The SLOWEST drive thru line of all time. Staff is so nice tho. Just go inside. It’s quicker

I have learned to not go to this location on the weekends because my coffee is NEVER made right. I have absolutely no problems during the week but on the weekends its a completely different place. The staff isnt as friendly or welcoming. Training on how to correctly make all coffee requests is much needed for the weekend crew. I will stick to only going to this location during the week days.

Great food and drinks. The employees are kind. After a certain time during the week, they lock the dining room and make you go through the drive thru. We placed a mobile order and they told us we at to wait in a line in the drive thru to get our order.

This is ridiculous. In the Sri e thru for 30 minutes. Hire more people or figure it out!

Worst Starbucks ever. It’s consistently terrible. Unfortunately it’s the closest to my home. I have been to so many Starbucks and I don’t know how this one got this way. I have had everything warm at best coffee, burnt old coffee, and even the wrong coffee. All I want is a blond roast with cream and they can’t get it right. Sitting inside Starbucks now as I write this, had to get out of the drive thru because they gave me cold burnt coffee again. They are “brewing”.

These are some of the hardest working staff. There is always a large line around drive thru and waiting on side of road to get it in. However they always have a smile and something nice to say. They all deserve a RAISE and KUDOS. Love and good vibes to you all.

Why do you allow mobile order and then have drive thru only so you still have to wait? Pointless...

Really unhappy with my experience every time I go, but I keep trying because it’s so close to my office. I think I’m officially done. They are slow and their employees are poorly trained. When a customer asks a question, they pretend they know the answer but don’t put any effort into finding out the real answer. Various rude staff members. Just avoid if at all possible

My coffee was delicious and I would return to thus location.

Drove here at 5:30am because their hours are posted they’re open at this time. Nope! Drove 20 mins to surprise my wife with a pumpkin spice and was left without anything. Multiple employees rolling in at 545am and sitting in the parking lot and no one opened the store. If you don’t open till later then change the hours on your site and Google maps.

They have signs up for curbside pick up, yet after placing the order, turns out they dont have it set up so dont waste your time. Then while trying to order inside, they say they dont have blonde roast after 11am so Im not able to get that (although it was an option on the app) - pretty sure they just didnt feel like brewing it. So there was only one option for coffee available (Pike Place). Doesnt make much sense when this is literally a coffee place, an expensive one at that. They also dont have any cold brew options available. You might be better off going to a different Starbucks.

I was skeptical about the apple crisp macchiato but it tastes like a caramel apple and I cant stop drinking it!!!!!! 😍

The wait was long and my order was not what I ordered. I ordered a Chia tea with 2 tea bags and a Cheese Danish! I received a chia tea with some kind of milk/cream ....disgusting, I am milk intolerant so they should be more careful! I tried to call but the phone just ring and ring, it was that way thru out the day. So that was very bad experience and waste of money!

I always get a mocha Frappuccino with a double shot of expresso venti. I would say that it is delicious 92% of the time. The wait in line tends to be a little long but they are making the drinks by order.

Starbucks are fairly consistent but hete the barista did an excellent job with a grande soy flat white. The place was not crowded but the long line at the drive through slowed down in store service.

Don’t let Mobile Order with the app fool you. Cafe is closed a lot and without an option to cancel your order, you’ll wait in drive-thru for 30 min.

The only Starbucks in Greenville that is consistent. The staff is friendly and competent. So much better than the Starbucks in Taylors.

My daughter loves the Chocolate Mocha Frappe with chocolate chips. Always a long wait inside and outside.

This location is extremely professional and courtious. In this they have successfully operated in the pandemic and have protected their staff and others. The lines maybe long at times because of being pro active in maintaining the safety to the teams and clients. The manager, Jennifer and other team members strive for this excellence. Please return the favor and be kind when patronizing this location and the Taylors location. These teams are explementary examples of what I feel the Starbucks organization should be proud of !

Pretty good only issue was they gave the wrong size at first. However they did fix it immediately with no complaint. The drinks were delicious.

Slow service. Rude employees. Mobile orders are slow. Drive up is slow. If you really want Starbucks, go down to Target. Hours here are inconsistent.

This location is always a hit or miss with my drink I always get the same drink which is a warm white chocolate mocha. But for some reason at this location each time it tastes different. but I will say the staff was super awesome my daughter ordered the wrong drink and they were very quick to offer her a replacement!

I love this Starbucks. The people here work very hard to give you what you asked for and can craft various drinks off the menu if you have the recipes for them. Highly recommend this store

Call Starbucks caps to be in ankles where I do my grocery shopping Ive got a coffee from a few times but thats about it but if you aint other people being served I can start doing okay

Fast and friendly service

Definitely my favorite Starbucks. Ive been going here since they opened and its always a great experience. Even when they are backed up and busy the staff is on top of things and makes each guest feel wlecomed.

Great staff but this is the SLOWEST drive thru at any Starbucks Ive ever been at. Currently sitting in line for over 20 minutes and its ALWAYS like this. Almost worth the drive down to the Taylors location. Nitro machine been broken for a while so I havent been able to get my cold brew lately.

Line was very long but it did move very quickly.

The servers were so nice and helpful!!!! It was an enjoyable experience!!!!

Lovely staff and amazing coffee. Even my puppy dog loves the pup cups. He knows where we are as soon as we turn into the parking lot. When we use the drive thru, he even uses his paw to put his window down. We thank all of you at this location for your kindness.

Great location. High ceilings and just the right amount of furniture makes for a pleasant time here. Lots of outdoor seating for the warm months.

I would give them 0 stars but even that is more than they deserve. I ordered through the app and when I arrived at the store the drive thru had over 20 cars in line. I tried to call the store (7 times) to let them know I was there to picnic up a mobile order. Three separate employees looked at me and walked away. I knocked on the door and after 5 more minutes a barista came and rudely stated, “you didn’t have to knock you could have just opened the door.” I asked for my order and my latte was cold and my Frappuccino was melted. The only saving grace was the person who assisted me when I called corporate. I will never return to this store however because of this kind person I will take my business to another Starbucks location. I do not recommend this store. Save your time and be treated respectfully elsewhere.

I like the carmel frappuccino with 2 shots of espresso in it sometimes I get 3 but not to often

Have been really let down in the past year with Starbucks in general. Their service and staff. I do still buy their K-cups for my daily coffee but I do not seek out Starbucks any more for my Coffee treat as I used to.

Barista was a delight. Food and beverages were delicious. The only complaint is they are always out of the double smoked bacon cheddar and egg sandwiches.

Say what you will, Starbucks is clutch. I have even on a couple occasions have resorted to coming here after failed attempts of trying iced coffees at other independent coffee shops made me wonder if some business tried their own products. This site is fast, clean, and staff is courteous. Knock one star off because of the lack of uniqueness in environment and coffee flavor, but still 4.4 stars!

Super slow - by the time I got the coffee (15 min), one drink was luke warm and the other was made wrong. Looking forward to the mobile pickup opening again one day. Drive thru is not where this store excels.

SUPER spacious Starbucks. There were quite a lot of people, but everything was spread out so it wasnt overwhelming like other Starbucks in the area. Great working environment and atmosphere. The only thing about Starbucks is their high prices.. a cup of coffee for $5? I rarely visit because you can go somewhere else for a cheaper price, but the experience and service is very good!

Apple cider was amazing. I think the store needs more comfy chairs though. I dont like trying to relax in wooden kitchen chairs.

Service is always good. I went through the drive through and got a vanilla chai tea hot. The cost was over there coupon card I had and the person said dont worry about that little bit of change. People are great. The cost is so high though. If I did not get coupon cards or gift cards I would probably not pay that for a coffee.

Waited 16 for a coffee and a tea. They were so unorganized and the place was a disaster. And its always like that. I think this will be my last time as much as I like their coffee. When you pay $8 for coffee and a tea. And then you wait 16 minutes to get it. Something is wrong with that picture

Took ten minutes for a black coffee, there were people ahead of me, but Ive been places where multitask better. It would have taken 30 second for my coffee and delayed 2 people for 15 seconds, instead of waiting just to pour the coffee. Id be fine if I was delay a few seconds. Its like letting the person go through at the grocery store that has 1 item. When I have 30, but here they can multitask for more than 1 customer at a time.

Ordered via app and the estimated time was 1-4 minutes. Arrived in 7 minutes and we still had to wait for the order. Barista pumped in an extra pump of flavoring which gave the coffee an artificial, chemical flavor.

This store has gone downhill fast! Twice this week, they havent been open 30 minutes past their opening time. Obviously, they dont care about their customers... Theyve also messed up my order several times lately. I wont be back at this location...

Had a birthday reward for a free drink and I ordered the wrong thing haha. I was ready to pay for the new drink that I wanted but they took care of it for free! They didn’t have any reason for doing that other than to make a customer happy. Many thanks to the Manager and front Cashier!

Nice enough Starbucks with good staff and efficient drive through. Not many seats and tables inside due to it being a relatively small shop. It does have outdoor seating too though.

I can always count on Starbucks! This location in particular has a great staff and even gets me to smile BEFORE coffee!!

Not happy! I spend money EVERYDAY! HERE! no smiles & why have yall went up on prices! Listen a venti mocha with 2 pumps vanilla shouldnt be $6 !!! × that by at least 5 days a week!!!! On a fixed income due to autoimmune disease & this mocha is my 1 enjoyment I allow myself! Wow just EXTREMELY disappointed!

Over 20 minutes to order, have order completely forgotten, wade through line again, and wait while they figured out how to process a refund. Definitely not a good spot for people with any sort of time concerns.

I hate to say it but this is the worst Starbucks. I keep going back because I don’t want to drive all the way to the Pelham location. If I want one single coffee I know I am going to wait 25-35 minutes every single time.

I usually love going to Starbucks, but this time left much lacking.It was a typical afternoon, I went in for a hot tea and to study.I ordered at the front counter which only had 1 girl up front on register. I ordered a tea and a sandwich and went to sit down. The tables had crumbs on them and so I went back up and asked for a cloth. No big deal had a seat with my tea and waited for my sandwich.6 other people ordered.... still no food.I looked at the other 6 people standing by the take out window none of them felt the need to help the girl who finally got the bakery items that had been ordered out to the customers. No names called, just put them in bags and placed them on the counter... not helpful guys.Any way, I finished up and ordered on the app to see if there was a change to the customer service.My tea came out within 5 minutes.... but the cookie I ordered took took almost 10 minutes, again, I was standing at the counter. The 1 girl was staying busy up front... but there other people behind the counter were doing nothing but joking, standing. Many of them looked at me, smiled, and kept talking.Wanted to please with this group.We will try again another time.

Clean environs, clean restroom, friendliness of barista taking my order - just ok. I had to sit here for about an hour waiting for some work done to my car. This location has their stockroom visible from the seating area and the door was open the whole time . This doesnt look professional at all.

The staff is friendly and professional, but damn this place gets crowded. Lots of cute, trendy girls breezing through and, of course, those super important people working on super important stuff on their laptops.
