The best part of the experience was the salesman Todd who was attentive, knowledgeable and professional. I wish the rest had gone so well. It is May 1 and I still dont have a dryer ordered April 13. My husband had to take a half day off work for delivery and the dryer was damaged. No one contacted us so after 5 days I called and found out it was my responsibility to let them know the dryer was damaged. So then I took a half day off for the second delivery between 8 and noon. Despite calling that day to check and make sure it was to be delivered and signing up for text alerts, they did not come. I needed to be at work so I left at 1215 and they arrived at 1224. My husband then got off early and they returned at 330---with another damaged dryer. That was Friday April 28th. I called and I have yet to hear from anyone. We are out an entire day of paid time off now and still have no dryer. Unless you really love your local laundry mat and have lots of paid time off to burn, Id buy elsewhere
