I always love Hot Topic. I loove everything about it. #HotTopicRocks

The bald male manager is extremely condescending and rude. He has been for a long time. He talks down to customers for no reason. Everyone else has great customer service. He just never has. I will not be going back.

Always have fun styles in stock and the staff is always friendly and willing to help as you walk in the store. If Im not able to find something in store I can always find on there website and there sizes are perfect while ordering online. I always get what I order without and complications.

Going downhill fast. A couple of months ago I gave this store 5 stars. most of the staff is rude and unprofessional.

The clerk at the front let in a woman whom didnt wear any face protection, even though they have a huge sign out front and free masks for customers. I dont feel safe shopping here if they are going to employ careless workers.

Other than being pricey they have lots of fun stuff.

Definitely a place for the young and those young at heart. Good selection but popular items often sell out quickly. Moderate prices so be sure to take advantage of sales and discounts offered at checkout towards future purchases. The day I went the staff was friendly and the service was excellent. However, I strongly suspect the individual who offered the attentive service was aided by a substance.

The employees are SUPER helpful and knowledgeable. Even the manager was stepping in wherever she could to lend a hand.Though they didnt have the things I was wanting, they were able to help me order it all online, and were really nice about explaining the whole process. I will definitely be driving 30 minutes to this location again.Store layout was nice as well and really well kept together when most look like tornadoes went through them.

If u a horror fan or a Fandom, Hot Topic is a great place to cool horror themes items and have other Fandom items as well at a great reasonable prices also the have everyday deals of half off prices as well..so check it out! I bought funko Pops Here...they have quite a selection!

They had a nice selection of clothes, we were browsing and this lady with pink hair that worked their was following me and my kids around acting like we were gonna steal stuff, she even rushed us out of the store. I like the selection of products but, the employees were rude.

I second it all! The staff is very nice! The main man is constantly checking up on people, asking questions and interacting. I enjoy how they make it a point to remember you if you frequent their store. I do wish their shop was bigger but it definitely has a homey feel to it! We all gotta love our Indiana Greenwood Hot Topic!

Everyone is so nice. I had a wonderful chat with a person named Max, I believe. I was by myself waiting for someone to get done shopping and they walked up and asked me if I needed help with anything and we got into a conversation from there they really helped to pass the time. And all the stuff was so neat. Hot Topic is amazing and the people are very helpful.

Dont get me wrong, I love Hot Topic. The reason for only 3 stars is because 1) their prices are extremely high on most merchandise, and 2) the store only caters to people who are size XL or below. They have a lot of cool stuff you cant find anywhere else, and they have a few clearance racks in the back. But they never have anything for plus-size people, and I think they are losing out on an entire demographic and their buying power...

Im a mom and theres not much here for me exactly, but my kids have loved this place for years. From t-shirts to hair dye (artic fox is AWESOME) and even when I go in there by myself everyone has been friendly and helpful to the obviously out of place mom. I kinda love Hot Topic

Hot Topic, it has everything a suicidal preteen could want!! Except parents who listen.

This was one of the few stores actually counting people in and out. So props for that.

Doesnt really have anything I like in my size or affordable for me. Sad I used to be a regular here. Everything I find I like is made really cheap and I feel it will fall apart too easy to spend what they are asking for the item.

The jewelry is so cheaply made, yet so overpriced. i needed a new barbell because mine was too long for my taste. the person who helped me was kind, but really wasnt knowledgeable about anything. i needed 14g but they were sold out, so i had to settle. i had to spend $18 on a new barbell for my medusa. i tighten it daily, but the ball just fell out again. it falls out several times per day. cant return it either because of their no return policy. this place has gone so downhill and im disappointed.

Employee greeted us when we first walked in, told us about the sales. The establishment was clean and organized. I loved the products they sell, will be coming back here again.

I go in here a lot. So I was lined up with my girlfriend this weekend. They’re very busy, and we’re doing some last minute Christmas shopping. We’re okay with the lines. This tall, bald headed grumble of a man walks up, BOOM right in my girls ear to move because the line starts at a different place. My girlfriend, mind you, has SEVERE anxiety and has PTSD. She was triggered into a panic attack immediately and ran to the bathroom. I put the stuff down and went after her.I understand she is an adult, but there is and isn’t a way to treat customers. You sir, demonstrated exactly how NOT to treat customers. This is not the first time this guy has been a complete a- hole.FIRE HIM.

I love this HotTopic! Its a great store, always clean and the staff is incredibly friendly. I would like to give a shout out to Dustin and Rey for all the hard work they put into the store!

The store was very clean and organized. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Prices were clearly marked. It was pretty spacious. The treated my service animal very well.

I like it here. They have a good selection of POPS and lots of geeky/nerdy items. Kendra and Hannah are both great and are always friendly.

Can this store get any better!!! Ok maybe if it was larger!!!! The staff is always amazing and they have something for everyone. From music lovers to anime to TV to Disney. As a mom its a great store for me and my kids. Just please get a bigger retail location I am on top of other people and you have so much to see.

I used to absolutely love this place. They have a lot of cool merchandise, from t shirts and jewelry to toys and buttons. The issue is that they do have kind of higher prices on things unless they are on sale (which to be honest, they do have a lot of sales,) and if you wear above an XL you probably wont find any clothes here. Most of what they have can be found elsewhere in the mall for similar if not cheaper prices. Between Spencers, FYE, and Thinkgeek, they really dont have much different to offer. And Spencers has just as many if not more shirts with a larger variety in sizes.

Always find the best stuff for myself and the kids here. The staff is funny and knowledgeable. Probably my favorite store as about 80% of my wardrobe was purchased here lol

Went in for some BTS stuff. Got it with little customer assistance. Staff was too busy talking about their personal life to help me with a shirt on a rack, so I grabbed the hook thingy and got it myself. Good thing I know My way around a hottopic (I used to work there).

Decent pizza. Great stix. Pretty good prices... Especially if you get the deal.

Friendly staff and decent sales. Good merchandise including Pops! Star Wars Marvel and more. Always a good place to stop in at the mall.

My wife and I are Funko Pop collectors. We especially enjoy visiting this store when Dustin is there. The man is constantly working the Pop wall and is very knowledgeable when it comes to whats there. He is also a good people person who will take the time to research what they have coming in and will tell you when to expect to see them. With other associates you get that deer in the headlights look when you ask about Funkos. So its refreshing to have one who researches his product.

My daughter loves this store. Staff is always helpful and actually nice.

Hot topic has pop culture novelties from anime all the way to 90s cartoons. A great place for a gift for the person who is impossible to buy gifts for.

I had gone in to get some Unicorn stuff for my daughter, she loves them and Japanese things. The sales woman named chalesey was a train wreck. She answered her phone from her purse will I was asking about a unicorn necklace. Yelled in her phone and took a break, while I am standing there with this item still in hand. I put it down and went to Claire’s. Much better service and prices for my wonderful daughters bday

I used to love hot topic. Recently though they started selling LITERAL satanic cult clothing. If you have anyone under 16 with you, I dont recomend it anymore. Just go online and be careful what your kids buy. Comming from a 19 year old who plasters herself in black, this should say something.

Never have my size, priced much higher than online retailers. The high prices also negativity affect the value of all the cheap, easy to break jewelery Also the discount system of printed coupons is outdated. Use a card or app for crying out loud. Its 2019. Not to forget, the size of most your stores is uncomfortable making me want to leave as soon as I walk in.

Prices are a bit high. Sales are good. Selection is good.

This is a must stop place of youre visiting greenwood mall. If youre into anything from metal to anime to videogames to K Pop, they have stuff for you here. Always have sales going on and hot cash is a plus.

Decent selection, but the cashier was incredibly pushy with collecting personal information after being told no several times, even asking for a telephone number for promotions on a paper list, for anyone to see. This was not the first time this has happened at this store. Before checking out, she held her hand waiting for a child to return a novelty ball, and asked her to return it and not to play with it. After seeing this I handed her the merchandise I was going to buy. The whole point of novelty is to interact. Poor customer service and I will refuse to support this specific store.Very disappointed.

Downhill plummet from what they used to offer, they dont even know anymore, but if you want a Pop figurine, they have you covered.

Horrible customer service! One girl asked if I needed help to get something out of the jewelry case. I said yes and I thought she was getting the keys, but went on her lunch break instead and didnt say anything to me. The other girl wouldnt wait a moment for me to find what I wanted before locking the case and walking away.
