Wasnt happy, associate said my computer I bought and printer was good match . No it wasnt. Had to take computer in to have the window 10s taken of so printer connected. Associate should have know better to sell as a working set.☹
I have not been in Best Buy for a number of years. While the store was neat and clean, there was inventory everywhere. Lots and lots of boxed TV tucked/stacked (orderly) everywhere. Went into to find a replacement microphone for a karaoke machine. Did not find it, all workers were busy with customers, did not wait for help.
I was impressed young man named Robert caught us in mid-stride took me straight to what I was looking for and even carried my purchase outside
We came to find a laptop computer that I can use in college as a business major. The store was well organized and we had no trouble finding the laptops. Our salesman was able to either answer or look up all of our questions, but he gave us some space when we said we wanted to look around. We found a great computer for a good price that was delivered earlier than expected. If you need some high tier tech for medium prices, come to Best Buy!

Went in trying to buy my mom a door bell camera. I needed something simple for her to work. I was completely clueless on which one to get considering all the options. Let me shout out Dylan H. He was awesome. I didnt wait long for help, browsed around for a few minutes. He greeted me and was completely knowledgeable about the ring door bell camera. He gave me some advice about an Alexa also. In which Ill be getting in a few weeks. Thank you Dylan for helping me and my son have a sense of security for my parents. Ring is definitely highly recommended and very easy to set up.
I only go every once in awhile now, not as much as before.They never have what Im looking for due to low stock these days.I do miss the way best buy was years ago, had more to offer then.
I went to the Stringtown location tonight at 6:30pm buy a new cell phone. I waited for 40 minutes for Emily to help me. She did not know her deals or specials. I had to insist that she check her information because I had a friend come in and get a different deal just the day before. Eventually she found I was right. Once we agreed on the phone she went back to get it and was gone for 10 mins. Came back to tell me they was out of phones. Of course it was now 8pm they was closing and they could mail it to me and I could activate it myself. No thank you. I told her she could tell me the truth and letMe know she didn’t want to stay to do it. She smiled and moved to the register and Ignored me. Emily had no sense of urgency. Didn’t know her products nor care about the service she was giving and lied about having the products in stock. Service at Best Buy was terrible. Why bother staying open if you can just do it online anyways? Maybe you don’t need to pay these salaries after all or need to open. Sad really.

This store is clean, well organized, and the employees working there are very helpful. They typically have in stock what I went there to get. Ive made many purchases here and have never had any issues with customer service or otherwise.
The staff is always friendly and super helpful. I also appreciate that they are available but dont hover over you while you shop.
Always look on the bright side! This is a great place to boost your ego, because you definitely will know more about the products than the people working here. Also, when a customer walks in to buy a Chromebook, oh they trash isnt going to be the best marketing strategy.

Some of the staff stand there talking to each other and wont notice customers. Other than that its a best buy - pretty standard electronics store.

I’ve been in a lot of Best Buy’s in multiple states and this is the worst one. I think they watch 40 Year Old Virgin as a training video on how to act in an electronics store. Very poor customer service, employees out front smoking cigarettes, maybe it’s a Grove City thing? They will literally watch you step in and say nothing, just gawk at you. They’re so suspicious of shoplifters that I personally guarantee there’s employees and/or managers stealing and acting like it’s the customers. I was watched and followed instead of ever being helped. I bought a $2,000 laptop on NewEgg.com instead.

The owner of this store, as described by Grove City Police, calls a lot accusing individuals of stealing.Yesterday a 18 yr old male, white with long blonde hair was in the store for 15 mins. He declined help. Then he was Accused of stealing, Police came escorted him out as he was paying for the computer cord he needed. Outside he let police search him, showed his pockets etc & nothing was found. Yet, he was put on the list of being banned from shopping at this location. They took a picture of his license. I’m glad this young man was prepared for profiling & participated with police.I’m am not shopping at the store.

I used to love this store. It seems their customer service is lacking. They offer products and extended warranty that are basically useless and do not offer any type of support. I will not be shopping here unless Im forced to and will be canceling my Total Care Protect and not continuing my Elite Plus status.
We had an online order we were picking up and the visit was wonderful. We had no wait, and when we asked about the sale price since it was a holiday weekend, the cashier looked into it and let us know we had gotten a better deal than the sale price!

I ordered online. Im new to this area and felt so welcomed from Mr. TRENT MCGRAW.. He educated me on my item and offered to help walk me threw set up. Gave good information about the area as well. He is very outgoing with a personality I havent experienced in awhile with customer service. Trent is a wonderful asset to Best Buy.
Bought some new noise cancelling headphones 🎧 and got a really good deal. But the only thing i didnt appreciate was being followed and treated like i was going to steal something. I wasnt dressed the best because i had just gotten off of work earlier and was just in my slum around clothes lol. So i guess that had something to do with it. But that still was no excuse. Im not a thief and didnt appreciate it. Overall its a clean store and getting help sure wasnt a problem. 😁

Bought a tv online and chose pick up in store. Product will be ready for pick up next day. Pick up within 5 days.Didnt have time to go next day so I waited one extra day. Drove the 40 minutes to store to be told... Tv isnt here yet. We have no way to track it to see when it will arrive. So I spent the next 40 minutes driving back home again.Day 4... Drove 40 minutes to the store, and asked if my TV was there. They told me it had not arrived, and they didnt even know if it was shipped. I showed them my order confirmation, where it said pick up after 1 day and within 5 days, and told them this was day 4 and if I didnt pick up by tomorrow it would be returned. So I asked them what would happen if I didnt pick it up the next day, because I had to work. They told me the 5-day pick up limit starts when TV arrives. If I would have known this 4 days ago I wouldnt have had to drive down here twice.2 weeks later, I still had no TV, so I canceled the order and bought a tv from a different store
Best Buy always helps me out. Sometimes to get what you want at a good price, it may take a couple of visits.

Was told by multiple employees that since the audio installation dept was only open certain days that I could not buy or have access to any car stereo installation equipment for sale. I was told to come back 4 days later when the audio guy was in. Terrible customer service. They simply told me nothing car audio install related can be sold during the week.

I visited with the soul intent of returning an item I no longer needed. However I did browse the store briefly. All of the staff were very kind and exchanged the item quickly without hassle. The store is laid out nicely and well kept.

I went in knowing what I wanted according to the Web site, and in 5 minutes the gentlemen that helped me had my tv loaded in my car, and I was on my way. There was no being pushed to upgrade my purchase wich was very nice. Thank you for keeping your web site so up to date with everything in stock, it makes things so much easier.
They dont give a military discount and not even a disabled veteran discount. My salesman was lacking a little bit of knowledge.
I purchased a new IPad at this location and a few days later I found a lower price online at Microcenter and went back in to have them price match the price at Microcenter and I talked to a lady named Cami who seemed really rude and she called a manager and he said they wouldn’t price match Micro centers price so I told my girlfriend and she researched Betsy buys policy on price matching and it never said anything about not matching Microcenter price so we went back to Bestbuy and talked to the same rude (Cami) and she said we could return the item and go get the one at Microcenter, This girl was really rude and I can’t believe Best Buy wouldn’t match the price…Beware! They don’t stand by their Price Matching….
I knew what I wanted, the associate in the TV department asked me if he could help, I showed him what I wanted, he found it within a minute and I was checked out and out of there in less than 10 minutes. After the horror show that was ordering a TV directly from Samsung, Ive learned my lesson: stick to buying TVs in person. This place is awesome.

I visited the Best Buy in Grove City the gentleman that helped me really wasnt any help & acted as if he was to busy to help me. This is the second time ive had a bad experience at this Best Buy. I wont be returning to this one
Went in with every intention of buying a smart watch plus accessories. Checked out a couple to figure out what I wanted and stood there for nearly 30 minutes. Nobody approached me to ask if I needed help or even asked how I was doing. Walked, past 5 employees congregating at the front door, out the door and with no watch. I still have my best buy credit card, but guess I will be going back to doing my shopping online. Disappointed.
Absolute joke that you walk in and see 6 people standing around but store policy is no one can answer the phone when trying to call this location.
They were unable and unwilling to assist me with an out of stock item and to see if an accessory was compatible for another item I purchased with them. I can save money and not receive help on line.

Do not order instant cart on here.Logan and his team have no idea how to handle seeing a phone with the order number and customer information...They demand you show them the green instant cart card.. which we do not have to carry for online orders.. it serves as no proof of identification as an instant cart contractor. When I explained this he asked to see my lynell badge... you know that generic badge that they give you when you start that has no photo of you... I believe its still a picture of a green background with a carrot on it.Those you can actually buy on eBay and are also available on the instant cart store.If you lost yours and want to feel lame.as an independent contractor I do not have to wear a uniform nor do I need to have a badge..Im waiting for corporate to get back to me about this issue.I will update the post when that happens
Bought an item from their website. It was an open box item rated excellent. When I received it, it didnt come in its original box, it didnt have any information, and it was missing the remote. When I took it back I was informed that the rating of an open box item only referred to how the product works. The rating was not based on if it included any of the original accessories, information or packaging. I was given a full refund.

We took our computer in for a virus. Best Buy took upon themselves to wipe it clean without even calling us first. They wiped out my entire company. Yes I said my company. 21 years of business records gone. The worst insult was they made me pay them to destroy my business. They never even said sorry. This is a real review. No games or gimmick. The honest truth. Geek squad needs to be renamed dumb squad!!!!!!

I have previously always had great luck with Best Buy, I have bought all of my televisions and most of my new phones from them. However, purchasing a stove from them has been the worst. We ordered the stove last Friday for Monday delivery. The stove arrived, but thr delivery crew dropped it when trying to get it off the back of the truck. The stove was damaged so it had to be returned and the drivers were very apologetic, advised we would be compensated for the inconvenience and the would have someone call us to reschedule a new stove to come out. After several hours I called Best Buy and they said they didnt have the info on the returned stove yet so I would have to call back later, again they apologized and said they would note the account that I would be compensated for the inconvenience. At 8:30 last night they called and said that my stove was on back order and I would not be able to get it until MY 18, oh and once I get the new stove, then I will be compensated, but they are not sure what the compensation will be. So I can wait til mid may for a new stove, or get my money back in gift cards.

Everytime Ive been here theyve been out of stock on everything I wanted. It just seems like they never keep a backstock of anything. On the other hand everyone that works there is always super helpful and very nice.

Do not choose to have something delivered. Had to wait 4 days for delivery only to have them say it will be 5 more days. And i canceled the entire order and have to wait 5 more days for my money back. I have reported them to the BBB and will never shop there again
Ive been coming to this location for past 10 years recently they changed the general manager, his name is Kent. I was very unsatisfied with the service he provided. Even on the simple question if he can review a product online to see availability and the price match he said ITS YOUR JOB.... The purchase we were about to make to supply the office needs was over $5500. I even told him I worked with the previous general manager we havent had any issues. The place is clean and not too busy. The staff are not very friendly or helpful, I knew what I went it for but I couldnt find find it and the person who helped me was not helpful he took me to the most expensive items or said we dont have it. The merchandise was under the wrong label. Not recommended unless you order online and pick up at the store
Another horrible customer service experience with Best Buy Grove City. I am so disappointed in there lack of care on on why a customer wants refunded and no longer doing service with Best Buy. The lack of follow through is unbelievable. Do NOT expect them to please the customer (customer is always right?) . First disappoinment was items over $6,000 and the second disappointment in customer service is a item of $400.Absolutely rediculous. Manager Grant also needs to have a customer service in-service on how to handle situations correctly.

Had a question about a product i had purchased 3 days prior, so I called to speak to a customer service representative. After being on hold for 15 minutes I hung up the phone. I understand that staffing needs to be limited for safety now,but I dont understand why each department cannot have someone available to take calls.
Website says curbside pickup only and they didnt have one of the items I wanted. As I pull up and see people going in. So naturally I go in look through the store find the item the website says they dont have. Overall I got what I needed but did have to pay twice.
