The guys that work are amazing!!! anytime i have an issue with anything about my iphone they always are able to fix it or find a solution. so nice and smart !! i misplaced my iphone in my house and couldn’t find it anywhere i went to this sprint store which i always do if i have any issues and i told i misplaced my phone and i do not have my location on to find my iphone and it’s on silent. they told me if i yell out hey siri set a timer for 15 seconds that hopefully she pick it up and set the timer. well i went back home shouting around my house yelling hey siri hey siri and finally found it. it was in my pillow case. thank you so much guys at sprint you all are doing great!!

Went in for a phone upgrade and my fiance and I walked out happy with our new phones. Daniel or as we remember him, dad1, was amazing and honesly deserves a raise. Not only was he able to help us make informed choices but he was just over all great and It felt like talking to a friend.

I go there most often. Only had one employee that i didnt care for. The rest have been great. Friendly and knowledgeable about their job. 👍👍

I think it was Daniel that helped me. He was super knowledgeable and explain things clearly, and he even got me out of there with a new SIM card and potential phone activation for $0. Its one of the best experiences I have ever had with Sprint.

Ive been a Sprint costumer for many, many years. Love this place. Not only can you get a good deal with phones and its service, but when you have a problem your phone, they can help out with trouble shooting. Nice friendly people.

Best experience weve ever had at a Sprint Store. We went on to get two phones replaced and both were complete in a matter of minutes. Jeff Wilson was very knowledgeable and had a great personality. Thanks Jeff for making our day!

Went to the store in Maugansville for an upgrade and dealt with Caitlin, went through all the paperwork only to find out they didnt have the phone I was looking for despite sharing that information early on. Was sent to this store by the Mall where they have 2 in stock. Caitlin tried calling them three times and no one answered. Got here, signed in, waited and hour and a half to be seen, get to the counter, they dont have the phone. Try to order online, woman doesnt know what shes doing. Waste of time and no help at all.

Was from out of town and they worked with me to get a replacement for my iPhone that died. Understanding and kind employees, got me going.

Great store with incredible staff!

They have the worse customers services. I had spoken with different sales associates and everyone has a different view of their policy. I am very dissatisfied with sprint at this point. Im definitely changing to another cell phone company.

Ryan who is the Manager at this store seems to be very prejudice against people of color. He made us feel that people of color arent suppose to have money or something. We had two actually get our devices through another store due to his inability to service anybody of color. Very disappointed in this store and the company he is representing. Just a heads up Ryan, people of color have $ too!

Was told one thing over the phone, traveled to the facility, was told something different. Called sprint customer service and was on the phone for over an hour. I got disconnected with Sprint, and I havent been able to resolve my issue, which was a mistake done by this store in the first place.
