Nice place for a pickup, I arrived on time and went and checked inYoull have to use a computer to check in, then go to the counter and theyll give u a door. Lots of room on the lot to back and youll need to wear a safety vest.Was loaded quickly and returned to check in to get bills. Took around an hour all together, no overnight parking.

Lots of rules. But very efficient. Appointment was for 7pm. Check in was smooth. Checked in at 630 pm. Out and rolling by 8 pm. If only all DCs were this way!

Nice place! Was late almost two hour after my appointment and still got door. This is water warehouse so loads are always heavy.Check in at gate,go straight and park on the side. Then go to dock office and check in on computer,after that you need to wait in drivers lounge for them to call you. Drivers lounge is small but nice and clean with vending machines and 2 free Nestle waters.You will need to have safety vest and slide your tandems all the way back before docking.Commerce parkway is no parking street,you can be ticketed by local authorities.Trailer loaded in 1 hour.

In & out loaded in less than 1HR. That is Very Good! 😎They Do load u to maximum weights.. whatd ya Expect?Also u can get 2 COLD bottles from inside office cooler..& they have Cases of water by the Exit gate (free).

Very slow. . . You Check in yourself then wait for them to call your name if you could hear them to get dock door my take an hour to get door then sit 2 more hours in dock to get loading to start.. bring lunch, you will get hungry just waiting or bored..

The rudest! Wednesday June 16th at 1030 he answers the phone when I called, he was the check in guy and left us out on the street said we shouldnt even be calling this number, and he would open the gate when he had time, all he had to do was push a button but made 2 of us wait....and they were dead inside, nothing going on......then made me stand there and wait to check in like his job was so busy, it was not....he is definitely top 5 of the rudest I have ever met......best thing that could happen here befire his attitude spreads to all the others that work here, is they get rid if him.....I say if you hate your job that much, find something you like to do then.....I think he would make a good .....nope, sorry,....cant think of ANYTHING.

Easy check in. Need Safety Vest when you are going to check in office. Check In on computer with pickup no start with 8. Pickup no start with 8. If you don’t have no start with 8 then call your dispatch they need no start with 8 only. Big screen on the top of the Checkin Window.

Nestle always have their act together, loading in two hours.

Cruel rules. 100 degrees outside buy No idling your truck and no sitting inside. So you either break the rules here or you die.

Has banker hours. All that means is they open at 8am. They have a lot of rules but once you do them. Pretty quick loading.

As an Owner Op Nestle is the most efficient distribution center I have ever been to thus far. Please DO NOT CHANGE your process of operations. It works great exactly how this location has it designed and set up, from point of entry to load/unload time they have it dialed in beautifully. In and out in less than 1 hour total time. Amazing people, fast loading. Had driver appreciation day so they had a catering truck feeding all of the drivers for free, AND IT WAS GREAT AND HIGHLY FILLING food. And told us we could have up to 3 cases of water as well.

Have gotten me loaded fast and way ahead of my appointment time both times Ive loaded here. Check in on computer and the office guy shouts you a door number. Back in with tandems back and doors open and the go back in and get you free water and paperwork once loaded in less than a half hour.

Very efficient. In and out. Have to check in on computer before walking in to shipping, but thats just mildly irritating. Employees are not very friendly but they are business like and professional.

Absolutely terrible! 0 Stars! Yard driver was rude to me, and yelled at me for no reason and I do not know what the problem was. Its true that I was sitting in a no parking area, but the area their sign at the entrance (see photo above) instructed me to go to was full of trucks. I was trying to get instructions from the yard guy, he just kept on repeating himself: Clear the curve. But he wouldnt give me any info. I yelled at him, he swore at me. I dont understand people like that. When I asked to speak to someone in the office about the yard driver, I was brushed off rudley by the guy in the office, and told there was no one there to speak with. This is the kind of operation Nestle is running here. Not profesional in the least. From this point forward I will make it a point to not buy their products.

This is the best one! They actually use their computer check in, and I was in and out in a 1/2 hour for a drop n hook. Sure wish stanwood plant used the same system .

Came in 10 min before they closed. The yard driver/front desk guy still checked me in. Those forklift drivers inside running on the docks dont mess around lol. You can tell they are doing the best in there. Feels like 3 guys in there bouncing in and out my trailer back to back. Feels like they are doing their best. Was in and out no more than 33 min.

7 hr load time

Im here a lot picking up a load for the walmart DC out of Olney IL. This place is really quick with getting a driver in and out in less then an hour as long as nothing is going on. Even when the hurricane was headed to FL a few back they were on their game and had drivers in and out quick.

They loaded quick, easy docks to back into. The staff was friendly and efficient.

You are required to wear your safety vest at all times while on the property!!! (SAFETY FIRST) My truck is in the shop and I did not think to grab mine out if it but the guys in the shipping office was kind enough to give me a new one. They are fairly quick about getting you loaded hour or less Thanks guys your awesome

Ive got loaded here Saturday morning my appointmenttime was 2pm but soon I checked in I was given a door. . Gate opens at 8:00 am.

You have to stay in the office until you get a door assignment, I stood for 2 hours. They have 2 chairs for several drivers, so you might get a place to sit, maybe. Not recommended.

Good people once you get in the gate. They need a better way of getting you in the gate though. Ive sat on the street with other trucks for 45 min.

In and out the gate in 35 minutes for a live load. Felt like 2 forklifts loading me. Efficient check in process with dedicated parking for check in. No rude security shack to deal with. Free water bottles inside. Other companies should take note from this place.

Loads are usually fairly heavy but never been overweight, load fast, when you get there park along side the curb and walk into receiving and check in on the two computers, load number will start with a T7, then when you get green light walk back up for bills before pulling out the dock
