Walgreens and CVS are basically across the street from each other and if you pay attention CVS looks like a airport people flying in and out look across the street at Walgreens all you see is basically employee cars with no activity used to wonder why Now I know why…On my third visit to the Walgreens third attempt to get my second vaccine shot when I arrived I told the girl I applied online for an appointment and she replied we don’t use that site it’s all messed up Then she took some info from me told me to have a seat people came and went I got upset when I heard a lady after me say she came to get her second vaccine shot and they took care of her.. very nicely I confronted the girl about this lady and she blatantly lied and told me she was here for another kind of shot Wow I left went to Myers in Greenwood was in and out in 15 minutes so you decide

The best Pharmacy tech is April. She is understanding and patient

I have been waiting for over an hour to receive my second COVID-19 vaccination.. I filled out my paperwork before several people and ended up being the last person to receive my vaccination.. staff were not very helpful not did anyone seem to be in any kind of rush. Very disappointed. Glad the vaccine is mandatory for my workplace, because I would have already left if not.

The pharmacist was very rude! Your hours state 9-9. I arrived at 8:55pm. Apparently he was ready to go and didn’t appreciate that I had a savings card. I asked about the price of medication and then stated I had a savings card. (*side note... last time I filled prescriptions a couple months ago it was supposed to be on my account) . He rolled his eyes and with an attitude said “we are closing in 1 minute“. I asked him if he wanted to see it on my phone. He said “ I don’t want to touch that”! O.K. but he had no problem touching my ID and my credit card. Interesting! I gave him the numbers..not sure he entered correctly because he said it was expired. However, on the card I attempted to show him it states it does not expire until 2024.Very poor customer service and he cost me more money than I should have had to pay!DO BETTER!!!!!

Today I visited the pharmacy to get my flu shot. I was feeling lucky as there was no one in line or waiting. I ask the tech, “may I get a flu shot?” I was told, “Oh um, Im sorry we go to lunch @ 1:30pm so I wouldn’t have enough time to do it”! Glancing over at the clock which reads 1:14pm, I give him a confused look and he says, “The paperwork takes over 15min to process and that wont be enough time, but I can start the paperwork and you can come back after 2pm to get the shot!” I replied, “No, Im not willing to do that” and I left. I went across the street to CVS, I answered 6 questions, signed a paper, rec’d my shot and was on my way out the door in 7min flat. AND! They had customers, which Walgreens did not. I appreciate the fact that Walgreens gives their employees a much needed break for lunch, however I do not appreciate being turned away because it was 16min before their scheduled break was to start. This used to be my preferred pharmacy.

This drug store has the nicest and most helpful staff! It is so refreshing to get great customer service!

Pharmacy is completely incompetent. In full disclosure, it might not be the pharmacists fault, but something needs to be done. When my doctor calls in a script and leaves a voicemail, the paharmacy always says, ‘we don’t have anything on voice mail.’ Maybe IT needs to figure out what is wrong with your system, because it does not work. It’s pathetic. We are not using Walgreens anymore as the incompetence and constant changing of pharmacy’s is an utter pain. No more calling in scripts to this joke of a pharmacy. CVS is right across the street and I’ll go there.

Love this store! It always has what I need and the staff are truly customer friendly!
