Took car in for noises left with it overheating. Then took back was forced out of work for 2 straight weeks. Then forced me to pay for parts I wasn’t at all told about not to mention googling the parts numbers right in parts will show that I also paid $50-100 over the price of the parts. And to top it all off after over 16 days with my car I still have it messing up with issues it didn’t have going in.

I happened to call Indy Auto Team after a tow truck company lost my keys while towing my car to Skillman next door to see if by mistake the driver took my key there. Bob asked questions about my situation & offered to make me a key at a way lower rate than anyone else. He also got in touch with the tow company for me after they quit responding to my calls and they agreed to pay him for the key and he also got them to tow it to his shop at no charge to me. By far the best shop in town and I will never take my vehicle anywhere else. Bob went above and beyond for me and really took care of me and got everything squared away. Very knowledgeable and overall great people. Thanks again Bob.

Ive used this shop several times over the last 5 years. Everything from thousand dollar repairs to my latest trip which was only $40! These guys are respectful and good at what they do. I have never had to take my vehicle back a second time with the same issue. They are also HONEST! This last repair was for a terrible rattling sound. I had my vehicle back the same day for only $40.
