Do not purchase something and have them hold it. No matter how many people you check with and they say its good to leave it. I checked and asked several times over 3 weeks. Told them when I was picking up. They claim they called me, this is a lie! No calls! No voice mails! No texts! (And I voice mail works and was not full! It never has been full. ) Just spoke to them 9 days ago about picking them up today! They were paid for. and two women told me they could hold them as long as I needed! And they asked someone while I paid. And Ive called the store twice since purchasing. Terrible customer service!

Prices are way to high. They come from pallets sales meaning the stuff is returns are damaged. You can pay those prices for the same items brand new from anywhere and have all the parts and know they will work......

No cheap prices here, dont waste your time. I was looking for a front loading washer and dryer, over 16 hundred dollars and that was the discounted price and it had cosmetic damage, went to Lowes and got a Samsung set for 100$ less with a warranty... no dents!

I received a gift that was recently purchased at Salvage World and have been pleased with the Lawn Care item. I stopped in today and picked up a toilet seat and saved over 50% of the retail price. The store was clean and the store employees were professional. I give them a 👍

Horrible customer service. i was trying to buy a $1500 bedroom set and Summer turned the lights off on me and was VERY RUDE. i was trying to ask questions and she continued to walk away from me and talk with her back turned towards me. there was another family in there buying stuff and she turned off all of the store’s lights. it was completely dark in there. completely disrespectful and rude.

Prices are not much cheaper than home depot or lowes. So why buy tools here when they come with a warranty from the big box stores. Just to save $5? No thanks, not me

I have no idea how places like this stay in business. It’s sad really. I had high hopes from looking on their website. It seems the pics are photoshopped. Although there is some organization to the layout, most of the stuff is near full price even though the boxes are mangled, obviously returned, used and “missing parts” as clearly written.Spend a few extra dollars and spend your money at a store that will at least offer a warranty.

Very poor service. Waited 15min for someone to give me a price on a dresser. No one never came to assist me and my girlfriend. I shouldnt have to go and beg someone to spend my money. A TRUE salesman would be on the spot to help their company make a profit.

Great selection of new, slightly used and moderately used items. Everything from new window a/c units to bathroom backslash. Just make sure if there is a box you open it to check the items especially if there is glass involved. They have a 7-day return policy for mostly all items but make sure you have the receipt. Great customer service.

As a resale expert I am. Their slogan says it all its a steal not a deal. What that really means is they buy all these products in bulk other words (palet auctions) for pennys on the dollar than sell it to you with pennys added to the dollar. Theyre stealing from you and keeping the deals for themselves. I spent a good hour going over every product and not one box was marked with a lower price than MSRP almost all products were 10 to 25 over MSRP for new in the box and these are all open box items (store returns). Funny its salvage world but it truly is just another resale store with no discount median.

Horribly over priced. You are better off going to an actual furniture store rather than shopping there.

Lots of tools and kitchen appliances. Now they even have some clothes. Prices are lower than regular stores but many items are store returns or do not work properly. Lots of new furniture and toys available.

They have great stuff for somewhat reasonable prices. They also have financing available but be careful as the financing can get high interest rates.

Kinda junky and some prices were outrageous. 1200.00 for a kitchen table. I thought this was a salvage place not a brand new retail store.

Great selection. Walked in, was greeted immediately and they offered to help me if I needed anything. I picked out the chase couch I wanted, it was a good price and seems to be good quality. Told them what I wanted, they checked me out and loaded it into our truck. The whole thing probably took 30 minutes. Great service, good prices.

If you like to rummage and have a some time to do so this is a good place to go. Never know what you will find. I like to stop by and see what is new here.

Over stock flooring . It depends what they. Buy from brokers. Sometimes their prices are as high as retail and some things are a fantastic deal. They also offer discounts per department. Medeciine cabinets and toys are 50% off. Lighting outdoor and indoor, mowers, tools patio furniture. Its fun to go in and impulse buy bit if your are looking for something very spacific, dont be frusterated if they dont have it in stock,.

I loved Savage World when they had more Male oriented salvage. From talking to the owner and managers, its getting expensive to buy the stuff.

Well this store has alot of nice new and used products but, theyre overly priced. More than what you would pay for at Walmart, Target other retailers. I saw an android A6 phone cost $300 dollars however, my phone android Galaxys edge s 7. I paid 300 go figure, other items are overly priced there also.No thanks, Ill stick with Walmart and other retailers.

They have a lot of things my sister got a headbord for her bed and Patrick got a bike for him.

I wanted to share my experience because these people were very kind. I had a bad leak issue and tried to find shingles to repair my roof. In my area they were twice as much as at salvage world so I made the drive down there. I thought I would have more time to get there then I did so when I arrived it was 5 minutes to close. I know its kinda rude to show up so late but I had come such a long way I asked if they would help me anyway. Im glad that they did and were nice about it even though it was an inconvenience.

Salvage world has a vast variety of items some that are difficult to fix as they may be out of production. However their overall pricing seems high on most of their items. As if they are trying to be a retail store hiding in a second hand shop. You can find some great deals though if youre not aware of typical prices you can easily over pay as well.

They have a great selection of brand new furniture. They offer 90 days same as cash financing without checking your credit. They have a great return policy, 7 days on most items and 30 days on major appliances to return or exchange. Mattresses and box springs are all sales final. The store is well organized. They also have a friendly and helpful staff.

This store has everything and most of it is at a great price. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Ive shopped at this store a couple of dozen times and my true experiences have been probably divided into half good and half bad. Sometimes its a steal, sometimes its a deal. Sometimes I feel like Ive been robbed and other times I feel like I made a deal. Everyone who buys used tools or such should be aware of the risk involved, but almost every other thing I have bought I had to return. So just be careful.

The prices werent great, in my opinion. I felt like for the quality of products and how much I had to dig to find stuff they should have been much better priced. Some of the baby stuff looked like death traps. If youre going to sell baby stuff thats missing pieces which could make it dangerous then you shouldnt sell baby stuff at all. Especially not close to original price.

It was a good visit. Went looking for a reasonably-priced 25 BTU AC and we found one. We were able to finance it, 90 days same as cash, and leave with it. Found some reasonably-priced baby items as well. Have a friend I am planning a shower for so this is working.

Bought a electric pan and got home to find out someone used it and burnt food 😜

So many great deals, great staff, clean floors and good customer service. Parking lot is very spacious, clean and very well lit at night as well. Based on the name, I was not expecting the high quality of goods inside, especially the furniture, super great selection, great spacing between appliances and furniture. Very helpful and patient employees as well.

Many prices didnt seem to be discounted salvage prices, but their inventory was nice.

This place has a lot of high end returned products from stores. The cheapest microwave was 75, but we are talking high end product. Its a steal when you want a discount on high end name brand products. Its hard to find if you arent looking, Im talking about the location. It is unmistakable green, the building. Looks like a treasure hunt on the inside... only area in the store thats organized would be the sofa section and where the stoves are. Pots and pans for sale there too but... Like I said nothing is cheap cheap... Loom to spend 25 0r more dollars.

Most of the product I looked at had some type of damage to them, which is expected but the marked cost (orange/red tags/stickers) on the items reflected retail prices. If I am going to spend $300-$500.00 on an appliance, I would be better off paying an extra %5-%10 to get a new an undamaged item with all the parts n pieces under a full warranty.

The prices are still pretty steep! If its salvage should you be financing? However the employees are very friendly and a great help!

I didnt see any great deals. Prices on the outdoor, patio umbrellas were the same price as Home Depot and Lowes.

Starting to go down hill... My husband and I used to visit Salvage world once a month, but recently it just hasnt been worth it. The prices marked on these items are only around 5-10% off retail and most of them are damaged... Id rather just go to the store and have a new, unopened item. Definitely not a steal, barely even a deal...

You have to know what you are after here. If you are a sub contractor you will do well to buy here. The furniture side is the same as any other RTO. The electronics are kind of a joke (old, but priced like new) and the kids toys arent all in great condition. Id suggest a better discount on the rougher condition items.

They have some good stuff. You just have to look. I only found one staff member that was friendly and helpful.

Overpriced for what was being sold... people typically dont look before they buy. Some great deals but not all.

Lots of tools and home remodeling items some prices are good but other items are to high for salvage products. Lots of battery tools but none of the tools had batteries and I didnt find any in store.The appliance and furniture I found to be the best deals. For that I would reccomend this store.

Prices are higher than new retail for damaged products. Dont waste your time, stick to other 2nd hand stores. Very unrealistic prices.

I was very impressed with their inventory and best of all their prices. I have had the bed for two years and it’s just as good and even better than going to a mattress store.

Terrible prices for salvaged items. Example: Cuisinart stainless 11 piece cookware set for $100. Same exact set at Amazon for $112 with full warranty, etc. Same exact model number.As-is mattress for $550. Wow!Fun to look, I didnt buy.

I love love love, salvage World! I always lose track of time when Im in shopping mode! I got a king sized Stearns and Foster mattress set and I absolutely LOVE IT!! We paid $500 for a 1,200.00 bed and it is Sooo comfy and the good deal makes it so much more than comfortable! I highly recommend you check out this place!

There are items that have been used in there. Salvage world is a good title when you have things such as washers, dryers, and fridges with handles missing or huge dents in them. Its not a steal or deal. Its a waste of time and that is why their parking lot is always empty.

It seems to have gone down a little. The tool section is smaller than it used to be, but the rest is still good stuff. If you dont mind scratch and dent items this place is great.

You dont find as many good deals as bad here - youre better off going to a pawn shop or Ebay. Most things here are either retail price or they want an arm and a leg for somehing(like furniture). Was looking for a lawn chair, the cheapest one there was a style similar to Walmarts($30‐some dollars) that they wanted $75 for.Ceiling fan prices arent bad - I was going to buy another if I couldnt fix the one at home, but too many people open the boxes and steal what they want from theirs

When they first ooened they were an awesome place to look for a great deal. Now they have terible prices. The best part about this place is to see what items not to buy anywhere. If you see they hace 50 of a specific brand tool, you know to not buy it.

Disappointed as a lot of things seem well over priced for a salvage place. I could bit the same thing at a regular store and for less by just looking around and shopping on line, I was honestly walking around looking at products and prices and wondering how they are in business with overhead

The signs said its a steal not a deal. That is a true statement. There are no deal and it seems like they are trying to seal form you.

Bought a backpack blower for $100. Took it to parking lot, gassed it up and gave it a try. It would not fire up at all. Took it back inside and was told there was another one that just came in if I wanted to try it. Store employee started it up to show it works. Manager then tells me she wants $130 for it. I said no thanks and took a refund instead. Not a good customer experience. Will never shop there again.
