I went to return my shoes. I sent the email three times, the lady got on the phone and had a whole entire conversation and then said I don’t have any of them. When she was done with what she wanted to do, my label suddenly appeared. Then the assistant manager said they don’t take bags that have been “ripped into” that I needed to bring in a fresh bag. WHY WOULD I COME TO FEDEX IF I HAD ANY OF THOSE MATERIALS AND A PRINTER. Unbelievable conversations today. LOL

This store is a joke. We went to mail 4 empty boxes and because the box has a code on it the employee said we can’t mail it because a patient could mail a liquid back in it. We explained we weren’t having them mailed back. Making sure people understand their job is important.

Went in to use the Happy Returns option. I was told the system was down, I asked what they suggested and they said wait until the system comes back up. I asked if they had an ETA and the associate stared at me for a few seconds before stating they didnt know and it had been down for hours. Stuff breaks, I get it. But perhaps having a better demeanor when speaking with customers would be helpful. Empathy when communicating goes a long way.

This employee did not get his name didnt even attempt to help us on 05/01/2021 but I can aleast describe him he a long grayish bread and white a guy he was so not help ful I know we new way of living because of the Covid-19 he says he can’t touch my phone but the only thing I needed was one paper copy and I try to get this information from the email that I was given fedex you need to trian your employees how to help there customers when they need help😡👎🏾

We were able to get done what we needed to do. It was the attitude of the person who helped us that keeps us from giving a higher rating. I dealt with customers my entire working career. Our motto was “the customer is king.” That definitely was not the attitude at Kinkos today.

I went into the store to use The computer at 39 cent a minute only to not be able to print anything it took money all for that as well as they charged you a $10 hold fee to use the computer and I was told by the lady in the store that is written on the computer and explains it to you I had her to walk me back to the computer to show me where it says that it was written beside the computer on the cubicle wall in a 6 font Wording so I say to everyone be careful of where you go to do things and make sure that you read everything. Now I have a 24 hour hold on my credit card for only using the computer for 2 minutes talk about Rip off

Sarah and Felicia (and one other lady who I didnt catch her name) helped me out yesterday with shipping 4 large duffel bags that could not be folded. The cut boxes down for me. They were very organized in making sure each person received the right one (they had custom luggage tags). I would highly recommend this location. The service was wonderful - and they apologized for the wait, which was fine, its the holidays! Thank you!!

I have been using this location for my shipping and large printing jobs since 2014. The staff here has always been professional and helpful. I am not sure why they have so many poor reviews. There are some employees that I have seen working here for years. I find them to be very knowledgeable on several administrative tasks. I recommend this spot.

This location has been around for a long time and they have always been super helpful. I highly recommend. They are always very friendly reasonably priced and very helpful. They have helped me out a lot over the years and have even given me a few free prints - guess they felt sorry for people with a lost cat! Ive used them for large and dry erase laminate and the quality is top notch.

I will never step foot in this location or any fed ex location if this is how fed ex believes they should treat their valued customers. Upon entering the store this evening my mother was trying to ship a package back to a store. The package was received with holes in the box. Upon taking it into the store she was informed they refused to ship a package in this condition, after she said this is how I received it, the clerk stated they would not ship it. She asked to speak to the manager who came out and said she could pay $40.00 to put it in another box and they would ship it, or she could take it to the Mauldin road location to get help, they refused to do anything else for her. Another customer was watching this exchange. After my mom said no she was not paying an extra $40.00 she took the very large box back out to her car herself and the other customer came outside to check on her because of how rude the fed ex employees were. The other customer then took the box to the mauldin road location for my mom (essentially doing fed ex employees job since apparently they are too lazy or just dont care about their valued customers). But it doesnt stop there. After my mom told me of the exchange I then called to get the managers name and was hung up on then called back and was told they dont give out first and last names but I did get the mangers first name Christopher and he is the only one to work at that location off haywood rd. If he doesnt know how to be civil and at least kind to someone coming into the store maybe he shouldnt be working in retail...Christopher if you read this do fed ex and every civil person a favor by changing professions!

After the experience I had at this store Im taking my 50k I spend in shipping every year somewhere else. Employees dont seem to know there roles in store and there is no clear line so customers get skipped over multiple times making waits longer then they should be. On top of all that in the last 3 years Ive been doing business with FedEx there over all customer service has been lack luster at best in the last year there shipping services have got more and more prone to damaging packages to the point where over 11% of the 107 packages (incomparison to 3% just 2 years ago) I ship a month are damaged during shipping with an average of 6 months till actual payout of claims I hope they fix whatever is going on in there company because I know Im not the only one leaving dissatisfied.

Bad experience, it seems the staff was instructed to always seek a way pressing customers for their overpriced packing materials even when we packed the item according to the requirement. Never had such an experience with other FedEx offices!

Ive been tolerating the employees here for years because of the convenience of the location, but no more. The convenience isnt worth waiting for long periods of time while being ignored. Its not worth rude treatment for no reason. Its not worth being treated like a nuisance instead of a valued customer. There are a few good employees here. Im sorry that they have to work in such a negative atmosphere, but Im glad I dont have to do business here.

Went to do a basic fax and print some pages. I had never done a fax here before. I was never told the price, but only that we do them. I have never seen a fax of 8 pages cost $18. That is ridiculous. Fedex do better. The help was very kind.

Completely useless shipping center. They cannot look up your account number or anything about your account. They also dont care that they cant help upu... and seem to enjoy the fact that they cant. Whomever owns this store needs to take a look at all of these 1 star reviews! Also, tried to charge me 800.00 more for an exact same shipment as I had shipped a few weeks earlier and paid around 250.00. I left and went to fedex on plesantburg and paid 250. Do not ship from here!

Did not give me clear options about pricing of a scan/copy or clarify that scan would require a flash drive. Service was slow throughout entire process. Employees were polite - just waisted a lot of time going through something that could have taken about five minutes.

I dont do a lot of bad reviews, but this place is pretty terrible. Service is friendly, but so slow. The machines are old. Materials are expensive as well. BUT...I have never had a problem with them delivering a package, losing something, or breaking something. So just go with plenty of time and lots of money and you will be fine.

The guy was annoyed to have to deal with me. All I had to do was drop off three boxes and be on my way. I routinely travel for work and use FedEx to move materials around. This was the most unpleasant encounter Ive had. I dropped the boxes off early Friday morning, around 8:30 a.m. and asked that they go out that day. They didnt ship out until Saturday. Recommend choosing a different location.

This Fedex store looks great, and has about anything you will ever need. The downfall happens to be the staff however, it seems the staff is always rotating. The original staff was extremely nice and helpful, now theres a whole new crew there who are just downright disrespectful and overall just rude. Makes the experience of shipping a hassle.

Rude employees no matter what time you go. Cory on the night shift is rude & aggressive! I came in today around 4pm & one of the young ladies at the counter was extremely rude also & spoke down to me. The staff at this location need to learn good customer service. Its like companies will hire anyone nowadays, which is sad & desperate. Do better FedEx!

I went in today with an absolutely brand new box with FedEx labels already applied. I just bought the box from the store and it was absolutely pristine with no dents or imperfections whatsoever. My box was rejected for being substandard and they told me it would need to be repacked in their own box for a substantial fee. I will never come here again. I took the boxes to the Cherrydale Fedex location and they were amazed that this location refused my box. Honestly, after this experience I may just use UPS from now on. I ship a few thousand pounds worth of boxes a month with my business. I guess its their loss.

Absolutely terrible experience with them continually saying that no one was home when there always has been someone present. It’s been almost 2 weeks of “failed attempts” with no communication with me even though I’ve gotten into contact with them and had the shippers get in contact with them. The people I ordered from even sent a brand new order after FedEx sent my original one back. I woke up early today to literally sit and stare out the window until they came so there would be no lame excuse from FedEx again. Only this time I get a message saying the package had been damaged in transit and was being returned to sender. Now I’m worried because I have a separate order that’s a gift and meant to be delivered tomorrow. I’m certain they’ll be just as inane with this one

The Worst, TURN AROUND!!!Walked in..the two employees were chatting on the far side of the building and didnt acknowledge a customer (the only customer) until I was standing right in front of them..Then I asked to print a drawing of a popular iOS / Android game to use as a type of homemade birthday card. She discussed what I wanted layout-wise and took 10 min cropping, printing, ect. But then REFUSED to give it to me because of copyright. If so, tell me 10 min ago..so I can go down the street and give my 60 cents to someone wholl help!!!!!!

Terrible customer service along with scamming customers on buying their overpriced boxes. My own wasnt good enough, they needed to charge me $10 to put my box into their box. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
