Extremely unprofessional and incompetent. Definitely would not recommend!!!! District manager, Billy, is no better!!
Expensive store. Your employee was talking to another person and made us take care of ourselves then wait again to check out. Also, they were laughing and talking loudly with customers besides us in the store. Wouldnt go back again.
I went in last week browsing for back to school shoes for my son. He was interested in a particular pair of Jordan’s and asked the associate Sholunda or Shalanda if they had them .She said what are you even talking about and he asked again and she said we don’t keep old shoes like that. She shows him another pair and he says I really would like blue and she said these are blue and shoes him a blue stripe on the other side and says they won’t be here next week I can promise you that. I can not stand this Foot Locker and she is the reason why she is rude and hateful every time and acts as if she is doing us a favor. I don’t think working with the public is for her and she may need to try somewhere else. I will go to a Foot Locker out of town before I buy from her.If she is so unhappy in her job that she is rude to people she needs to go elsewhere.
Over priced and slow business. Managment could be better. Ive only been once to this store in the 3 years Ive lived here and I prolly wont be going back.
The service was extremely poor.I would give details but it would be best to say purchase your shoes online at hibbetts,or jimmy jazz.The manager working there was unprofessional, unapologetic,lacked people and customer service skills.The manager had a gentleman sitting with her chatting as she ignored the customers entering the store the whole time.She talked down to her assistant in plain sight of the customers.She even in a very nasty tone told the customer to wait until she got off the phone while her assistant was just standing there.She then stated that she could be the only one to complete the transaction and even though I had been there for 45 minutes. Her attitude was horrible. Her customer service tone, body language, and demeanor was worse. I will never shop at footlocker in Greenwood again.I used to be a footlocker customer for years in Greenwood and NYC...but since that experience last week in that store,I will never ever do business with them again.Footlocker of Greenwood needs a better staff or an apology to ever earn my business again.
