This is a great place to pick up salt for your water softener or RO water to drink as they will load it directly in your car. Having a saltwater fish tank and knowing lots of others that do I feel they are missing out on another market which is RO-DI water. Fish aquariums (fresh, brackish or saltwater) require it at least do their best with completely pure water (0. As measured with a TDS meter and no silicates) silicates and phosphates in your tanks water lead to algae blooms. I would love to see these guys add RODI water to their product line and would take advantage of it if they did.

Theyre fantastic. I have been drinking this water for seemingly 30 years. You can rent water coolers, buy them, get salts, whole water systems, etc. I primarily use the drive up water bottle exchange and I cant think of a single time I have had a bad experience.

The people are very knowledgeable about the different products. However, for the price of one of their water softeners, I was able to purchase a water softener and a whole house filtration system. It took a little research and about 8 hours, but I was able to install them both myself.

Im very friendly staff that is very educated in water purification. I worked with Dave on putting a new water filtration system in my house and have not had a problem with the unit at all. We visit there several times a year to pick up salt and the staff they have load your car so you dont even have to get out. Great service. I definitely recommend giving them a chance to earn your business

Just moved to town and had never had a water softener before but noticed my water softener was an Aqua Systems so stopped in. Bill explained what I had and what I needed and Eric helped me with a couple bags of salt. Very informative and friendly folks. Will definitely be back.

I have a long story to tell, but I will make it short. The service that we received from Aqua Systems last week was S U P E R B! I had only 3 days left on my warranty, and, my resin or mineral tank somehow malfunctioned, and the contents of that tank spread throughout the pipes in my home, not to mention that was the end of the road for the water softener as a whole. Big problems, scary problems. John took the call from me, Joe came out twice, and after a very short period of time, all was well again at no charge!!! To me, that is an unbelievable testimonial to their commitment to the customer in the extreme. I have been a customer of theirs since 99, and will never, ever even think of buying another product from anyone else. Suffice to say, they both far exceeded my expectations, made sure I was returned to full operation, and, diagnosed a pressure problem with the city water that we are connected to, that could have easily contributed to the ultimate demise of the system to begin with. Have your water pressure tested folks. I am dead serious on that. Bottom line, thanks to John, Joe, and Aqua Systems for all that they have done for us in rectifying our problems. COULD NOT BE HAPPIER.

Excellent customer service and products. Weve been trying to do our part by cutting out plastic waste and using a water dispensing machine. This business makes it so quick and easy to do just that. They even have a delivery service! Theres been a few times Ive come home with a jug thats been recycled a few too many times, and I end up having to clean up a small water mess. Thats easily made up for at my next visit, when theyre informed of any problems. Well done.

Sold us our last water softener. Bought a new house had questions about the existing softener not even from their company. Helped me out and said don’t replace it till it stops working. Will be going there for future equipment.
