Very rude blonde lady manager was very rude to a lady that just pulled her truck and trailer into the pumps to run inside. Was very vocal and yelling at the lady coming into the store. Very unprofessional and very unlike the getgo that i know. Despite being yelled at the woman was just trying to buy a pop and the manager wouldnt sell to her. I will not be going back unless this woman is no longer there. She is not doing a service to the company she is supposed to be representing. I do not even believe this deserves even one star, if I could I would give no stars.

I started coming here over 2 years ago it was great. Management changed and it went down hill fast. Out of cups and lids every other week. Cashiers are rude and have massive attitudes. Some are more involved with conversations with other Co workers than paying attention to the customers.

I am an employee of Rickers. This is one of the best jobs Ive had. Store is clean and neat, employees always have a smile on their faces, merchandise is organized and orderly. Bathrooms are pristine. Wait time is reasonable. Highly recommended gas station for people to try.

First time visiting was good inside with friendly cashier helping to get rewards card. But using the card at the pump is slower than pouring molasses. You save a few cents but for the time it takes to process your transaction not worth all the hassle. Especially when you are freezing your butt off.

The biggest cop hang out area be careful. Other than that great place super clean but no reason to have 4 or 5 cops out front every night

I love this place! Over the past two years Ive made great friends with all of the workers. They know my name and all the crazy stories about my family and they remember them. Thats what I call customer service!

Since GetGo has taken over it has been a horrible experience. By the way when they scan your digital coupon they dont reduce the price. They just sorry, we switched to new system and I dont know how to use it. My coupon was gone, one time use.This place has become fraudulent.All a scam here.

Generally I am very happy with Rickers but today I needed to air up my tire. Their machine seems to be functioning but when you insert your coins and it starts running... it is missing the screen to show you what the pressure is, the air nozzle blows air out the side where another gage should be, and the level to put air in is missing. None of these things were immediately visible until inserting money.

Management / Obviously hire only kind and great customer service-oriented staff. They are always so helpful, professional, fun and courteous.

Their kitchen never has anyone back there to make your order. Dont be fooled into thinking its a reliable place for a quick breakfast.

Staff is always friendly helpful and polite. It is always clean there. Donuts are also good.

Best Fountain drinks in Greenwood... But if you have no drivers license do not go there cuz the police loves that place because they get free drinks and coffee!

The service is horrible here. The cashiers are rude and would rather talk to eachother about their drama then helps customers. One cashier she had glasses and brown hair i believe her name tag said haley sat there for atleast 10mins flirting with the customer infront of me after ringing him out instead of helping all of us behind him then after he left was just straight rude Towards everyone else as if we were an inconvenience. Now anytime i walk in and see certain cashiers especially this girl i just walk out and go somewhere else. This store needs better employees!!

Super ghetto. Pumps constantly broken. Outdated technology. You have to punch the screens to enter information. The roof over the pumps leaks water on you when you try to fill up. Hard to justify after 2 weeks without rain. Yummy! This area is under development and nicer, brand new options are everywhere. Doesnt help that its across the street from a run-down trailer park full of filth. Both of these places should be demolished. I get gas there all the time. I use a gas credit card. No need to pay before pump lol . I have been in there several times to get a drink. Cashiers are slow and there always a line forming (5-7 people waiting) some cashiers seem to hate working there. They dont smile lol.

Gas pumps that fail to print receipts- reported it over and over and over but MGT and CORP doesnt seem to care about good customer service either. They wont even return a phone call. Excuse after excuse but it never changes. DONE!!! I guess Ill go back to SHELL, Speedway, or Thorntons....
