Every time I go in here, there is a really nice, knowledgeable employee that answers all of my questions and knows a lot about their products. Not only that, but He knows the effects on the body. I dont think a business could expect better. My 5 stars goes to him. He knows who he is :)

I went to the location in Greenwood, Indiana and boy was I pleasantly surprised with the customer service. Alex the salesman was extremely knowledgeable and very courteous. He knew his stuff and more, He answered all of my questions and explained the products ingredients and what they do. I would highly recommend The Vitamin Shoppe!

3 Strikes, Im Done. Need regular applications of the lower IU Jason Vitamin E oil on a surgery scar to help keep my skin supple and comfortable. This was my go-to place to get it. Recently, 3 trips over the period of several weeks with the COVID excuse being used each time to say why deliveries arent happening as they should, and why they have been consistently out of this product. Out for WEEKS due to delivery issues?! Not buying into it and not buying anything else here. Time for this shop/company to adjust to the new normal and find a way to keep their shelves stocked.

The guys and manager are amazing. Even insisted on escorting me out to car in rain. Ready to help and answer questions. The men that work there always have a smile and are very attentive. I don’t go anywhere else now unless I have too. Great selection at affordable prices.

I recently visited for information on keto. The most beautiful employee came right up to me, introduced herself, and asked how she could help. Janyce was very knowledgeable and very helpful, and took the time to explain alot to me even though it was close to closing for the night. Vitamin Shoppe has a large variety of health and wellness products available in the store. If they are out of something they will order it. If you want a new product they will try to get it for you. The workers are knowledgeable and helpful. They have even price matched thinks for us. Also church out Vitamin Shoppe online for a full variety of products.

Completely awesome not huge store with everything you could possibly ask for. Great deals and most importantly a very kind, nice and knowledgeable staff A+++++

In response to the lady that gave a bad review regarding the employee who was talking about his 12 year old daughter being a vegetarian is unfortunate. The employee was helping a customer who had kids and was looking for vegetarian options. The store was busy since it was black Friday and it can be challenging to reach every customer. Hopefully the customer will come back to the Vitamin Shoppe and have a better experience.

I am an avid customer of The Vitamin Shoppe. They normally have everything that I need here. Some of their herbs are a little pricey, but when you are out, its still worth it for the nutritional benefits that you receive.

Ive been shopping here for years for all my supplements. Jason is awesome and always very helpful & knowledgeable.

There were two guys working the day after thanksgiving. I walked in holding my toddler and was not greeted or asked how I could be helped. The two people who came in after me had been greeted. As I walked around the store looking for a certain item, the two guys just sat there talking about how one guy’s 12 year old is a vegetarian and is super smart for her age. Not once, did they offer to help me or even speak to me. I value great customer service and my first time to this place has been ruined. I will never go back, nor will I recommend it to anyone.
