Excellent service. Its hard to find companys that really care about customers these days....and WOW, did I get lucky! These folks do. I think I must have gotten the best service (in every sense of the word--value, turnaround, you name it)) for my engine that would be humanly possible.

I went here because it is near my company. I usually use a place near my home. I called for a Snow Blower Repair, and was Quoted $45 evaluation fee and it is about a week to repair. They did not look at it in time for the last storm, I understood and I spent $2000 there buying a used machine for another location I have. My staff has called up multiple times this week and they say xx people in front of you and it always changes. We were told someone would get back to us Thursday or Friday and nothing. No call at all. It is now 11 days and they have not even looked at it and today they say again 2 people are in front of me.. It would have been nice if the company would just do the simple thing of just doing what it says it will do.. Now i am picking up the machine and bringing it to the large Honda dealer. Just do what you say you are going to do, simple.

Ordered a Honda generator from here. Salesman and manager were all very knowledgeable, and showed me how to start and maintain it. Great to deal with!

I rented a truck from Home Depot to bring my lawnmower, generator and snowblower in for service. The turnaround was quick, the service was good, and I felt that they were responsive to my questions. All in all, would happily continue to use them for my services in the future.

I had to get the belts on my commercial power washers fixed. They did a great job! The staff is always friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I have been using them for about 4 years now and I highly recommend them.

WORST service ever.They do not care about the customers opinion but only about their perspective. If you have any warranty problems dont go here because they will charge you an evaluation fee no matter what when you can find another nearby store to fix your products without them charging you the evaluation fee. If they think that fixing your product is a waste of time, they wont even negotiate or try to work with you.FYI, just dont go here. Save your money and find a better place to fix your machines.

Dropped off my lawn mower here to be evaluated. I suspected the machine needed a new carburetor and suggested that to the attendant. I asked for a ballpark figure on what that would cost and the gentleman told me he couldn’t gage what it would be. I called after I hadn’t heard back for a week and was told they hadnt even looked at it. They had my mower for 3 weeks before they even took a look at it and told me it would be 300$ to fix. I said not to worry about it and that I’d come pick it up over the weekend. Showed up on the weekend and the shop closed early. These guys either dont work hard or dont care. Charged me 50$ to tell me what I already knew and wasted a month of my time. I bought a used one offline for 50$. I eventually took the mower out of town and my brother in law fixed it for 25$. If you expect fast service I’d suggest going somewhere else.

Great place for your small engine repair and new products and these guys know what they are talking about.
