Overall the staff here are great. Except for some supervisors. If you buy any of the geek squad protection joke plans your wasting money the majority of the time. I recommend doing your homework on the actual manufacture warranty. Example you may ask...purchased s21 ultra 5g unlocked. Pay for both protection plans monthly. Phone quits just past return. Best buy informs me then its over 200 dollar fee to have replaced. Thank you best buy.

This store is clean and there are plenty of associates to assist you. Ryan assisted us and he was not only friendly, but knowledgeable as well! (That always helps 😁) We were looking for a newly released product, so we had to order, so well see if it arrives when stated.

Review edit: We returned to the store and now I have a phone, and we got it with all the information I needed to make a purchase I feel good about. We were helped this time after a small time. I still wish they had a larger selection.A lot was out of stock and we never got any help after an hour near the phones, however the store was clean and who was on staff seemed friendly. Left without a new phone unfortunately.

I just went In and toured the Store to See what they had for U to Purchase. I was very Impressed with Everything except that the DVD Section was a very Small Area and it only contained 4K Movies and not Regular 1080P DVDs. They dont carry any more CDs at All. Very Disappointed in That.

I went to the Best Buy store on Route 49 in Gulfport. I knew from looking online I wanted to purchase a complete security system for my vehicle as well as a kicker for my audio system. When I arrived at the store I began to speak to the audio person and he wasnt quite sure about any of the things I was asking him about. He could not sell me anything that I wanted because she did not possess any knowledge and told me that. I asked him if there was someone else in the store that could help me purchase a alarm system and subwoofer for my vehicle? He said no, the installer is out on vacation for another week and I asked if they only had one installer and he said no they had a second one but he is not as experienced. I said thank you very much. This was a waste of my time. When I was leaving the store, I asked the gentleman standing at the front door if he could assist me or find assistance. His name was Chad and claimed to be the general manager and told me that if I was not satisfied, for me to shop at another store. I thought I was very polite to him and told him I couldnt believe that he as a general manager was telling me to shop at another store. I told him I was shocked! Instead of assisting me to purchase what I needed to purchase in the store, he told me to go somewhere else to buy it. This store is inadequately staffed and the general manager Chad was having an attitude toward his store like I have never witnessed in my entire life. I will shop at another store for all of my future needs that I would have shopped at Best Buy for. Im sorry that Best Buy has this attitude but then again, it may just be Chad.

Come here for shutter release (they don’t have it)Battery rechargeable and charger for Nikon battery they do have non brand but expensive.A lot of items not shown (the name and the features only on display without an item)or ran out (only one that ashown for display).If I’m lucky enough I got the accessories that on clearance, cause if not they’re kinda pricy 😒.I learn something new every time I come here, like the drone and new Bluetooth picture printer..

Sadly I decided to not make my purchases on this visit. I had forgotten to double check which memory my desktop uses before leaving home but thought that wouldnt be a problem as I had bought it at Best Buy. Instead I stood in the same area for 15 minutes and while a few employees came near me, not one asked if I needed any assistance. That includes the one who moved a rolling stair in front of the case with memory cards in it that I was looking at. In future I will probably make all of my electronics purchases online unless its an absolute emergency.

My dads brand new $2000 computer broke within the first few days. He decided to be nice and use the warranty he paid for although I think he should have just returned it considering it wasn’t even a week old and well within the return window. Now they are saying it will take MONTHS to fix it. He uses this for work and now is struggling without having his brand new, very expensive laptop with him. This is honestly unacceptable. My father buy $1000-$2000 computers VERY regularly from here and is a loyal customer. You would think they would take care of their customers but I’m not sure if that’s happening here. Very upset and disappointed in the customer service we are receiving.

I cant say that the people who work at the store are not friendly and try to be helpful. They are... but I ordered a $350 dollar item from the app and was told I would have it delivered WITHIN 7 days to the store for pick up. Towards the end of the 7th day I called the store. Was just left on hold for an hour until I hung up and drove the 20 miles to the location to be told the package hadnt arrived but just wait for a notification. Well at 7 that night (when the stores all close) I was told via text that the package was delayed due to covid 🙄 (convenient excuse) and was just told they will try to get it to me in the next few days... How do you not know where the truck with my purchase is and around the time it will be there? We will try in the next few days is the only response I deserve? I could have went to Amazon for an excuse like that. At least they were honest and said it wouldnt arrive until the 25th if I ordered on the 16th. Instead I still have this wait and for a HIGHER price than Amazon and no explanation as to why.
