I had such a great experience finding my dress here! From the moment I walked in, all the staff was so welcoming and personable. They made me feel so comfortable right away. My stylist, Heather, was amazing! She was very knowledgeable about all the gowns and really understood what I wanted. She helped blend the qualities I liked in a dress with what would look good on my body type. This is ultimately what helped me find my perfect dress and what really made Heather stand out above and beyond any other stylist I had worked with. I had already tried on dresses at 3 other places before my appointment here and my experience at Bridal Rack stood above them all! My experience at Bridal Rack Indy was phenomenal! I felt listened to and advocated for. I had an experienced consultant who picked gowns that would be most fitting to what I was wanting, to what would flatter my figure, and to be within my budget. She was very personable and thoughtful. I left with the second gown I tried on, which she had picked for me, thrilled with my experience and purchase!

This place is a hidden gem! The staff here was so kind and knew exactly the style I was looking for. I wanted to buy every dress they pulled for me, but ultimately ended up finding “the one”! I truly didn’t expect to feel so emotional about finding a wedding dress, but the dress they pulled for me was everything and more. This store blew my mind with the options of dresses, the prices for those dresses, and the amazing staff. I have looked at around 8 different bridal store with good and nice dresses all around for 1-2k that I would allow myself to settle on, however I was speechless when I found a drop dead gorgeous dress unexpectedly here for the same price and better than what I was looking at previously. Heather and her staff are incredibly intelligent, nice, fun, and easy to talk to. Definitely made my crew and I feel very open and welcomed, and loved our time here more than any other bridal store. Best bridal store in Indiana, for sure.

The Bridal Rack was actually the first place I looked for my wedding dress. I was determined to find the perfect dress quickly! I was welcomed by the beautiful staff members who made me feel like this was a exciting experience and it was! Heather was wonderful, her upbeat, positive attitude made me feel at ease when choosing a dress. Her experience in everything about weddings had me asking her about more than just my dress. I felt as if I made a friend, and she was honest and willing to listen to any of my requests/suggestions without any doubt. She fulfilled my dreams and found my dress and I only tried on a few! I went in never having tried on wedding dresses before, and not having any anticipation of purchasing a dress on this day.I told my stylist Heather my hopes and dreams of a dress, as well as my budget. She was so conscious of all those things! I saw a certain dress hanging, & i fell in love with it.. of course it was much more than I wanted to spend, & she even warned me, but I had to try it.Of course it ended up being THE ONE. But she did everything in her power to help make it more affordable for me. She was sweet, knowledgeable, patient and gave me all the info I could need.I had an awesome experience here today, and I would highly recommend Heather!!

The Bridal Rack is definitely worth checking out. The whole team was very welcoming to myself and my family. I knew what I was wanting and what I was not. They pulled some options for me, but also let me look around to see if anything else stood out to me. Heather literally pulled the perfect dress for me. It was like she already knew what I was wanting and what would look good on me from our conversation. She stayed in my budget and didn’t give me any kind of false hope on any dress outside of my budget. I loved how easy going she was and didn’t pressure me into saying yes to the dress. She genuinely cared about my opinion.

As soon as I walked into Bridal Rack the ladies were super supportive and took their time to sit with me and learn about what I like and who I am. I’m going to be 7 months pregnant by my wedding day and they were comforting to all my concerns. I have only 4 months until the wedding and unlike other places who had slim to no options in that time frame, I was able to go to them and a wedding dress was successfully checked off the list. It was the most beautiful dress I had seen too. Thank you bridal rack :)

The whole experience here was AMAZING from the second we walked in the door. I had been to two other bridal shops and the first one was good and the second was absolutely horrible and then we went to Bridal Rack and it was just truly an amazing experience all around. Julie was phenomenal and was the absolute sweetest to work with! She went above and beyond the whole time and was very uplifting. She has such an infectious personality. They had beautiful dresses and another thing I loved is they had dresses big enough to try on whatever you wanted. The other stores I tried, I had an extremely limited amount of options because I do have large breast and I’m a little thicker so it was so nice to go somewhere that you could actually try on a wide variety of things and they would clip them to fit you. The rest of the ladies were also fantastic! I’m so thankful I found the dress at Bridal Rack! I could go on and on about how awesome they were. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to any bride searching for their perfect dress!

Where do I even begin. First off, being a bigger gal, its harder to find clothes period. This place was awesome in carrying dresses in my size. The staff was absolutely amazing, giving me the absolute experience without having an actual appointment. Julie, was my consultant and was such a blessing and wonderful to work with. I found this bridal store by chance and I am so glad I did! Heather and her staff are absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in the door they treat you like you are the most important person in the world. They help you through the entire process. I wasn’t sure what I wanted and they helped me find the PERFECT dress. My initial feeling when I walked in about myself was 0 body confidence and when I walked out they made me feel like a wedding dress model. I was really impressed with the service I received the day that I went looking for my dress. The staff was so friendly and that’s one reason I went back and bought my dress there. Fast forward to picking up my dress...I put my dress on and it was so big that it didn’t touch a single part of my body. I asked why they ordered the dress that big and the girl told me that I must have lost weight and that she was sure that’s why it was so big! I have lost 10 Total pounds since I bought my dress March of 2020. She also said don’t worry about it...alterations will fix it. This is my second marriage so I knew that they always go up a size when they order your dress and all dresses have to be altered. I was very concerned as this dress again did not touch my body and would fall straight to the ground when I put it on if I wasn’t holding it. Now fast forward to alterations...the alteration company looked at the dress on me and said is there any way your dress shop can order you a new dress?!?!? They also offered to give me a written statement sharing that my dress would have to be altered in a way that the dress would not be the same dress that I bought. When I called the Bridal Rack, they shared with me that I shouldn’t have taken it to that alterations place and I should have taken it to their recommended place. They never recommended or referred me to anyone. They also told me to go get the dress and take it to their recommended place because they are better. They bashed a company that was fixing their problem. How unprofessional?!?! What they failed to realize is that no matter where I take the dress multiple inches had to be taken off the waist, sides, and the zipper along with the enter lower half of the dress was going to need to be recreated! The Bridal Rack offered no solution or remorse. After 4 dress fitting appointments, my dress had to have over 15 inches taken off of the waist, the arm holes completely recreated, the zipper and back of the dress had to be recreated, along with lace and tulle removed from the back so that the back of the dress wouldn’t look funny. It seems like Bridal Rack only cares about the sale and the rest is your problem. I would not recommend them to anyone at this point. I have never wrote a bad review on any company but I don’t want brides to deal with what I did. The whole wedding process is stressful enough without the headache of recreating a dress.

The team at Bridal Rack Indy were so kind and fun! I felt immediately at ease in explaining what I wanted in my wedding dress. Heather pulled options after looking at my Pinterest page and listening to my likes and dislikes. I had the traditional bridal moment in the store and walked away with my wedding dress! I cant say enough of how nice everyone is and how comfortable I felt trying on dresses.

Bridal Rack Indy is absolutely incredible. I did not expect such a lovely experience. They only pull dresses in your price range and style. They arent pushy and they do not let you try on a dress that is not in your budget . The stylist know exactly what they are doing and make finding the dress such an amazing experience.

Bridal Rack is a hidden gem in Indianapolis. I had a wonderful experience finding my dream dress there! The selection was great, and my stylist was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what dresses to show me. She answered all my questions and was completely transparent about pricing, delivery, and all the other details. The salon is pretty small and there are only a couple brides in there at once, so it’s great if you’re overwhelmed by a crowd. And everyone was super friendly!

I had the best time at Bridal Rack! I only had a few weeks to find my dress. They made sure I got the whole bridal experience and left with the perfect dress. I had an appointment on 7/9/2021 with Heather. I knew a few things I liked in dresses and a few things I didn’t; but other than that had no idea what I wanted. She (and the other ladies) were incredibly helpful! I told them my budget and they went to town pulling dresses they thought I might like. She was helpful in thinking about things I wouldn’t have otherwise thought of and made the process super easy and fun. Definitely recommend going there!

I could not recommend Bridal Rack enough! Heather was my consultant and she was so kind and wonderful! Both her and Julie said they thought of the same dress when I walked in and it ended up being the dress I fell in love with. All of the consultants at the shop know their dresses and have perfect customer service. My family was welcome to come in with me and we were not rushed at all. Heather was patient and reminded me to not just say yes to a dress but to really fall in love with my dress. 15/10 recommend Bridal Rack for a bride looking to buy a designer dress at knock off prices!! I wasn’t expecting to find my dress at Bridal Rack. This was the last place I came to look to be sure I checked ALL of my options. Heather was so welcoming and truly made this a DREAM experience! I had a very specific idea of what I wanted (50’s style, tea-length with a 3/4 sleeve) and I was excited that this store was the only place to actually OFFER tea-length! Everywhere else I had to “imagine” the dress shortened.ALSO, every other shop I went to had me in dresses either too large or TOO small and I couldn’t imagine how it would actually fit my body. Heather clipped me into EVERY dress so I could truly SEE how the dress would fit me! I found my dream dress and Heather was the perfect match to help ease me though this HUGE decision!

I had a HORRIBLE experience at Bridal Rack Indy; they charged me $150 for a second appointment!!!Bridal Rack was the very first place I booked to try on dresses the ladies there presented themselves as nice and attentive. While I tried on dresses, I noticed how I was being pushed to make a selection upon a dress, but I decided to ignore her pushy comments.Later, when I told the Bridal Rack lady that I was not going to buy a dress that day because I wanted to have my bridesmaids over, she started to say that I only had less than a week to choose otherwise the dress was not going to be ready (by then I had 11 months before my wedding day) so I thought it was a bit weird since she initially told me that usually ordered dresses take up to 8 months.She became super pushy and suggested that I should buy a dress that day and then bring my bridesmaids and surprised them with my selection… I said no thanks!!! I wanted my bridesmaids with me, I wanted a nice experience, I wanted them to be part of this. Also, I was unsure about the two dresses I had picked as favorites, each had something I liked and something I disliked. How could I possibly buy a dress that I don’t feel 100% with?when I insisted that I was not buying any dress that day, she said that I needed to pay $150 for the second appointment. I ended up paying... I had no clue how this process worked and I let them take advantage of my lack of knowledge about dress appointments. I deeply regret it!!After leaving that place, I started to get calls and text messages even twice a day about scheduling and later confirming my second appointment. I felt pushed to rash my bridesmaids proposals, just because I had to go to that appointment. - by the time I visited Bridal Rack for the 1st time (08/19/2021) I had just started my wedding planning process, only my mom and grandma knew of it; they live overseas and I wanted to have a memory of my mom and grandma helping me with my dress shopping before they were back home-The day of the second appointment came (09/11/2021), my bridesmaid and I got in and we were ignored, we had to wait 30 min because the ladies there were busy selling a dress. I thought I can’t believe paid $150 to be ignored!!when I was trying on the dresses the Bridal Rack lady was annoyed that I wasn’t making any choice right away, then she mentioned that if I didn’t buy anything that day I was going to lose the $150 because 30 days had past since my 1st appointment. After that comment, I knew I didn’t want to buy my dress at that store.I left and after reviewing the “expiration dates” I went back on 09/14/202 to honor my $150 with a vail or an accessory, but of course, noting cost about that much. I noticed how some items did not have a price tag and every time I asked for the price the lady was kind of making up the price to her convenience.The only thing I was able to purchase was two pairs of earrings (yes $150 for 2 zirconia earnings that can easily cost $20 each on Amazon) I had to sign a receipt in which I was agreeing with the cancelation of a PURCHASED dress, purchase that I NEVER made!!!!!!!How dishonest of them to fix their sales numbers creating sales when those haven’t even occurred. Worse place ever!!!

I have never left a review in my life. EVER. However, the ladies at Bridal Rack deserve all the recognition I can possibly give. I cannot say enough positive things. This was my first and only bridal appointment. Given the current climate of the world my fiancé and I decided to move up our wedding with a limited number of family and friends. I needed to find a dress as soon as possible but didn’t want to settle for something I didn’t completely love. They went above and beyond to accommodate me and make me feel entirely comfortable. I was their last appointment of the day and drove almost 2 hours in hopes I would find the one. They spent almost 3 hours with me and after shutting down many of their selections and realizing my vision wasn’t coming to fruition with my own I put my trust in them and opened up to other selections they made for me. I was shocked I fell in love with a dress I would have never picked and quite frankly didn’t want to try on. I thought the second I saw it on I would take it straight off however I didn’t want to part ways with it and after completing the look with a veil and bouquet I didn’t want to take it off. They were so patient and kind and made me feel so confident and beautiful. I couldn’t not recommend them enough. So disappointed with the experience and lack of professionalism. My daughter found her dream wedding dress there. They took measurements “made to order dress” that cost over $1700. We got it back in 2 months. It isn’t even close to her size. We were told by them at fitting that it’s made to fit the biggest part of your body so it will need minimal alterations if any. It doesn’t even fit the largest part of her body. It falls down! They tried to say I think you lost weight to justify the oversize! Nope 5 lbs won’t make it 2 sizes too big!! The whole dress has to be altered tremendously! Their solution of fixing this is giving recommendations of what needs altered! That’s it!! We did sign saying we acknowledge that alterations may be needed! We were not aware that it would be the whole dress since they did her measurements! Why take measurements if you don’t order her size!! Really!! So we take it because it’s already paid for and no refunds plus we were excited to get it back so quick. Then it sets in how much it will take to fix it. The alterations place was shocked that it was so big. She said wow the whole dress needs alterations to fit properly! Not just a little bit like 2 sizes EVERYWHERE! She felt so bad for how we were misled by Bridal Rack that she gave us a discount but still will cost over $400 to fix it!! I Will NEVER recommend Bridal Rack Indy ever

I went the The Bridal Rack and met with Heather after having a horrible experience at another bridal shop. She did a fantastic job of making me feel comfortable as well as not rushing me. They had a great selection of dresses for me to try on and in the end I went home with the perfect dress.

Karielle was absolutely amazing! So sweet and knowledgeable! She knew exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to make my experience fun and comfortable! I left with the first dress I tried on! I was shocked how easy and quickly the whole experience went. I can’t recommend The Bridal Rack highly enough! Ask for Karielle you won’t regret it!

The only bad thing about Bridal Rack Indy is that because they are a bridal shop, I don’t have an excuse to keep going back over and over again just to hang out with the awesome ladies. Some reasons I loved them:-they had dresses pulled for me when I got there, but also took me around to look at more dresses I wanted to try on. Then when I found what I liked, they pulled even more options for me-they didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured and didn’t put a time limit on the appointment-they had so many types and styles of dresses. I wasn’t completely sure what I wanted so I had lots of options to try and figure out what I liked. Also, I was nervous that becuase they were off the rack they wouldn’t have a ton of options in my style, budget, and size, but seriously there were like racks and racks of options for me.-they were so organized and had everything I could have possibly needed-they handled my guests beautifully. They made them feel valued while also maintaining boundaries-Karielle and Heather are just so dang cool and fun. I tend to feel a bit awkward or insecure in these types of environments, but they made me feel confident!-they handled the budget situation beautifully. My mom was paying for the dress and they talked budget with her sort of privately so she was comfortable having the conversation, then everything they pulled for me was within budget.I could keep going on and on. Like I said, I wish I had a reason to keep going back there! Hopefully some of my friends get engaged soon!

I had a wonderful experience at Bridal Rack and found The Dress that I loved at my first appointment. Karielle was amazing and very skillfully helped me find exactly what I was looking for while staying in my budget. She even took tax into consideration when helping me select gowns to try on. The selection was high quality and they had dresses for every taste. The ladies took the time to sit down with me and ask details about my wedding to help with the process. They had accessory options, helped me pin my hair up, and even had a bouquet in my colors so I could imagine what I would look like on the day. I would definitely recommend.

I bought my dress from bridal rack back in April with Tori as my consultant and she did an amazing job! Yesterday I got to have the experience of helping my sister pick out her dress at bridal rack with consultant Heather! Every experience I have had at bridal rack has been a memorable one and everyone was so kind! The owner of the store happen to be there as well yesterday and she took the time to make phone calls about the dress my sister was choosing for her wedding! It was perfect! All of my ideas were heard and they worked with me to find what I wanted!!! They completely heard me when I liked or disliked something as well as kept me within my budget!

Sarah was my stylist and she was very patient with me! I showed up about 15 min. Late and was the last appointment of the day but she didn’t make me feel bad about it in the least. I tried on a lot of dresses and had a positive attitude the entire time. She did a good job helping me narrow down which ones I loved, which was tough until she finally picked THE ONE. She only picked dresses that were in my price range. I showed her a picture of what I wanted that I found on Pinterest and the one I picked is a very close match! I LOVE my dress and cannot wait to see my husbands face when I walk down the isle!

I literally LOVE this place. After a bad experience at Davids Bridal, I walked into the store 30 minutes before they close (just to look to see if I wanted to make an appointment) Heather approached me right away ready to find me the perfect dress! She was very open and understanding and wanted to make it the best experience for me even though I walked in without an appointment (oops)The girls stayed an hour longer after they were supposed to close and were such great help.

I was scheduled for different fittings. I almost canceled by fitting at Bridal Rack Indy, because I didn’t want to choose only 3 people to be there with me. I walk in the door with no clue what I even want to wear. The ladies were all so kind from the start. I showed them a few pictures of what I liked and Tori pulled every dress. I never felt rushed and she even allowed my mother to come inside exceeding the 3 limit guest. I fell in love with the first dress I tried on. I appeased my other guest by trying on others. Tori and staff thank you for all you did to make my buying a dress experience wonderful! The customer service versus what I received at Davids Bridal was outstanding. I loved the whole experience at Bridal Rack! Karielle was so helpful to me when I came to look for dresses alone. She took my tastes and found several dresses that matched my style. First thing, this place was absolutely stunning. Guest accommodations and the stage areas were perfectly set up for our comfort.Secondly, Heather was so incredibly sweet and was amazing to work with. After a really terrible of dress shopping, Heather absolutely made my day and dress busying experience what it should be for all brides.
