Ordered three cubic yards of chocolate mulch online and had it delivered on 7/15. Had no issues. Product was great and the delivery was timely. Ordered an additional 3 cubic yards online yesterday and scheduled the delivery for this morning. Company calls me and tells me there is a problem with my ordered. They said I owed an additional $20 over the $49 dollar delivery fee. I explained that that was not the case with previous order. I was informed that I should have read the website better and called them directly. I told them I wasnt paying the additional $20 and if they were willing to lose this order and my future business over $20 then they could cancel my order. The response was Thats fine. On a positive note, I found another company that was happy to delivery today and charged me less.

AWESOME!! That’s the first thing I think of when I think of Alexpinestraw & Mulch! They have delivered a load of mulch and 50 bales of pine straw to me this Spring. I ordered the pine straw 2+ months ago but I had to have the order ‘held’ because other projects needed to be done first. They were super helpful and accommodating to my delay and eventual delivery. This is my first year using Alex Pine Straw but it will DEFINITELY not be my last! Save yourself the hassle and just use them.

Wide variety of supplies at a really great price. Got 18 cubic yards of red mulch and the quality was great. Very friendly staff as well.

Just there for some premium topsoil and the consistency was great. Need to get mulch next and will definitely be going back. Prices are fantastic.

They have a great selection of products and reasonably priced. Extremely nice to work with and helpful. This is the ONLY place that I could find that has Sunday hours in the area which worked best for us to pick up materials.

Absolutely excellent service! A crew of 6 came to complete our landscaping work. In one day, they removed shrubs from the flower beds, brought in topsoil to build up the beds, replanted and mulched. We are extremely happy with the results and highly recommend them. Thank you Alex and crew.

By far one of the best everything landscaping companies in the area. They take care of my rental property, my office and my home. If something is not right..which is rare, they go above and beyond to make it right. They are friendly, great prices and most of all on time.

Just delivered gravel to fill hole in driveway, it was raining, called and came in less than an hour. very polite and efficient. He took the time to actually dump into the holes not just leave for us to shovel. Price was very reasonable.

They usually have what you need but there prices are the highest around and there pinestraw quality could be better

After several days and finally them to deliver I got a call that they couldt deliver because it was too far away.(Chocowinity) They advertise that over 10 miles the price per bale is 50 cents more. No problem for me. Evidently they dont need the business. I wanted 18 bales of pine straw.

I just bought top soil from them and it looks very rich only thing Ill say for future customers if you want dirt or whatever delivered I was told they dont deliver anything less than a cubic yard I think it was BUT they do tell you if you have buckets to put them in your car and come on out and they will fill up those as much as possible
