I was regretted to Meyers Jewelers from multiple friends. I decided to give them a try. Dealt with one of the owners Jeff. Very personable and friendly. Jeff took his time with me and was very informative. Absolutely no high pressure sales. I would recommend this jewelry company to all.

Meters Jewelers is a great place to go for all your jewelry needs. They are nice, quick, and more reasonably priced for things like cleanings, rhodium plating, appraisals, etc. I consider them my jewelry store!

I went in to have an older ring retipped, as I had noticed that the diamond seemed loose. They confirmed that I did indeed need 4 new prong tips and had it done the same day for a very reasonable price. My ring is now very secure. I will definitely be back.

Let me start by saying, I am blown away and absolutely in love with my engagement ring! We came into Meyer’s just to look. My only thought was a specific stone and shape, and simple setting. As soon as I mentioned photo ideas and something special, I was immediately approached by one of the owners, Scott. He asked me what I wanted; he was eager to MAKE my dream ring. We chose a setting and discussed what I wanted as far as stone. He quickly brought in stones for us to choose from. We chose the most beautiful stone and off it went for creation. I didn’t see the end product until it was offered to me for proposal. I was eager to accept, but eager to see our creation. I said YES, of course, and quickly (because he’s amazing). I could not have described my “perfect” ring, until I received it, and I did! Meyer’s, and Scott specifically listened to us and what we wanted. I am thankful to wear the most beautiful and unique ring, and thankful it’s perfect for us.

I was shopping with a friend who was looking for a ring for her wedding anniversary. After MANY failed attempts to find the perfect ring, I said we should give Meyer’s a try. We went in and she showed Scott pictures of what she thought she wanted. He suggested attending the bridal event the next week as he was sure a certain vendor would have what she wanted. We have been customers at Meyers Jewelers for years. The entire staff is great. They always acknowledge us as soon as we enter and willing to work with us. I had my mother a necklace made and “recreated “ it many times and Tracy took time and had patience until it was perfect !

I called Meyers to check from Virginia to see if they had a watch in inventory. Scott called me from Florida on vacation and put me in touch with Jeff. I received pictures and videos and decided to hold off. I called back a week later and they hooked me up! Top notch customer service!!!

I needed a link repaired on a sterling silver chain that I purchased there. I was charged $25 for soldering 1 link. I thought this was high (original cost of chain was about $85). A more reasonable cost to accommodate a previous customer would make me want to continue to frequent the store. This experience gives me no incentive to go back.My husband bought my engagement ring there and I had planned to have them clean it and check prongs while I was there. After the disappointing customer service I received, I did not do this and we will take our business elsewhere.

This was the first place we went to look for wedding bands and we knew we didnt need to go anywhere else. The customer service was beyond amazing. They somehow knew exactly what we wanted and walked us through the process easily. He started by cleaning my engagement ring so it looks brand new! Even after providing that service, there was no pressure to buy. We did end up purchasing because we were so satisfied with the experience, and they included lifetime cleaning of my engagement ring with the purchase even though I didnt get my engagement ring there! I then reached out for a service request late on a Sunday (10pm) expecting a call on Monday or Tuesday. Great experience working with Tracy on a watch I had my eye on for a few months. He had great communication with me throughout the process and let me know as soon as the watch came in the store. I have been to Meyers Jewelers many times and have never once been disappointed. The customer service is over the top! On a ten point scale, I’d give Meyers Jewelers a 10+!

I have a ring purchased else where that I needed a prong tightened. Due to COVID and my jeweler being out of state- I had to go else where. They tightened the prong and cleaned my ring for a very fair price. I have also went back to have batteries put in (They do it on the spot if you like). I choose to have my dropped off and picked up the next day. The staff have always been welcoming to me.

I have always had a great experience at Meyer’s! My engagement and wedding band were both purchased here. Staff will give you suggestions but are not pushy. I love that it’s family owned. My grandparents have been shopping at Meyer’s ever since Meyer himself worked in the south end. They would probably roll over in their graves if I ever went anywhere else. They were able to custom make my engagement ring with a stone from my grandmother’s pinki ring she left me. I get compliments on my engagement ring every day, and I’m sure my wedding band will be no different. Thanks Meyer’s staff!

My fiance and I came in to see if they could resize her engagement ring. Everyone was very short, not very polite or friendly. They sized her finger, sized the ring then a man comes over and starts telling us how bad Kay Levian rings are. That if they resize it, due to its bad quality the stones may fall out later. He said he would do it for $150 but cannot guarantee it, because as he said multiple times, the ring is low qualityI was kinda shocked, as he didnt know the significance of the ring and he was being very harsh. He then says he can guarantee the resize if we pay him $350, which again seemed sketchy and unprofessional. He claimed that he knew Kays rings were bad because they are not resizing or doing work anymoreWe left, went to kay and they resized it for FREE. Also they guaranteed the ring for its entire cost ($1100). They took more time with my fiance to size her finger, Kay got the right size, Meyers basically just handed us some rings to fit and had her pick which was best. The lady who helped her at Kay actually pointed out that Meyers sized the ring wrong and should have suggested half a size larger than what my girlfriend had thought.Very unprofessional and a ripoff. 350 and they can guarantee it? 150 and they will treat it like its worth the world I believe is how he stated it, again taking shots at the quality of the ring. Seems more like they didnt want to do it and had it out for another competitive jeweler.

I picked up my beautiful ring yesterday. Scott was so easy to work with and understood what I wanted in redesigning my ring. He made the design by computer ( called a CAD) for my approval. It was so realistic that I had no trouble seeing that this was the design I was wanting. This is the second ring Scott has designed for me. I cannot say enough about the fantastic design team at Meyers Jewelers and especially my appreciation for Scott .I would recommend them 100 percent!

Im so thankful to have found this place! If I could give them 10 stars out of 5 then I certainly would. My fiance was in search of a Tacori engagement ring and went to Farah Jewelers in Tuttle Crossing Mall because he saw they had some in their display cases. When purchasing the ring, he was even given a card saying they were an authorized retailer of Tacori. Apparently this was not true because when I went to get my ring resized, they sent it to their in-house resizer and basically destroyed the band. Tacori rings should only be handled by Tacori designers because the bands are so intricate. Theyre each handcrafted in California and my fiance knew specifically I wanted a Tacori ring. Now diamonds are popping out because the prongs had not been properly reset. I had only had the ring for about 3 months when this started and Farah told me the only thing I could do was to purchases their warranty to cover future issues. Each time I went into Farah, there were practically kids working (maybe even only 20 years old) who could not help me at all. However, when I went to Meyers Jewelers to get a second opinion, they were super friendly from the start and they informed me that Farah is not actually an authorized retailer. It was most likely that they had sold my fiance stock items they still had prior to looking their retailers authorization. Jeff, one of the owners, actually called his Tacori rep and asked what he could do for me since the warranty Tacori gives was essentially voided because Farah used their in-house jeweler. He could tell I was flustered and in desperate need to get the ring fixed (my wedding was two weeks away by then). Jeff told me that he would take the ring and replace both of the diamonds and polish the ring for me in time for the wedding.....FOR FREE! Again, I have to say Im so fortunate to have found them. They called only two days later and had the ring ready for me. I am looking forward to getting back from my honeymoon and taking it back to Jeff and his team to help me get it handled properly. I highly recommend Meyers Jewelers. Great team. Great customer service.
