Helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with those of us who have a hard time making decisions. Good products and service. Their installers were very professional and well mannered, making sure everything was done properly. They also took time to show how everything worked and give helpful tips and safety reminders.

I had an issue with my dryer. Thought it was a bad part. Chris tried to help me find the part (which I had the wrong number for) could not find it. But while on the phone with me helped troubleshoot other problems it could be and ended up fixing the problem. It cost me nothing!!! Riner’s has earned my Business with a phone call. Thank you Chris I owe you big time!

Great customer service I needed a few parts for a fairly new Whirlpool dishwasher. The man at the counter was more then willing to help me. Even though I wasnt buying a big ticket item during this visit. The way I was treated Ill be back when I do need a big ticket item. Great place.

Called on Thursday about a washer issue. Gave them all the information, including tenant contact. They never called the tenant. I called again the next Monday. They initially seemed confused but, found my call. Said they had availability Tuesday and would call to schedule. Tenant contacts me Wednesday and says she has never heard from them. So, I call again, a week after my initial call. I ask for the manager. He cant find any information about the call. So, he asks me to provide it to him, again. Why in the world would I? You dropped the ball twice already. Unlike this business, I care about my customers. Not going to keep waiting on them to get around to it or manage their scheduling system, which they dont seem to have. I bought appliances there recently and thought, maybe a local business will do better than the big box stores. Afraid not. Honestly, they seem clueless about customer service. Buying new appliances for a renovation, and they wont be from them.

I wanted to leave no stars, but it wont allow it.I called a week ago and set up an appointment for Tuesday Nov 17th from 12 to 4:30, no one ever showed, called or texted or even emailed to say they were running behind or give me any idea of when they might show. I called at 4 to see if I could get an update and the girl said oh he is running behind, but Pete will show. Well Pete never did and no phone call until this morning saying hey are you at home so I can come look at your stove? Nope I was there all afternoon yesterday waiting during our appointment time. Courtesy is all I asked and a phone call or update would have been sufficient. A little customer service, but I guess that is just too much to ask for anymore.

Bake element went out right before Christmas.. looked high and low and finally riners’s saved my life . Great Prices & Friendly staff .. love love love this place
