Kind of unorganized. But clean and straightened up. Curtains, comforter, blankets in several different places throughout the store. Sherry was the sales associate who helped us out. She was helpful, friendly and smiled. I dont like shopping at stores where they act as if youre a nuisances. Sherry didnt make as feel that way at all.

The store was too unorganized for me. I felt as if I was in a giant maze frantically trying to find my way out. I couldnt find what I was looking for and there were no employees on the floor to help. I saw one cashier and that line was too long to ask her anything!

I went to buy 2 sets of mattress Queen Size which was two box springs and 2 pillow top mattresses. Had a great experience with them and the mattresses lets me rest so much better than my old set. I would recommend anyone to go to Big Lots to get your mattresses. They are both made by Sealy posturepedic. I bought the more expensive set bc you get what you pay for and these 2 sets will last for yrs now.

We went to purchase only to find out the item was out of stock. Nonetheless, Big Lots was still advertising this item for sell.

I was there with a friend to buy a mattress and box spring the young lady that waited on us was absolutely the best sales person I have met in a long time.She had a mask on and she was hot and tired but still So plesent I wish more people serving the public where as present as her.

Dont go to Big Lots

I ran in after work to pick up organizers. I didnt find what I was looking for but pucked up a few grocery/beauty items instead. They had BioFreeze roll-on $3 cheaper than the drug store. And I discovered a tasty new treat - chocolate coated tiramisu bars. Associates began announcing the store was closing soon at the 30 minutes til mark. I found that annoying as it made me feel rushed when it wasnt necessary.

So much cool stuff at good prices. Love the furniture section and seasonal area

I just left there, they had a 20& off the entire store if you had the rewards card which I do. The total amount with 20& off was just over 33.00. Also the customer service was excellent.

I love Big Lots in Greenwood. I find so many things, that I really want from there...that I cannot find in other stores. So happy we have one in Greenwood.!
