Went to get a new iPhone didn’t know a lot about the deals and how to use it but the lady at the Greer cricket was so amazing showed me how to use it and even put me on auto pay so I never miss payments. To be 100% honest, Im a little biased on this one. I met my wife 15 years ago doing call center customer service for cricket wireless. Weve had service through cricket for a couple years. The cell service itself is great. But the one downfall is I believe they moved thier call center to Mexico. Ive called a few times for various reasons, and every time I get someone with a HEAVY accent on the border of understandable. Considering I used to work for them, its kind of disappointing.

Have gone into the store many times to ask for help and someone has patiently helped me. Recently I walked in with a big problem and the manager said shed never experienced anything like it. However she spent over an hour to fix my problem and never gave up, We both were excited when it was finally fixed. I am very grateful!

I was in the store with my mother and she was ready to buy a new iPhone 11. The staff is awful specially the over sized lady omg the rudest customer service. Try to sell us some cheap case and screen protector told her no and once were ready to pay for everything she kept on trying to add the 8.99 protection for a new iPhone and Would not removed it. We gladly took our money so where else.

This place has unprofessional people. They lost my fathers SIM card. They didn’t apologized nor offered to pay for it. My mother and I were on the ground looking through trash, under the desks, while the lady just stood there. Don’t go to this place!!

Went there to pay a phone bill on June 24 2016 at 10:00 a.m.The store supposed to open at 10:00 A.M.The young women comes in at 10:10 A.M.She meets me at the door doesnt even say hello to me.I greet her with a cheerful good morning.She doesnt even let me in the door right away.She rudely tells me to wait outside.It seems that I was an annoyance to her just to give her my money.People like her should not deal with the public.
