Customer service great found what I wanted at right price

This is the only place we get furniture from in Greenwood. The staff is knowledgeable about American made pieces and the furniture itself. They are always ready to help accommodate you with delivery if you choose to have your pieces delivered. Theres a 50 dollar delivery fee and due to covid they will only move old furniture out but not take it off for you. Quick to schedule deliveries if they have the piece in the back.

These people were the freindlyest most helpful place Ive ever walked into the owner Mr Parker helped me from the first day I walked in with measurements, information on what I needed along with what were good options very kind man also his decorater was just as helpful love their furniture so much along with their prices that I made a purchase yesterday & they will be delivering my couch & gorgeous cocktail table today I couldnt be happier this morning

We have bought several pieces of furniture from them. All have been excellent quality. You cannot buy the cheapest thing they have (especially not Ashley Furniture) and complain that it doesnt hold up. Customer service was excellent! Dean helped us but also gave me space to look at things on my own which was very much appreciated! I get flustered very easily and if I feel pressured I will leave a store quickly! These should be the last purchases we have to make for at least 10-15 years! Thank you Parker Furniture!

This is a good place for buying furniture. We have bought our living room furniture, a bed for my daughter, chairs for my dining room table, several more items and have never had any problems. They have a wide variety of anything you need and they stand behind their furniture. Weve bought these items over the last 10 years and just recently purchased a recliner, we still received the same friendly service.

I would have purchased a dresser! I told the salesperson that we were on our way to pick up the dresser that we had looked at earlier that day. When we arrived to the store we found out that the owner had sold it to someone else.
