Not very helpful or welcoming staff when we walked in. My wife struggles to find shoes in her size and they just flat out said we dont have that for the ones she was interested in. No let me check stock or other stores. She is desperate for a new set of shoes but we wont spend our money here.

Im so glhapoy that I went to this store instead of buying running shoes online! They have you do a quick running test so that they can recommend what shoes you need. The sales guy was super helpful and knowledgeable! I will be returning in the future!

Jackrabbit has a lot of shoes, I personally like that they carry Oofos shoes. They are the best footwear if you have any type of foot pain. Oofos has shoes, clogs and sandals but the clogs are the most comfortable. Try them out and lose the foot pain!

Chain store. Clean. Staff was busy, but acknowledged new customers coming in. However, if youre a big and tall shopper youre snubbed. Or the item is never in stock as a wide. The website might need updating, as it stated an item was in store but as always the Standard line, It might be online but we dont carry that size in store.

NEVER shop at jackrabbit ONLINE !! They will NOT let you return any purchased items. It CLAIMS there is a return slip online you fill out to send the item back. No said slip exists, I have looked everywhere. Also I have tried calling multiple times for long periods of time, with NO answer to my calls. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They may be great if you want running shoes, not so helpful if you want a work shoe, but the salesperson wouldnt answer my questions directly about the style and brand I wanted information on. Just kept steering me to a different style

The staff here is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to help fit me in shoes that dont give me blisters for the first time in years. Ive been to four other running stores that have been unable to do that, and was so impressed by their product and running knowledge!

Normally don’t share a review but had such good service that I felt obligated. I returned the original shoes I bought and was quickly fitted for a new pair. I felt like they took note of what I requested and picked the right shoe and insole.

Was happy I did! I received great, personalized service. Same as my wife, who was fitted for her first pair of real shoes.Shoes were average price for quality shoes. They had an entire table of clearance shoes!Super impressed!

Great place for serious runners

Im a trucker from Mississippi and I wanted to try a shoe other than new balance or nike. I called and asked about the brooks levitate 2. They had my size in stock. The shoe feels great. I received excellent service and the staff was nice and friendly.

Went here and was looking for some really good tennis shoes after experiencing a broken toe some years ago. They had me on a treadmill to do a video of my natural gate to determine what type of millimeter offset I would need. I ended up with a pair of Power Grid shoes and they have the comfiest, cushioned insoles. They are pricey shoes but they are made to fit my gate. This is the first pair of shoes that I have purchased and are made to not let my feet roll inward when walking.

Great friendly staff! I am training for my first race and they took the time to properly fit me for a new pair of shoes I needed for the race. Love the shoes and will definitely be coming back.

Love this place! Very knowledgeable staff. I needed a pair of running shoes that didnt make me hurt, so they watched me run on their treadmill and did a video gait analysis. Love having actual runners to ask about things and know what theyre talking about!

They definitely have a large selection of running shoes and lots to choose from, but the staff made the experience terrible. I was not happy when I was working with a staff member and he was texting on his phone the entire time. He would constantly walk away. I was the only customer in the store at the time.

When you want something soccer and it doesnt matter what team you have your allegiance to this is the place. And if he doesnt have it then you should ask because on more than one occasion hes called the warehouse for us to have something brought over.

Horrible experience only gave one star because you cant give zero. We went into the blue mile to buy running shoes and we were not greeted by anyone. The three workers were with someone, but the person that came in after us got helped and we still werent being acknowledged 20min later and I decided to try on some of the sale shoes and still nothing. One of the employees finished up with his customers and went over to help the other person that was being helped by someone else. Never going back there again or buying anything from them again.
