This place is a joke, it looks like a ghost town. Have hardly any cold drinks, staff come to work looking like they got dressed in a rush. Over priced stuff when they have it and the bathrooms are nasty. They probably only make money by having semi trucks towed since they do not offer paid over night parking. I wouldnt be shocked if this placed was boycotted for them to learn a thing or two about customer. Before this company took over it was a pretty decent place now its a joke.

Why can we not give a 0? Pumps out of service, the pump I went to had no receipt paper, no hot coffee at 740am, no cold brew, 8 roller items looking bad, Subway closed, 2 cashiers ignoring the folks in the food and drink area but could go outside. Abysmal service, train wreck of a cafe area and sub standard fuel offerings. Never will go there again. Thank goodness a Speedway is going in on that corner.

I arrived here at 6:45 and Subway said they were closed. The gas station side had no pizza and no hot dogs. No hot food whatsoever. I know this is a huge truck stop and truckers are hungry around 6:45 should be hot food available like all other truck stops have. ridiculous no food. I asked the lady if she was cooking any pizzas and she said no.

No hot food subway closed on weekends roller food looks like it’s been there all day. Come on road ranger!!!!! And this is why I avoid road rangers and never fuel here as well!

This store has a major problem with not keeping store items stocked & cant keep staff to run the subway inside very sad & inconvenient. I know because I pay attention .

Restrooms could be cleaner,(are always damp)Store has a lot of shelving and too compact.Fuel and Def prices are highest around the area.You could get towed if you park and go to a hotel nearby(stay in your truck while parked here)

Why don’t you guys stop the BS!? It’s legal to park overnight without having to fear it being towed & you need to have some pride in your work ethic & clean those bathrooms & showers way better. How hard can it be?

This Truck stop is the the worst place, they don’t have repairing Shop my truck viper blades stopped working, i drop my trailer in a non reserve parking and I took my truck to Love Truck stop which is 4 miles away, until they fixed, it took 3 hrs, when I get back I couldn’t find my trailer, I walked in and asked them about, they show a very small sign that was saying no trailer drop, I was drop my trailer 9am when I was back it was 12pm only 3hrs, and they have towed my trailer to very dirty place and it cast $900, so dear truck drivers be inform, if you not have to stop in this truck stop, don’t stop in this truck stop they don’t have good service, even the fuel price is higher than other truck stops around, not recommended at all.

Got fuel previous night, went to get receipt and got their point card after fueling basically. So if you don’t swipe point card when fueling you don’t get points right away, I understand that, but when I show up in the morning with my fuel receipt and ask them to give me a shower, they told me 12$. It’s not our problem you didn’t have our points card before fueling. Very nice, very helpful. Never again I will comeback to road ranger.

Its a nice place people are friendly and it was clean. Over all a good place.

The bathroom facilities are some of the worst Ive experienced. You can tell they rarely clean it. Pubic hairs on the changing station with bits of wood and spider webs? How do pubic hairs get on the changing station and how do you let spiders make webs everywhere? Gross.

Im overly pleasent person. Very very Unfriendly Staff I was asking questions like how much a shower was.. it was a inconvience stoping their conversation behind the side counter... Ill sleep dirty its cool ... And Ill sleep on the side of the road or on a exit before I pull in here again

They claim that the warehouse where you soda and reat of the beverages come from was hit by a storm....this was over 3 weeks ago. Subway closed. I think they are not paying g their vendors. The beverage cooler is 95% empty

I was commuting to a job site with a coworker and left my car here for a few hours. I parked in a section of the parking lot that did not indicate it was subject to towing, but it was towed anyway. When I asked the clerk about the lack of signs and notification she was very rude.

Stopped here for a nap before a local delivery around the corner, subway was good but their cookie prices seemed higher than most places. Friendly cashiers, clean bathrooms.

Gas station/ Truck Stop / Subway... I went for the purpose of eating subway and it is the best subway I have eaten at in a very long time. Very clean place and great food!!! Say Hi to Kellie shes a great employee and makes amazing sandwiches/ food.

Fuel was $0.50 cheaper, per gallon, down the road 20 miles.

Theyre having semis towed on christmas day, while drivers are taking a few hours with their families. this is beyond ridiculous. Drivers are going to have to deal with this instead of going back to work. Lost my business.

This Road Ranger in Greenwood Indiana is a dirty nasty place the staff are rude trucks parked everywhere. Someone need to call in on them and get better people in there. I wish I could give no stars because that how bad this place is.

Clean restrooms and nice staff. Had a great selection of cold drinks and hot food. Also the fact that its the only gas station on 64 for at least 60 miles makes this place even better!

Left a semi here for 2.5 hours. It was towed in that timeframe. Said they go out and tell the guy to drop it as we were 10 mins away. They didnt. Showed up to follow a wrecker. NEVER GO TO A ROAD RANGER!!

What a shame. Stay away truckers. These guys were towing away trucks on Christmas. Dirty practices. Although the parking was not nearly full. Plenty of space. I guess few truckers went home for Christmas for few hours or a day. Or maybe they went to have dinner with family or friends near by and coming back. But nope. Road rangers wanna tow their trucks. Ill never give them any business anymore. And you shouldnt either. Clerk walks to parking. Check to see which truck drivers aren’t in their truck then tell the tow truck which one to pull. Disgusting.

Great place to stop for gas or a cold beverage they also have hot food.Was clean and employees were nice & friendly.Store was clean with many different things you may be looking for.They also get you in and out quickly

Handy truck stop just off the express way. Easy on easy off. Long term trailer storage just off the parking lot. Mid sized lot for truck parking which is free. CAT scale on site. Has a reasonable variety of food and drinks. Subway sub shop on site. Clean restrooms and showers available. Has gas pumps as well as diesel and DEF.

I came in for some breakfast and the place was very clean and stocked extremely well. Once I got to the register the woman was very friendly and thanked me for shopping there. You dont always hear that all the time

Road Ranger is a truck stop cars are also welcome here it is a good place if you have a flat tire to pull over and call AAA least you can use the bathroom get something to drink something to eat

Its fairly clean, but they dont keep hot food out very late. Parking doesnt have lines painted.

Womans rest room was clean enough. Baby change station present. Several coffee choices enen late at night.

04/10/17 @11am. Dirty bathrooms, coffee out was leaking all over and lady behind the register could of gave two $hits if it went all over the floor. Or said hello, thank you, might as well said FU. Coffee filled up tray leaking and leaking on countertop, inside cabinet and then onto the floor. Dude she called to clean it up was about just as bad. He just mopped the one said without looking on the other side to clean up the bigger side of the mess (he never even bothered to look in the cabinet). I didnt think he heard me so I said there was even a bigger mess on the other side of the counter and was a bigger a$$. All he had to do is acknowledge that i said something to him. Nope, he said i heard you the first time. What a dick!Last time I stop there.Owner operator.

Dont understand this place! Sign on the door says you can get a 2 hour pass for a dropped trailer from the fuel desk. Just needed to go into town where I cant fit a wagon for an hour round trip. They threatened to tow my trailer if I left it despite their sign. Lost my business completely! Nasty and rude! I will not be back!

Of all the truck stops that I’ve visited over my many years of travel I think that Road Ranger is probably by far one of my favorite and I would stop here over any other!!! Visit one today!!!

They dont even have a sink in the coffee section where u could wash ur refill cup. I had to wash my coffee cup in the toilet sink. They seem to think that, since we r truckers, we have no right to basic hygiene.I wish I could give zero stars.

I refuse to give this palce my business. Theyre laxed attitude towards maintaining the US POW flags is enough for me to give my business else where. People gave their lives ans have sacrificed for this country. Have the decency to maintain and properly dipose of the tattered flags. As a child of a veteran this really infuriates me and will be dealt with.

Just stopped in for restroom. I did not purchase fuel, however, the Road Ranger will break off from Pilot Corp. Road will have more freedom.

Worst subway in road ranger, I ordered a tuna salad salad and my wife ordered a 6inch Italian meal. They were very skimpy with putting veggies on my salad, sad since I paid almost $10 for a lousy salad. It was close to $20 for both. We could have eaten at Golden Corral for that price with seconds and desert.

All the truck parking spaces were taken by local drivers who park there and drive home in their cars. Basically its just a fuel and scale stop no parking available.

I am stuck here for 20+ hours. I asked if I could leave my trailer in my spot and bobtail over to the movies. I was told if I leave, my trailer might not be here when I get back. I asked, for a two hour movie two miles away? She said, yes...

When in for a shower and they did not want to accept my rewards points for a shower. They wanted me to pay for the shower instead. Rude lady up in the front with a nasty attitude. Giving dirty looks and treating me like crap. Than she called another guy that did not even want to check my points...They treated everyother person that went in perfectly fine but not me. Whyy. Because im hispanic. Looked liked like they didnt like me because of that. When i exit the door, I could hear them talking. Never been treated so bad in a truck stop till i got here!. Never again will i stop here!!!

Price gauging. Go to Meijer at the next exit. Diesel for pickups is $.37 cheaper per gallon.

The subway wont take your rewards card and when you buy coffee it shows you bought regular food so it doesnt count towards your free, I dont really mind but its pitty when owners try to save a penny by not honoring the rewards program, on top of that its not like other pilots where people are friendly, as a road driver this is a place I wont be visiting again.

Old, tired, dinky parking area, and ugh yet another Subway. Showers are colder than a well diggers ass, and the staff are disinterested at best.

The personal was about as warm and friendly as a Hairless Cat ready to scratch your Eyes out, just for being in their store!
