I only rated this place one star because I had to. The staff were nice. The two rings I picked out cost almost $10,000. I had to send them out to be sized. The rings did not come back when promised. They were out for almost 3 weeks. His ring came back and it was still not the right size. The ring had to be sent back again. Unfortunately I decided not to get married and wanted to return the rings. They told me that I was out of the 30 day window for a the full money back guarantee, even though they had my rings in their possession for the first 30 days. They had the nerve to tell me that I could exchange them but will have to exchange up to $10,000. I have had the ring in my possession for less than three weeks. How can they count from the purchase date when they still had the rings? This is bad for business. They apologized but their apology falls short. $10,000.00 short. I would not recommend Kay jewelers for Jewelry purchases.

Great staff and service. Management needs to fix the employees network connectivity for their sales system. They shouldnt be frusteded with their tech after making a sale.

So Ive been waiting on my ring Ive been trying to call this place for 2 hours nobody answers drive here and they are closed when it says they close at 7 and the door says 6 they werent that busy to not have answered the phone so they take the phone off of the hook
If I could give 0 stars I would do so in a heart beat!!! I ordered a ring for Mothers Day on May 8, 2020 and have yet to receive it (2/26/2021). After many phone calls and emails, Kays has said that they can no longer help/refund me, as its past 60 days from the purchase date. They have informed me that I have to call UPS since they were repsonsable for deliverying it. Even though I filed a lost claim through UPS prior to this. I would pay people to NEVER use this company, this is an easy insurance write off for this huge company, not so much for a mother that works for everthing she has. Please shop elsewhere, unless you can physciall take the product home with you. If it ships, you will never see it or your money back. I have contaced the BBB and the Federal Trade Commisson.
I had made a purchase from KAYS WEBSITE and the was a problem. I went to the Grove City KAYS store. It took a couple minutes and the whole matter was resolved. Excellent customer service!

This Kays is the BEST around. From the moment you walk in the door you are taken care of. Bradley took care of my cleanings & inspections for the last year now. Since recently loosing one of my main stones not only is it terrible being without your ring & nerve racking losing a diamond...Brad made every effort to making sure I was taken care of. He even kept his eye out for if there were any updates on my wedding band. Great location & fantastic staff. I wish every Kays was up to par like the Grove City location. Hands down my trust is here.

I had my wedding ring resized and it turned out beautiful. I also bought a pair of diamond earrings on sale. Everyone I dealt with was polite and helpful. I will shop there again.

Went on a Sunday two weeks ago to get my ring resized. Guaranteed 14 days. No call or email. They are unable to resize because Kays didnt sell me the ring so they called to send it off to someone else. Problem is they knew this in the beginning waisted my money and time. They didnt do anything to the ring and wanted more money. Now I have to probably wait another week to return. Go somewhere else unless your ring is from Kays
I have always received excellent customer service at this particular Kay Jewelers. Recently I went to buy a gift for my mother but it was unavailable at the store. Brad, the store manager, helped me order it online and had it shipped to the store. When there was a snafu with my order Brad did an excellent job at handling the situation while also keeping me in the loop. I would whole heartedly reccomend this location.
The service was amazing! Courtney and Michael worked with me to find the engagement ring that I wanted, even got out all of their books and went through them with me. Anyone looking to get an engagement ring or any kind of jewelry, Courtney is the person to see!

My fiancé and I took my wedding ring to get it resized here and now just the part where they resized it and added metal to is turning my finger green. $50 gone for a metal that’s not even real. Do not resize your rings here!!
