EXCELLENT place to purchase your glasses. Amy adjusted my glasses & assisted my wife with purchase of new glasses. She was so very helpful & courteous. I highly recommend this store.

I had the best customer service from a staff member that was eager, willing, caring & very kind. I cannot remember her name (sorry), but she worked with the blinds & curtains section. Very thankful for employees like her to have helped me.

I go to the salon here. They do a great job on hair and waxing brows.

Photographer was very professional and very patient with our little family. Pictures came out really good.

What a mess this place is. The entire store looks like a giant clearance rack with stuff just thrown everywhere. Clothes laying on the floor, on top of racks. Everything mixed together from different departments. Just a real dump.

I have lost some weight. I actually had a selection of 5 dresses. I selected one that was on sale, looked nice on me AND DIDNT HAVE TO BE SHORTENED!! I am short and that is an incredible blessing, that it didnt have to be hemmed!!❤

Exchange some items. No receipt no problem. How did exactly what I wanted. Cell staff was very pleasant and helpful. The one in Plainfield doesnt open till 11 a.m. the one in Greenwood open that regular time.

I was there today and had the best service from Bob in Jewelry. I was just looking for a cheap watch and he probably doesn’t even get commission on it, but he took his time to talk to me and help me find the best watch. He’s a true people person and made sure I had a great customer experience! Kudos Bob!

Jcpenny has the best sales. It doesnt hurt when you have a load of rewards & coupons to lessen the total purchase. The best coupon I ever received was a 50%. I cant wait to receive another one..

Past two or three years they go to an independent lab and it seems like they always have problem getting your glasses made up goes from 2 to 3 to 4 weeks, And it seems like theyre short-staffed at the lab so, when you do order glasses they do not tell you about all the problems are having they had the same problem two years ago and theyre still having this problems Now!! my wife still has not received her glasses into three weeks....??? No Follow up.

Went to get hair spray. It was on sale on the internet but they wouldnt honor the price in the store so went to bed bath and beyond and got it.

Always feels dated in there. Like it got lost in the 80s and just hasnt been updated. Decent clothes, dusty walls, above average prices but sweet deals if youre not picky about the brands.

Good selection of clothing in my size and I enjoyed picking out what I wanted to purchase. The BAD thing about my experience was being followed around by employees and not being able to get a replacement bag for my $750 worth of purchases after my original bag ripped.

I understand we just went through a pandemic and it actually still going through a pandemic but they barely had any kids shoes. As a matter of fact they barely had any shoes for boys or men. They seem to have plenty of women shoes though.

I like the variety and options they have, women and children stuff downstairs and mens clothing and hardware upstairs.

I was nervous about going honestly but everyone was amazing and our pictures turned out great

Just like the mall its attached to, it closes too early. Near closing almost all lights were turned off so you couldnt see to make any last picks of items and there was only on register open so the choice was to wait forever to get one thing or just leave. Chose to leave.

Ive always loved JCPenneys not too many of them left

I miss Pennys at Madison. I like the assortment of shoes and clothing. Buy bedding at JCPennys. I like it.

The sales are often irresistible and its a good spot to find name brands like Levis on sale or clearance. Worth checking out.

The man upstairs at the cashier by the levis was great he help me find my son some pants that actually fit😉

4 different check out areas through the store but during Christmas time only have one check out areas open with only 2 registers open. Doesnt make for a happy ending. I know with covid rules and regulations are different but even with one register open at each of the 4 areas is still 2 more open then just 2 in one section.

You might ask which registers are open so you dont go to the wrong one. Other than that I found exactly what I wanted great job.

Mandy, at the Greenwood beauty salon has a flair with hair. Salon follows all guidelines for sanitizing and social distancing. I was very confident during my appointment.

My opinion is it seems their clothing is out dated...shoe selection disappointing...I seldom find anything there

I went in to the store to order a wedding band for my upcoming wedding. Because the store didnt have me size, we ordered the ring online. Upon checking the email confirmation of my order, I learned that the ring was lab grown. Prior to ordering this ring, I asked the salesperson repeatedly if it was a real diamond and she said yes. Then, I found out I cannot even cancel the order until it has been shipped. Needless to say, I was VERY disappointed and I will not be ordering from JC Penney again.

Sales, sales, salesSo Ive been on a mini spending spree for new work attire....I was NOT disappointed in the selection here. EVERYTHING I bought was on sale. Also, the staff was super friendly. Daniel was beyond patient with me at checkout and was above and beyond kind as a cashier in general. The store needs a little TLC as far as maintenance goes, but otherwise it was wonderful.

Great Penneys store. Utilized the salon, Julie did an awesome job on my hair plus she has an awesome personality. When I visit Greenwood IN I visit Julie for my hair needs, she really is good!!!

The Liz Claiborne dept. was messy and needed picked up. More fitting rooms need to be open along with register locations.

The prices have really shot through the roof. Was hard to find help to understand the question I wanted to ask. But, customer service is fair.

So made an appointment with Jillian but when i arrived they said they had me in with Rikki(spelling) well let me tell ya she does not listen and does exactly what she wants to do with your hair. She was also rude checking her phone etc while cutting my hair. I guess i am lucky it turned out as bad as it did and not even worse.

All the folks for pleasant smiling and greeted as several times as we went through the store. It was clean and reasonably well maintained. Lots of inventory with good prices. Could have done without the childish behavior of people dropping clothes on the floor. That was totally unnecessary. that just meant more work for the clerks.

I enjoyed my shopping at JCPenney. The lady who helped was very nice and knew where to take me to find what I was looking for. I especially liked the sale they had. Have recommended they to my friend.

We have been going to the salon here with my 2 boys and my husband. For past 2 trips they have done great. This trip they failed us. I use the same stylist each time to make sure they get the right cut. This time they felt rushed. I pay the extra for a senior stylist which includes a wash. This time they didnt wash or even blow dry the hair off their faces. Will be going to different place for next hair cut. They said we have to ask for a wash, I never have before and if Im paying the extra they should be asking if we want the wash.

Its the only place left where u can go in & find a dress that isnt made for a teenager or goes to the floor. Found a suit & a dress inside an hour including try on time. Saw other items I liked but didnt have the time. My mother was w me & also found a dress. I have done most of my shopping at Kohls last several yrs, but u cant find a decent dress there. Ill be returning there for sure!

I have walked through all the stores in the mall and I can say without a doubt JCPenney has the hotttest mannequins. That is why I give it 5 stars.

Got our wedding bands from here, with in 4 months Id lost 5 diamonds and it had tarnished. To the point they were going to swap it out for a whole new set of rings that I didnt even want. Eventually I got I contact with corporate and they have helped but my rings are not what they used to be they said it is due to sizing but Ive never had it sized! The clothes are great the jewelry not so much

Sandee was absolutely amazing! I wish I knew the other two ladies that helps me as well as a really helped me find the right size of dress shirts for me. Super helpful and really made the experience a very positive one. Without even asking them to they offered to measure me to make sure I was getting the correct size. They even tried to help me save some money by showing me the brand new clearance items

Had great sales going on. Treated myself to three new blouses. Got three on sale for the price of one. Very happy.

My shopping needs this past year were for window draperies and accessories. Quality and up to date trends were on display in the Pennys Home Store. The clerks were helpful as well as knowledgeable of styles and products; and very helpful with suggestions. I loved going there.

JCPenney should take responsibility for JCPenney Portrait Studio fraud business.they cant say somebody leased their space and named business on JCPenney brand.worst photos. inexperienced photographer. no knowledge on light. they took money and didnt send all photos. didnt take the poses we want. she is rude. zero star rating.fraud business.i had a baby event and i dont have my photos ready.i was shocked after reaching home because the link provided by them have few unedited pics. my photos took with phone are better than JCPenney Portrait Studio. i want regional manager contact to complaint but they didnt provide to me. disappointed dejected. be careful with this fraud business.

As quality at so many stores has cheapened and cost remain high. I have been shopping for pants to wear at work. I was happy with my experience today.
