I called looking for a part for my old Hayes brake system that I was certain no one would have locally.Guy that answered the phone was very nice! He was talking to the mechanic who knew exactly what I needed and they had it!!!Not only was I lucky enough to find them and they got me back on the trail but I ran into the mechanic, Cliff, out on the local trail in Martinsburg the following day!What an awesome experience!!Ill be back!!

Best bike shop in the tri-state. Staff is very knowledgeable and goes out of their way in making sure you walk away happy. Great selection in stock with great prices.and one of the most important things for me is they take pride in what they do and treat your bike as if it were their own! This is the only shop I go to to have my bikes serviced and for parts.

Drove with My cousin from Northern Virginia, it was very well worth the effort because We found the best bike shop around the entire MD/DC/VA.I will say their stronger points are in bike fitting and Bike mechanics.They carry two great brands Cervelo and SpecializedThese guys are friendly and knowledgeable all the way!Soon will aim to try to get a fitting session and maybe coaching/ training once Covid is out of Our way!

I’ve been riding for five years and have moved around a lot, so I can say this is the 8th bike shop that I have frequented. This one is a keeper. Jamie, shop owner and coach, has been around the block, so he knows the top of the line equipment for competitive riders (mountain, road, cyclocross, or even triathlon) and the staff never talks down to customers, who may be new to the sport. They have a ‘no pressure’ sales approach and the patience to answer all your questions. They are also active in cycling community (race support, sponsorships). The mechanical service is solid. When you drop something off, you don’t get scolded or feel like you need to confess your sins if you know what I mean. Plus, they have a quick turnaround. Their prices are very reasonable. You won’t have to cough up an arm or a leg. Also if they don’t have it in stock, they can order it and get it in the shop quicker than any other shop I’ve been to. I’ll be posting this review to several other sites.

Our kayak rack needed an emergency reinstall and Cliff was terrific! Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Were happy and grateful!

My wife and I visited from out of town. Went in to buy co2 cartridges, but ended up buying new specialized road shoes. The customer service was excellent. I couldnt have asked for better.
