Jason is a complusive liar. we were sold a bad car took it back up there and they keep it and then they took the auxilary battery out the car and put in another one. Ms.Mary knew thats what they have done. my vehicle doesnt work nor operate. Need to be shut down
This experience has been a NIGHTMARE!!! I have been getting harassing phone calls from American Credit Acceptance the company that Neal Auto sold my account to. I’m being told that I owe for a payment from November that I paid in November. It was due November 15th. I made the payment on November 14th. Myself and American Credit Acceptance has been tryna get this issue resolved with Neal Auto since November with no success. I have spoken to just about everyone who works there. Sam, Tracee, Buddy, and Paul. I shouldn’t have to jump through all these hoops for something that was paid to you guys. I understand if my payment was LATE but I’ve made every single payment and they failed to transfer the payment to the company not me. I have been given the run around every time I call or come by. This is so unacceptable. I’m starting to get bills in the mail that I don’t even owe. .
I over all like my vehicle and havent had any problems. Only thing I do not like is the guy Mr Buddy is very rude and disrespectful and not to mention very inconsiderate. Yes I know i got behind because of covid but when I received my first check I called and made a payment and that following Monday I made another payment. He asked when can I pay the reminding balance I told him Monday if not Monday it will be on my next payday which was a few days away. I also was waiting on child support he tell me I didnt use child support to get the car. What difference does it make what I used. Am at a point where I really dont wanna deal with them. He will make them loose a lot of business with his rudeness.
I was sold a bad car and waited 3 weeks after purchase to get it. The people are rude and only care to sale their vehicles, whatever happens after that was on me. Car note is extremely high, almost $400 for an 2007 Nissan Murano. I would not recommend to anybody. And Mr. Buddy is lazy and very disrespectful. One month I made a split payment to the company and other half to Neal’s and somehow my car note was behind when I had the receipt and dates on when I paid. Just very very very poor service. Do not get your vehicle from here. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
