Great experience! Helpful staff. Lots of options for office & casual wear. Will definitely be back! Being on the last block of the ave parking is limited at times but there’s a parking lot right before steam.

I love shopping at theory but absolutely hate this store. I was wearing a pretty silk skirt and the women came up to me and said “I bet I got that skirt for 200$ less at urban outfitters.” Today went in and the second I walked in asked if I was vaccinated even tho we were both wearing masks. Then called my mom “anorexic looking.” Never going to this store again.

Worst customer service and staff doesnt know anything about the product or how to greet you properly without jumping down your throat. Will never shop there.

I tried to return 3 items I bought at full price at another Theory story to the Greenwich avenue store today. I had the receipt and am within the allowed 30 day period. There were 2 women working at the time. The first told me my items were now 60% off and that was all she could give me despite looking at my receipt and seeing that I paid full price. The 2nd was of no more help but told me to go to the store I purchased the items at. Neither truly tried to help they preferred to make me wrong for trying to return items to a store owned by the same company. I am appalled at the lack of training and the fact that neither woman could think of someone to call for help and they had no manual to refer to.First I would recommended NEVER buying Theory clothes at full price - the will be 60% off in 2 weeks and 2) avoid the company boutiques and stick to department stores where they understand customer service.In today’s day and age when customer service is so important and computers can be programmed to drive cars there is no reason I should have been turned away and turned off this brand.
