Great clothes BUT no one was wearing a mask (I visited 8/11/21). Even the girls working at the cash register were mask-less. Go queens, I guess... Have fun getting yourself and others sick. I would be open to giving more stars if they took precautions against COVID.

It’s slightly bigger than some of the other locations and they have a good selection. The girls who work here are very sweet and accommodating.

Nice clothes, $$$ well made

I have to complement Kyle at this store. She helped with an issue and it made the difference of a negative Christmas versus a positive one by her assistance long distance with online Brandy Melville. She didnt have to do this, but I believe without her support we would not have received our online order (and we had a small window as it was during a vacation). Thank you so much. We will definitely visit this location if ever in the area.

Super kind workers and nice store!

The store needs to add a restroom for customers. With all the time spent there shopping with teenage daughters the only place if you need to go is Starbucks a few blocks away. Also, could really add more fitting rooms. That would make way less shopping time. Other than that it seems to be very popular among teenagers. My opinion as a parent, the quality of the clothes doesnt meet the expectations compared to the high prices. Although they are cute and trendy

Nice things, priced for Greenwich. Focus is on trendy, so I can get a feeling as to what is fresh. Friendly people do not make me feel like I have to buy something.

Employees at the cash register were too busy talking about Kesha that the girl ringing me up forgot to take the security device off of a chain I bought..🤣🤣 It was super annoying to get off but I managed to do it.

I was on my way home from the beach in ct, so i stopped for dinner at greenwich. I love brandy melvlille so I was really excited about the store. i got there at like 6:50 and it closed at 7. The doors were locked, but they let me in (which was really really nice!). They were very kind and not rushing me to get out or anything! The clothes are so cute and its just a really fun store to go to in general!

Love the clothes and store but MOST of the employees arent really, especially as teen girls, you can sense their judgement on the customers. I got ignored when I asked a question, so please hire teens who are more willing to communicate with others.

Daughter loves the clothes but the help is horrendous. They are all self absorbed, texting the entire time, and discussing last night adventures consuming large amounts of alcohol. They act put out when you ask for help.

I honestly think that the store is wonderful. In my town where I live the employees are extremely friendly and ask for help all the time. But based on the youtube videos if watched, captioned “brandy melville sucks” or “I hate brandy melville”. I understand that everyone has their own opinions but i don’t think it’s that bad of a store. The only thing that I really don’t like is the “one size fits all” that can bring so many plus size women and even models down and won’t make them as confident.

All the employees are super nice and helpful and are always doing things to improve the store and to make it look organized and appealing to the customers.

Employees are friendly, if they’re up front they greet you when you walk in. They are carrying their own conversations with each other, but they never seemed to be ignoring customers. There is good communication between the employees and their “manager” (since no one really seems to have more responsibility than the rest- which is a good thing because it shows they’re all doing their job well enough that customers can’t tell if there are any problems with employees). I expected a laid back atmosphere, since it’s a word that is associated with the Brandy Melville style, so idk what people were expecting, I much rather this than annoying SA’s breathing down my neck every five minutes. Cute, trendy styles. Wish the in store items where more current to the online items. Nice place, nothing over the top. Still love it for cute accessories.

First off the only reason why Im giving it three stars is because I love the clothes at Brandy Melville. But Im not giving it any higher because the costumer services was terrible. I walked in no one greeted me at the door or asked if I needed any help. Normally when you walk in the store the employe greets you and asked you for help whether they are busy or not, and Brandy wasnt busy. I entered and walked around employes just walking past me. They didnt take my clothes to the fitting room. I tried it on carrying everything. The didnt come to check if I needed a different size or anything. When I asked if they had a shirt in a different color the employe groaned and didnt even know, it was like I was asking her a huge favor which I obvislouy wasnt. From now on I am shopping on line and I would recommended you would do. Dont go the BM looking for great service
