Pharmacist Tracy Eder was the worst pharmacist I’ve encountered. I was getting my covid vaccine and there was a mix up with my insurance billing, she was raising her voice infront of other customers who also told me they felt bad for me.
I really hate giving bad reviews, but in this instance I feel compelled to do so so that someone looking for a new pharmacy who needs medications that could mean life or death knows that this may not be the place to go. I have had issues from day one with getting prescriptions for Chrons. Last week I had the pharmacist contact ME to ask ME to call my doctor because THEY have questions about dosages and quantities prescribed! I have never had a pharmacist who questioned a prescription from the doctor put the responsibility on my shoulders to call the doctor for clarification! I am not the professional, so they are relying on a layperson to be the messenger between the doctor and the pharmacist to make sure I get the correct meds, dosage, quantity, etc...They NEVER have the right quantity of anything I need, and Im not on any kind of uncommon medications. No controlled substances. All three of my scripts are routinely prescribed for the conditions I have. my insurance will not allow a refill more than 7 days prior, so whenever I send the request for a refill, I always get a notification saying We do not have the correct quantity in stock. and they do a partial refill, meaning I have to go back to the pharmacy 5 or 6 days after I pick up the partial quantity to get the rest of the prescription.I have given them every opportunity to do better but after this latest problem, I will be transferring all my business to a new pharmacy.
Absolutely horrible customer service. every time I call someone answers and puts me right on old without giving me a chance to speak. Then I go on hold for 10+ minutes. it doesnt matter when I call during the day or evening.You cant be that busy all of the time to NOT help customers.

I would give this pharmacy a 1 star review if it werent for the other pharmacists and technicians who are helpful and kind. However, this pharmacy is almost always out of stock of my medications when I refill them resulting in a 2 day or more wait to get them. Their app constantly crashes or doesnt give the correct information, and I rarely get notified if my medication is out of stock resulting in me having to call the pharmacy to find out what is taking so long with my refill.When I get the head pharmacist, Darin Barnett, on the phone he is short with me with all my questions, he is rude, and has told me to go to another pharmacy and hung up on me. When I call back and get a different pharmacist, I ask all the same questions and all my questions are answered politely and promptly. They even apologized for their mistake when they said my medication would be ready that day and it wasnt. They took responsibility for their mistake and fixed it immediately. These were the same things I tried to discuss with Mr. Barnett, but he hung up on me after telling me to go to another pharmacy.I am severely disabled, use a power wheelchair, and Im on multiple unconventional medications. When I changed to this pharmacy I spoke to the female pharmacist about my situation and she told me it would not be an issue and would put all the information in my chart. Since then, she has been helpful with resolving any issues Ive had. However, whenever I speak to the head pharmacist, Darin Barnett, Im met with disdain and told to go elsewhere. He was so rude to me today that I reported his behavior to the store manager. I was told that Darin Barnetts behavior was unacceptable, and that the store manager would look into it. If I continue to have these issues, I will take Mr. Barnetts advice and take my business elsewhere. Bottom line, if you have complex medical needs dont go to this pharmacy because they will not follow through on their word of healping you, the head pharmacist, Darin Barnett, doesnt care about his customers, and you will constantly have to call the pharmacy to get your medications correctly. But, the other pharmacists and staff are pleasant and helpful, so that is the only reason they get 2 stars rather than 1... or 0 if that was possible.
Rude and full of it. I mean how are you going to comment on me waiting long if you didnt know I was waiting in the first place. I may not feel well, but Im not dumb. And CVS just sent a text to let me know my prescription is ready while Im still waiting for the one from meijer.
This meijer is very nice and nice to shop at one of the staff members are very nice he has great customer service hes just a little sweet heart.I give him a 100%
