I had the best experience at Voila! I went in completely unsure of what I wanted and the stylist helped me pick what worked best for my body and wedding. The private appointment helped me to feel special and not like I was getting lost among other brides. Unfortunately, I wasnt able to decide on a dress at the end of my appointment. However, they opened up the store for me after hours to try on my top four dresses. Talk about customer service!!

I came with my sister to begin looking for wedding dresses. The employees were very dry and did not bother to greet her. They were not very attentive and it was like they were not there. There is not much dress selection and overall do not recommend.

I found the dress of my dreams here! It was a beautiful Stella York and it was absolute perfection! The lace detailing was exactly what I wanted! the staff here are amazing and I loved the feel of coming to a smaller boutique rather than a larger distributor. I had several women helping me at once and I greatly valued their opinions and their suggestions. They made my family feel comfortable and at home. It was such a positive experience! I highly recommend you give them a try!

My mom and I went to go look at bridal dresses. We got the standard, “What can I help you with?” I told them I was looking for a wedding dress. I was promptly told I would need to make an appointment. Well my mom and I began to browse through the very limited assortment of dresses. Not once did an employee ask us any questions and basically acted like we did not exist even though we were the only ones in the store.

My family and I had a wonderful time finding my bridal gown and dresses for my mom and the whole bridal party. Voila is a cute bridal boutique hosted by the sweetest gals in Greenwood.

I went in to look at dresses never once did a staff member say hello and I stood there forever and was not waited on. I will not go there again.
