Justin (salesman) stayed later then he was scheduled to meet us…the vehicle we ended up purchasing was missing a middle seat…Justin somehow tracked down the original owner and got the seat…(this was done after we already purchased the vehicle)For the first time I opted out of an extended warranty…( every time I’ve purchased one I’ve never used it) but per my luck we had fuel pump issue a couple months after owning the vehicle…Justin was still able to reach out to the service department and cut us a great deal on fixing the vehicle!Well deserved award!

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! Germaine, our salesperson was knowledgeable, pleasant, and a woman of her word. She knew we were coming from Northern Virginia to see a specific SUV that was high in demand. She checked in with us while we were on the road and made sure the car was still there when we arrived. The transaction was smooth from start to finish. The business manager Cheryl got us a great finance rate and was very easy to work with as well. Definitely worth the trip from NOVA (especially after some not so great experiences locally). Been having my Tundra serviced here for about 5 years. Always had excellent service. Many places advertise a free multi point inspection but I have found these people do it better than others and go over everything in detail with you to make sure you understand whats needed. Parts counter is excellent as well. Take the time to give excellent service and make you feel like youre the only one in line.

I have not been to Younger Toyota but had a service appointment for today. I received a call that they had to cancel my appointment. Now I will not go to Younger Toyota to purchase a vehicle or go for service. That is the 3rd Toyota Dealership in the area that has lost ALL my business. A simple oil change is like buying toilet paper during the beginning of the pandemic - impossible to find!
Wow! I worked with Mark Duvall, the Used Car Sales Manager this past week and bought a 2018 Toyota Camry with only 15k miles on it. He was very helpful, responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. He explained the process, who would be helping me next and for what. The people in other departments that he said would help me did, and in the time frame that he said they would. I was very pleased with all of the employees I worked with and the price and quality of the car I bought.
The BEST car buying experience ever!!! The process was transparent and the price was right for our 2019 Toyota 4Runner Off-Road Premium. The vehicle was low mileage, in great shape, and included everything that was expected (no questions for any missing parts or options). I came from Northern VA and technically purchased the car over the phone without looking at it first, but turned out to be really content with how things worked out, AND glad that I took said risk. If you want to buy a car without the typical gimmicks and sales tactics, then go to Younger!

So how was I able to make an appointment online if it’s closed? Terrible service; I shouldn’t have been able to schedule my oil change on a Saturday if it’s not even possible. Our salesman and finance department were 5 stars. My experience with service and collision is a different story. Terrible communication, terrible customer service and the managers in both departments seem to continually mess something up. After hitting a deer shortly after buying my truck, it will be 4 times (hopefully) before my bumper gets fixed correctly. I would buy another vehicle 20x over with Mike Hampton but never step foot in collision or service again. Poor management. After paying the type of money we do for quality vehicles, the expectation for service should be 5 stars.

I spent 821 dollars for labor and replacement of hv blower fan. Bogus “environmental fee” $35. It’s a wire harness. I though it wasn’t to much to ask to get a courtesy car wash and/or vacuum inside the vehicle. Maybe I m off base???…

We paid cash and called in advance to expedite the process and it still took 5 1/2 hours. their idea of VA discount was only if you finance it and use their finance service. The only around that is to go back and spend another day. I bought a truck through Criswell and they gave me $1500.00 (verse &750.00) and I was out of there in a couple of hours.
I traded my 2003 Camry in for a 2021 Camry on June 18, 2021. The sale seemed to go fine UNTIL we sat down for the Financing.We were told Toyota Finance would be 1.9%. Sat down only to find out that that APR was over 4.xx%!!!!!! What???Seems that due to a credit account lock place when ID was stolen that Experian was the only 1 credit bureau Toyota deals with DESPITE the fact that the other 2 credit companies rated credit over 800! But Toyota Finance wont accept those scores. Experian was totally unavailable for customer contact. Nor would Younger help us straighten this out! Yes they may not have to BUT it is called customer service for a reason!!!We had to settle on a 2%+ financing even after paying $16,000 down and a trade in!We began playing a shell game with both Mike@Sales and the Credit advisor.Next we get home only to find out that Younger did NOT give us the Temporary Maryland Registration needed.We called only to be dealt with in a very condescending manner and placing blame on us!!!After driving back up to Younger the next day we get a copy of the cars registration.1 month later, 07/08/2021, we receive a message from the Maryland DMV stating the tag paperwork from the 2003 Camry to the 2021 Camry was never filed with the DMV!The DMV established a Case# because of this. I called Younger 5 times to get this straightened out! NOT ONE CALLBACK!!!!!!Called Younger on a Saturday morning only to find out that the Tag and Title service is not open on weekends!! Say WHAT?? How do you sell a car and transfer or establish new vehicle registration with no people????Called and emailed Sales..Not 1 return courtesy call back at all!!!Just plain lousy business ethics and customer service.They got our money so no further need to deal with us!!!07/29/2021Still not acceptable. Younger had way time enough to address our ongoing problem. Yet did not UNTIL Salesman intervened. Week later!Not 1 message returned OR call returned to the wrong number left TO CALL!That shows how Younger Sales rolls towards, at least, this customer.Now lets see about your Service Dept.

Last 3-4 months I take a appointment for car oil change n filter but today I don’t have time to go in company so I go outside they change the filter n show me company never change the last time too it’s totally black I just suggest plz visit outside of company mechanics who change the filter in front of you you can see too !! That’s really bad they never done there job properly in this company too I am not go back here !!

It’s unfortunate I have to give a star. We have brought a toll of 5-6 cars from Mr Lewis Lee. I’m not sure whats going on but I’d never buy anything from Younger again maybe it time for them to replace there sale people. Mr Lee was nasty and rude, he lied about reimbursement of extra key. He made me ride from Pa to MD for no reason. I wanted to trade my car in for update he got upset because he thought they would own me money back, when I was actually trying to upgrade to a new car. This guy will appear to be nice, but wait for the bite. Skip this dealership. GO ELSE WHERE RUN.
I have always loved Younger Toyota and always shared that with everyone I know! Unfortunately I will never go there again! I went in to have a recall for an airbag done on my passenger side! I noticed afterward driving back to work that the odometer stem was stuck under the dash and was broken off! I called and they said stop it by they would look at it so I did! They told me that they didn’t have to do anything to the driver side of my car and I had to of broken it off afterwards myself! I was then asked what did I even touch it for? First off I don’t lie and I don’t like being accused of lying and second off didn’t know I wasn’t allowed to touch MY CAR😡 Lesson learned do a thorough inspection on your vehicle before you leave because they refused to make it right😡

I had my car in for a recall and oil change. As usual they tried to sell me on over $500 worth of repairs. They quoted over $100 to change my air filter and fix a broken license plate light. I was able to get all these parts plus a new cabin air filter for $27. It took 15 minutes for me to change them. They quoted $424 to replace my rear shocks. My local mechanic will do this for me $295. Younger also said I needed to get tires soon, but calculation wise I have over 40,000 miles left on the tread. Now I admit, my local mechanic doesnt offer free coffee, cookies and a fancy showroom, but he honest and lets me know when there is a problem that needs attention. He also picks up my car and drops it off when hes done. Larger corporations need to learn, that most people dont like paying for there overhead as its real turn off.
Louis Lee is the best Salesman! My family and I have purchased many cars from him. I will only purchase from him. I tell him what I want and he gets it.
Had a flat tire. Took vehicle in and they found that the valve stem was loose. They tightened it up, filled with air, put spare tire back and didn’t charge me! Completely unexpected.There are great incentives for purchasing tires there and the service department is awesome.

Great place to do business. Leased an XC40 there on summer of 2018. Keane contacted me about upcoming end of lease options and possibility of getting into newer model or different model before end of current lease. I noted my interest in getting into the XC60 ( a little bigger) if we could get the monthly payments to be about the same. Keane was able to accomplish this goal through some nice dealer discounts and available rebates, and I ended up in a new 2021 XC60 T5 Inscription. Working with Keane and Heather throughout the process was easy and a pleasure. And am enjoying the looks and feel of the new ride already. Thumbs up to the entire Volvo staff.

I normally dont give bad reviews, and the work Younger did was fine. My gripe is as follows: I scheduled my appointment two weeks in advance. It was a recall on my Tacoma to replace the fuel pump. It was to be a 2 and 1/2 hour job. So, I scheduled it for a 8 am drop off with the pickup time between 12 and 12:30 pm. When I wss dropped off at the prescribed pickup time, yes, it wasnt ready. Not only that, but they hadnt even started on it yet. Needless to say, I was furious. They were apologetic, but this just wasnt right. They had taken someone else ahead of me. I thought that was why we make appointments. Yes, they gave me a rental and were done the job by 3 pm. Its the fact they hadnt even started on my truck till I went to pick it up that really irritated me. Usually, Younger is fine. I will continue using them unless this type of behavior continues. My hope is this was just an isolated incident, my fingers are crossed.
