an hour and a half until I could pick it up. I got a call within an hour and 15 minutes saying my iPad was fixed. The worst costumer service they treat you like S***..Ohh we used only original screens,batteryYou guys should have a example of the different between original and the China version.. I bet it would look the same and probably would last longer for a cheap priceI Just Replace the screen for $80 great price a good quality and the battery for $30.... Quick and professional replacement of my screen. Jeremy was great to work with and did a wonderful job. Although the cost made me wince, it was still a third of buying the phone again new! It also was competitive with other repair places that I checked with, so it wasnt an unreasonable price for what I was asking.

This is the ONLY place in Hagerstown that will actually fix your phone with care, precision, and original parts. I recently made the mistake of using another shop in the area and they completely messed up my iPhone 8 Plus. When I brought my phone to Jeremy it was unfortunately past the point of repair due to sand and salt water damage in the phone but he was still willing to offer his assistance and alternative solutions which I really appreciate. If you want your phone fixed correctly the first time do not waste your time and money anywhere else and only come to Lifeline, I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone!

I dropped my Galaxy S8 and it hit in just the right spot to crack all across the screen. I dont have insurance on it because lets face it, phone insurance is a joke so I accepted that I would just have to buy another with tax return money. This place was recommended to me by a friend and so I stopped by just to see if it was even worth it and not only was I met with AMAZING customer service, but the replacement of my screen was very affordable and to add to everything, very fast as well. Because my screen was in stock, it was fixed within an hour, even tho the owner couldve just taken it, held it for a few days and gotten to it when he could.My phone looks great, works great and this company saved me an awful lot of money and I would recommend them to any and everyone every single time! Took my S8 here today. Broke my screen this morning and fixed by the afternoon. He provides great customer service and I appreciated his honesty. The price was well worth it. Great experience! The screen of my Pixel 2XL was broken and needed to be fixed. Jeremy ordered the part and notified me a couple days later that it has arrived.Dropped off my phone at noon and was told it would approx 2 hours to fix it. I received a call at 1:30pm that its ready to be picked up.Fair price, good quality, fast service and Jeremy is someone you can trust. I hope my phone wont brake again, but if, I know where to get it fixed...

Awesome company, awesome people. Open during COVID-19 “quarantine” !! Thank goodness! My iMac was infiltrated with spyware and malware. I couldn’t even download Norton Security. Plus, all my memory way used up and with this iMac, you have to break open the glass to upgrade anything! I homeschool and I’m developing a cottage industry business, so I NEED my computer! Lifeline took care of us in just a few days. They are affordable and so knowledgeable and helpful. They were even patient and helpful with my teenager’s gaming questions. The also replaced the glass on one of our iPads a couple of years ago. We are very thankful for their help. They are awesome! They have our business for life!

Took my Note in to have the camera replaced. It is done from the back of the phone. They used to much heat and it affected the adhesive on the front screen. When i brought it up, he became very disrespectful and said it was like that from the start. They blamed it on the heat from a otterbox and tried to convince me that was a horrible phone case because it does not allow any ventilation.Absolutely ZERO accountability for mistake on their part. Still charged full price and then quoted full price for a new front screen.Learned how to do it myself after that. Very very easy. Whatever they quote you, I will do it for half. Cold beer in the fridge.
