There are plenty of free and handicap parking spaces at this store. The store is in excellent shape. The employees are friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products sold in this store. My only complaint about The Home Depot is that they dont have enough workers to help people out with general questions. Overall, I am satisfied with the service I got at this store.

I love walking into Home Depot to shop and go to the tool section and making fun of the people on the screen but I kept seeing people in dress men in dress ruined my experience

Worst experience!!! Ordered a grill for Father’s Day on Wednesday 6/16 and asked for it to be assembled. Went on Friday 6/18 for pick up and it was ready and assembled with my name stamped on it. However, it wouldn’t fit in my vehicle so she said “no problem, I have until next Wednesday 6/23 to pick it up. I came back 2 days later with my Husband on Father’s Day to pick up his gift that was just ready when I was there 2 days ago. I get there and they tell me it appears my item that I PAID FOR has been scanned back on the floor and sold by mistake. They were very non apologetic, act like they didn’t care when this was THEIR mistake NOT MINES. Asked to speak to the manager she basically gave a non sincere apology, brushed me off and walked away. At this point I am now a very upset customer, no one seems to care or offering anyways to make any accommodations. They tried to offer me a grill in a box that they said could NOT be assembled at the moment without offering no kind of discount for a grill that I have to now put together when my grill should have NEVER been sold. I asked for a refund, she handed me receipt with no care in the world with no sympathy to the situation that y’all sold a customer’s item that was paid for. I wouldn’t be surprised if they sold it to somebody they knew or for themselves since it was already assembled and the last one!!! Not a great start for my husband on Father’s Day. Went to Lowe’s and drove across town to a different Home Depot and ended up getting a grill with a lot better customer service but with it now being last minute on a holiday, I still could not find the specific grill I wanted already assembled. Looks like my husband will be putting together his own gift. Thanks a lot Home Depot, you really SUCK. My husband had a similar issue happen to him as well at this same Home Depot. We will definitely just continue to stick with Lowe’s.

Never again. Im only giving it a 1 because its the lowest number shown. I Ordered a very high end carpet, had it installed in April and seem was bad from the beginning. After 11 trips to the store multiple phone calls and finally emailing the CEO only then was something done. Installers and Home depot were arguing over who was a fault. They will call you 5 times a day to get you to order but once you pay and arent happy they wont call you back. Store manager was no help. A 1 day install took 5 trips to finally get right. Finally end of July it is correct. Carpet installer followed up to ensure I was happy but still no call from Home Depot. I asked to be compensated for all the trouble and filed a complaint with corporate and store manager called stating she would not discuss compensation until job is complete. She had the balls to say she wasnt even sure why they were stuck having to replace the carpet. Home Depot rep did not show up with the carpet install inspector to inspect. 9 different employees at Home Depot saw these pictures and said they would not except this carpet but at the end of the day Home Depot did not support the customer or back there product. Here are the excuses they gave me. Carpet has been over stretched, carpet needs time to settle to lay down, carpet is from 2 different lots, Home Depot planned the seam in the wrong direction, this color carpet will always show the seam, installer inspector asked me to close the blinds and said see you only see the seam when the blinds are open

I do not recommend using this location for the purchase of appliances. Today is the second day of NO SHOW, NO CALL for a washer and dryer I purchased. When I call the mgr tells me that they use a delivery company and it’s not their fault… so I ask does the delivery company not work for you? Did I not buy the appliances from you? After the no show no, no call the first time instead of telling me they will be out the next day I’m told I’ll be “lucky” their words if I get it 2 days later… are you kidding me…so people that were scheduled to get a delivery after me will get theirs first because you missed my scheduled delivery date? Horrible customer service.

I stopped in looking for chlorine for my pool. I found a 25lb bucket that has damage all the way around but no product was missing. I went to customer service and asked if they could verify it being the only one in stock. The gentleman looked at it and said Lord what happened to this bucket? LOL he checked and said it was the only bucket within 100 miles but because of the damage he could discount it for me. So I saved 10% on it and the product was just fine. Great customer service!

The worst Home Depot experience. My daughter who had a baby a week ago brought mulch. Before she made the purchase, she asked if someone could help. The person checking her out called over a young man. He walked by her 3 times pushing a couple of buggies... never helped. She heated all 10 bags of mulch that were far above the weight limit she should carry. I called customer service and they said call corporate. She was still lifting the bags.

I have been trying to order some storm doors for a few days now. It seems the person that was in that department left, and no other employee has the knowledge to work/assist in that department. It is unacceptable that no one else is experienced in doors and windows. Tried going to another Home Depot and was told that they were unable to assist and I had to go back to the store that did the measurement. So, that puts me back to the Griffin store where I cannot get any assistance. JUST RIDICULOUS!!!

Better of the local south Atlanta Home Depot stores with friendly service and items actually in stock. Other Home Depots in the local area show having plenty of items in stock online, but then you get to the store with employees acting as if you must be stupid to pay attention to online inventory counts with no item in stock... very frustrating when it happens over and over again.. This store must actually keep better track of their inventory than the ones in Henry and Clayton county because if they say they have it online then they do.

The ONLY reason I gave my five star rating was because of Kaylin in lumber and building materials!!!! He saw me (65 yr old woman) pushing a lumber cart and IMMEDIATELY asked what I needed. Then he took me straight to the 1/2 Birch 4 x 8 plywood and helped me pick out and load it on my cart!!!! He definitely SAVED THE DAY for me!!!!!!! Havent had this good of an experience in HD or ANYWHERE in quite some time!!!!!!! Kaylin....YOU DESERVE A RAISE!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!

Well definitely be back!!!! Well we went back to Home Depo 4/22 on my Birthday for Paint an we had another Excellent and Fantastic experience....Ayana and Chandler in the Paint Department were Great.....their Customer Service and knowledge about Paints were Exceptional as well....if Home Depo employees keep it up, I wont need to go to another one.....Im staying right in Griffin, GA......Especially if you dont know what youre doing, they have knowledgeable people that work there an can help you when your distressed!!

The last two experience I have had with Homedepot has been awful. The first time We had an order delivered we had bad customer service with the deli every guy, #1 he didn’t call before he arrive then he had an attitude. The second experience I was told a date that my order would arrive and paid $79. For the delivery fee to get there on a date of Thursday 5/27 and contacted the store just to be told another date 6/1.

Their curbside service was fast and painless! Highly recommend!

I will Never Make a huge purchase again from Home Depot.. I ordered a refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer and dryer, was given a delivery date, however order was pushed back twice and no one even bothered to call or notify me until I finally called and realized it had been changed. The day of the delivery, the delivery drivers would not deliver my items stating all of these trip hazards, Im doing construction but it was simply a matter of using another entry which they did not. When asked to leave the items, they told us they could leave them in the street. When I called to complain, no consideration was given just an oh well this is what you did wrong and next time do better. Horrible horrible service.

If I could give ZERO stars to Home Depot as a whole I certainly would. These folks have NO IDEA of what customer service means or entails. The problems I have encountered at more than half a dozen locations south of Atlanta are too numerous to begin to list here. But one thing that gets under my skin is the fact that no one answers the phones at any of the locations Ive dealt with and when I go into any of these stores a manager will never speak with you. They are always on a meeting or just plain hiding from any customer contact. I would love to see all these locations shuttered and good old fashioned mom and pop businesses make a comeback.

I wish I could post no stars, but that was not an option. My family and I will never do business again with the Home Depot located in Griffin, GA. You purchase products and pay for services to upgrade your home and instead of them completing the project in the time agreed upon, they give you the run around for why it is delayed and want you to pay for additional services that are not needed. Where is the customer service?

Unless you know exactly what you are looking for and know for a fact that they have it, save your time and go across the street to Lowe’s. This place has fallen off a cliff in employee knowledge and frankly, aptitude. They don’t know and honestly don’t seem to care if they help you or if you go elsewhere or not, sad. If I could give zero stars I would.

Always check to make sure that they have item in store before you go.
